i sound insane trying to talk about this but. occasionally tumblr does this thing sometimes where it'll like. shadowban one of my posts. there's nothing against tos in them (id only publicly post my sfw art anyways) and it doesn't even tell me what might be wrong with them. it'll just only show up on my blog and not my dashboard at all 💀

So I just found out today that my DMs are gone 💀 did some Googling and seems like it’s means this blog has been “shadowbanned”?

I no longer have messages both on my desktop and mobile tumblr:

If you messaged me in the past few months and didn’t receive a reply, this is probably why… I didn’t even realise this was gone until today 🫥

I can see comments on posts and create posts which means so far this is the only feature missing. Not sure if this shadowbanning is reversible but I am trying and if it is, it might take some time! Please bear with the inactivity for the time being 🙇

Thank God I'm not but I think I'm doing everything to get it lololol If you mean that my posts disappear or don't show on the main page with tags, I've noticed it some time ago. I guess the reason is community labels. I checked my page for shadowban (I've read Cuddle Hoe's post about it). It seems like I don't have it.

I noticed that my posts get less kudos, but I'm perfectly fine with it :3 Maybe people just don't like to read long stories on tumblr, or just don't want to read dark content anymore. Reasons may vary, but I won't stop writing no matter if I get or don't get kudos.

I also plan to resurrect my AO3 page, but I just don't feel the vibe for now 💀

Now I can finally focus on my my other WIPs, starting with the winner of the poll! I still haven’t decided whether to do no. 3, or to count no. 2 and 5 together as one fic, which would make it the winner instead... I guess I’ll see how inspiration strikes.

And yeah my account is still shadowbanned, so until that’s fixed I won’t be posting fics in the fancy tumblr format. AO3 makes for a better reading experience anyway.

It makes sense now why two of my posts got ZERO interaction(one of the posts now deleted). Tumblr is probably hiding my posts as well, how lovely😍

I have an irrational fear of posting on twitter

Back then (and still now) i felt like i was gonna die the moment i first hit the tweet button.. people on there can maul me for all i know 💀 which is why i was always just a lurker in the first place; hello if you saw me liking your tweets

Oh and i havent even started posting my stuff on Instagram because.. 😭 (lazy) ... i might only use it for art dumps tho and goofing around with the story feature

Tumblr on the other hand: i love tumblr because you guys are very very sweet i love reading the tags it makes me so so SO happy especially when people get what i mean/referenced.. or just leave tiny silly comments in the tags.. i giggle everytime :)

Also Tumblr is just generally a comfortable place for me since i dont have to worry about anything.. besides the bots and possible shadowbanning which i hope wont happen to me!

So umm peace and love everyone muah this is a more personal blog than my @/insolt blog so theres definitely gonna be longer thoughts for me to write out just so i can get my feelings out there
