AHH OMG i literally never get asks hiii!!!! im in the middle of class rn but i just HAVE to answer right away bc its so rare for me to get any interaction at all haha :,) how exciting :DD

so i have lots of favs but my top 2 are samurott and zoroark (or actually their entire lines lol). some other favs are weavile, gliscor, mienshao, dragalge, and spiritomb (which may seem kinda odd bc my blogs theme is like.. tropical and cute? idc theyre cute in their own way ^_^) actually i draw a lot of pokemon gijinkas and have them as ocs so they mean a lot to me in that sense too lol

and as for villagers hmm i dont rlly have a fav i think? maybe julian hehe i have him in both new leaf and new horizons and i got his picture in nh ^_^ actually marshal too hehe i’ve had him in some of my saves over the years and have gotten his pic multiple times. other villagers i like that i havent rlly interacted with that much are zucker, bluebear, stitches, and uhh wolf link >:) i love zelda hehehe

sorry but g/anondorf is so funny. in t/otk he turns up at a ‘peace’ treaty with backhanded compliments and subtle threats. literally kills someone, in front of a witness, and proceeds to blame the victim’s husband for it. 

in tp he survives his own execution and keeps the sword that was meant to kill him. he doesnt change his armor just to Flex his wound. literally refers to the guy destined to kill him as m/idna’s ‘little friend’ and doesn’t acknowledge him before that. is already posing on the throne for when they show up in o/ot dude’s playing an organ to lure l/ink to where he is. the drama

Not all Nightmare Demons have the goopy goops! Its mainly the demons who are “overwhelming with nightmares” or “power”. Its not exactly that either but its the easiest way to explain it I guess hehe.

As of right now my only Nightmares who have the goopies are Luca and Enoch!!

Enoch is like “wtf is this bitch doing right next to me I wanna end him so bad” and Luca is…well he’s just being Luca.

Best it can probably be is ok. Which is good enough for me! I enjoyed pretty mid movies and shows in recent memory so I think I'll be able to have a fun time.

Live action adaptations can be good so long as it's faithful to the source material.

man i can’t find if i ever talked about this before, but it wouldn’t surprise me if tumblr is simply just failing me in my searches, but ANYWAYS---

i mentioned in an earlier post that i’m watching a playthrough of oot (because i’m too lazy to play/exhausted from work), and boy, i keep thinking about the respect of power / arrogance of his own power that plays with g-anondorf and link’s relationship. it is g-anondorf’s own hubris which keeps him from ending the game outright by killing link and carrying on, but likewise, he respects link’s bravery and willingness to put himself in the line of danger for his beliefs.

that’s guts, and something g-anondorf values enough in his own life that he’s willing to risk constant, perpetual defeat just to provide link a warrior’s honor. link infuriates him, and in many ways, he hates him---but he isn’t the sort to lie about the respect he’s earned.

g-anondorf has displayed the willingness to do what it takes to get what he wants. referencing oot, since i got it on the brain, he works his way into hyrule’s court, coerces the king into trusting him, and then kills him to effectively seize power---before using some good-hearted kids’ well intentions to access the holy sacred realm. that’s some next level kudos link has going for him if this man is willing to provide him the room to flourish and achieve his full potential before engaging with him. g-anondorf will seize the power he believes is meant to be his, but link is apart of the challenge to surmount, and to defeat the closest thing to his equal he’s ever experienced in life (and later, in multiple lives) is the greatest sign of his worthiness he could achieve.

like i could go on forever about this. it’s fun talking about how much they just hate each other but like can we also talk about the greater depth of how link and g-anondorf serve as the other’s foil and fill a crucial point in the other’s life??
