por lo que veo en las fotos las galletitas que hiciste creo que son galletitas mantecosas (?): masa fina, donde la manteca es lo importante y cuando las comes se “derriten” en la boca. no son complicadas de hacer pero sí son delicadas y con instrucciones muy fijas. principalmente el tema de enfriar la masa y sus ingredientes.

yo en tu posición buscaría una nueva receta de galletitas mantecosas, usaría manteca en vez de aceite (si queres, sino buscas alternativas veganas/vegetarianas), las dejaría dos/tres horas de frío y se que parece mucho pero cuando las dejas más tiempo, mejor te van a salir y las vas a poder manejar con más tranquilidad. además de fijarme que harinas sirven para la masa o no, que sean buena marca, que ya las usaste y quedaron bien, etc etc etc. a veces sin darte cuenta los ingredientes son muy cruciales, más para una receta así.

y por el tema de la amargura, seguramente fue tema de la leche que estaba vencida o no se habrá cocinado del todo dejando ese sabor raro.

eso nada más, es lo mejor que te puedo dar ( ◠‿◠ ) ♡

Con respecto a enfriarlas!!!! En la receta después de cortarlas las mandaba derechito al horno, además la primera vez que las hice eran como las dos de la mañana y tenía hambre jsjsjs así que cero paciencia, pero la verdad que lo más óptimo sería enfriarlas un ratito.

El tema del amargor aparentemente fue que la harina estaba fea 🫠 no cocinen con la harina Florencia boe

How do you make such high quality gifs

good quality video (1080p is ideal, but 720p works too, I have this particular episode in HD) + sharpening + while coloring I tend to vibrant colors, so it's important to find the balance between light and dark parts to avoid graininess
