I don't know if you're still making anything for it, but I just wanted to say I really liked you BWBA James remix AU! It's such a a cool idea!

In fact, it actually inspired me to rewrite BWBA to have James in it with my own AU!

YOU CAN'T JUST DROP THAT YOU ALSO HAVE A BWBA REWRITE WITH JAMES AND NOT SHOW IT!!!

After The Avalanche...

I think James deserves a win, so he manages to save Nia (and her crew. and in the human au, her engine) all by himself but I don't think he can get it back on the rails by himself. So when Yong Bao comes along and offers help I think he takes it. Far cry from the guy complaining about pulling goods trains yet getting huffy when Nia tries to help.

She notices, I think.

#live from tidmouth #talk from the tracks #bwba james remix #this is vaguely based off that scene in cranky bugs where james is weirdly empathic to cranky #but its to roast thomas and percy. like jobey calls it him being selective with his empathy and i agree 100% #he'd try to empathize with ace cause they're both travelling for fun and fame (well james is also trying to soothe his ego after his tiff #with gordon because at the moment he was working in branchlines and not doing mainline work) #nia's surprised that james tries to empathise with ace and not her! because she did have to leave her railway because it was threatning #to scrap her and all. #james at this moment also thinks nia's leaving her railway because she can but he doesn't know her motives #he knows ace is doing this for a race. he knows HES doing this for the prestige of travelling around the world. so WHATS NIA DOING??? #ttte james #ttte nia #ttte ace
