Chain of Command by Mod MBD on @imagineclaireandjamie - Claire is a servant in the Fraser’s home, but Brian and Ellen do take a hand in raising her.

Forget Me Not by melodyheart - Modern AU where Claire was raised by Brian and Ellen.

Guardian Scotsman by @writtenthroughtime - Not exactly what you described, but along the same vein; Claire comes through the stones as a child and is found and taken in by Murtagh.

To Love You Always by @lallybrochloser - Jamie and Claire are born six months apart, and Claire eventually is taken in by the Fraser family after the death of her parents.

So I've got 3 questions. I know, how cheeky is that. Haha. Anyhoo....what are your favorite episodes in Supernatural ? What are your favorite fanfiction stories you've read? I know that's sort of a hard question because we all have read soooooo many but what ones are standing out to you at this moment? And lastly, What are your favorite episodes of H.O.A.H?

These are such great questions. Hard to answer, actually. I’m going to put some actual thought into this…lol.

Prepare for a long-ass answer. Ready? Here we go.

1- Favorite episodes of the show?

I love the episodes that break the fourth wall like French Mistake and The Real Ghostbusters. I also love love classic SPN episodes that made me fall in love with this show like Dead in the Water, and Faith. My favorite season, if I have to pick one other than the first season (I was literally hooked from the pilot), would have to be season 9. I just love the Mark of Cain storyline and Dean in every episode in that season. More recently I have loved Tombstone, Baby, Into The Mystic, Alpha and Omega, Mint Condition, Last Call, and The Gamblers.

2- Favorite fan fic stories I’ve read?

This one shouldn’t be so hard because I read so many amazing stories. But the honest truth is that ever since I started writing the heart of a hunter series I have way less time to read if I want to get any writing done. Just a consequence of being a wife, a mother, and working full time for a busy orthopedic surgeon. I do continue to read whenever possible and even reblogged a few fics that I read and loved today. Some very specific ones that stand out in my brain are these:

To The Beat of the Devil’s Drums - @cardiaccadillac - This one is a hell of Dean whump story. It’s got straight up torture (that appeals to my heartbeat kink), protective!Dean, willing to do anything to save his brother. And while we’re at it, the author is one of the reasons I joined Tumblr and began writing my own fics.

What She Knows; What He Knows - @leatherwhiskeycoffeeplaid - This is a one shot, simple but so full of sincerity and all the things I think would truly come with being with Dean Winchester. I love it. It’s beautiful and gives me all the warm fuzzies. Another amazing author I credit for inspiring me to write for the Spn fandom when I hadn’t written fanfic in years.

Not Too Insane For You - @oneshoeshort (Retired blog, now known as @lallybrochloser) Liz was the first person on Tumblr who I opened up to and spoke about writing with. She has always been an inspiration, and is someone I will always consider a dear friend. This Sam AU series is brilliant af. The story line is compelling. The way she writes Sam is absolutely, devastatingly spot on. I really can’t say enough about this, and you know what that means coming from a dean!Girl.

3- Favorite Episodes of Heart of a Hunter? Girl, you’re going to make me pic favorite children now? Sheesh…. ;)

Okay, so Act 3 is where it all began for me. If I have to choose a favorite (at gunpoint), this would be it.

I had this idea in my head and started writing about a Reader leaving her world behind to joint Dean and Sam in the bunker. I knew exactly who she was right then. I knew what life she had lived up to that point, and I knew what a fantastic match she would be for Dean because she’s so damn independent and selfless in her own right. I wrote Act 3 first. Then I knew that I couldn’t selfishly keep those parts of the story that made her who she was all to my self.

So I went back and wrote Act 1. I loved this act, too, but mostly because you get to watch Dean and the Reader meet and start to develop this mutual respect for each other, and you get hints that they’d both want more if only their circumstances would allow for it. This lead to Act 2.

I could go on and on about why I love each act, but that’s not what your question was, so I’ll end with this. I am currently posting Act V, but writing Act VI. I have been writing Act VI for almost two years. I didn’t know when I started it where it would fit in the series, only that I was building to a time when I would finally get to share it with you all. I’m still writing, but it has been one of my favorite acts to write out of the entire saga (which is a lot, considering it’s technically the 8th story if you count the half acts I’ve posted.)

The summarize, Acts 3 and 6 (something to look forward to) are my favs. But only because you made me pick.
