you’ve stumbled upon a blog dedicated to an upcoming webcomic by the name of ‘Birock: Heir of Ember’!

this is an original amateur series that’s been in the works since 2017, one that went through much development and numerous adjustments throughout the years.

this particular story follows an inexperienced and brash young girl named Birock, raised in a world of occuring supernatural forces by her nonbiological brother, a high-intelligence cyborg named Dexter. along with a ranging cast of peculiar, standout characters, she finds the life she had always known abruptly changing, as she is cornered by the heavy toll of her abilities and the awakening danger of corrupt and vile intergalactic beings.

‘Birock: Heir of Ember’ is scheduled to launch sometime during 2020 or 2021, and will be available to read on both Webtoon and this Tumblr account.

this blog will be run by two people, one being the very creator of the series, the other being the project’s manager. we will both make sure to attend to it as frequently as possible, and will announce things such as updates and modifications, as well as occasionally reveal sneakpeeks, headcanons, concepts and artworks.

Just a random question: What do you think about Blackfire working as a spy for the Brotherhood of Good against the Teen Tyrants in the TTGO! comics? Would you ever play as her? Do you think that'd mean, she's actually in line for the throne, not Starfire? Do you think she's got a thing for Robin? (I'm curious, sorry. XD)

Oh. I never read the comics. Everything just went to hell after the animation was canceled---or to me, anyway. I know the comics were out years ago but they never did the same magic as when it was on the screen. BUT FROM WHAT YOU ARE TELLING ME, When it comes to Blackfire and the BHOE teaming up, it got me disappointed. I never saw her as somebody to work UNDER an old fart in a cape. It doesn’t say Blackfire in any sense of the word. DC NEEDS TO STEP UP THEIR A GAME OR LET THEIR FANS WRITE HER.

From my perspective, this is what I would have wanted to see: she’s a lone wolf, her own boss. I doubt she would work under somebody to help them out. She’s vile, cruel, and selfish. So if the BHOE had something she wanted, she just might come in and play their messenger girl and probably double cross just for fun. AND IT IRKS ME THAT DC IS TONING HER DOWN. LIKE. NO. THIS IS NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU VIOLENTLY RIPPED FROM MY HANDS AND THREW HER IN THE TRASH. Blackfire obeys NO ONE. She’s basically a queen in her own right. I Just jkfdjafowiajfd. DAMN THEM.

In regards to writing as BHOE-Spy-alien? I don’t think I would. Blackfire is a freelancer, an intergalactic thief and murderer. She does what she wants. Even if she has allies, there is a mutual understanding that she obtains something in their favor as long as she does it her OWN way. Aaaand gets a cut of the dough. Aaaand gets to relentlessly kill people in the proccess. fjdskl;afjdk

And as far as I can tell? Blackfire will never ascend the throne. She just wont. xD She will never be queen. She will never rule tamaran. She will never get her revenge.

If I’m correct, it would actually be Mar’i Grayson next in line. Her very, very dearest little niece...

And Robin? NO. She did not like Dick. She only fucked around with him because she saw an obvious attraction Starfire had with him. She wanted to take that away from her and make her feel worthless.

And because Dick is basically Bruce II, Blackfire knew shaking her ass in his face wasn’t going to entice him. It was fighting styles that won him over. And it sure as hell worked like a charm. He even blushed when she took his hand to show him “a move I used to stop a raging Orthax.”

So while it could have been seen as attraction, it was not. It was vile manipulation to get what she wanted. c:
