okay I guess I get frustrated sometimes because adaptations and also later wuxia goes "well it's okay to want to rule the world and or be the greatest martial arts ever if you're pure of heart!" "possessing the macguffin that ruins lives won't ruin YOUR life if only you were a good enough person!!!" which. explicitly not what LOCH is about.

Like, one of the MAJOR introducing elements of the 9 yin manual is "it's a doomed book because human nature such that it is will never allow something so powerful to exist peacefully in the world! and that's why everyone who comes into contact with it either dies or suffers immense tragedy explicitly because of the book, and like, this is not just.... a... it's not just a "oh that's neat" that's a thing that happens in the plot of the book. Everyone who gets near it or hears it or touches it....dies.

For example: at the first tournament at mt hua, Wang Chongyang beats everyone else there, becomes "the strongest in the world" takes the book and doesn't look at it. He's dead within the next five years, and someone (Ouyang Feng, dw we come back to him) tries to grave rob his casket for the book.

Book then passes to Zhou Botong, Wang Chongyang's younger sworn brother, who is tasked with hiding it. On his way to hiding the book he runs into Huang Yaoshi and Huang Yaoshi's wife, Feng Heng, who are newly married and in love. HYS wants the book, so he and Feng Heng concoct a scheme to get it, tricking ZBT. HYS gets his hands on the second volume of the 9 yin manual, and within the next two years or less: 1) two of his students steal his version of the manual, betray him, and run away 2) his wife, trying to cheer him up, tries to recopy the book and dies of fatigue and exhaustion post the birth of their daughter, Huang Rong. ZBT, meanwhile, because of the book comes back to Peach Blossom Island and gets imprisoned there for the next 15 years by the angry HYS.

Mei Chaofeng and Cheng Xuanfeng, because of stealing the book and running away from Peach Blossom Island, are persecuted by the Jianghu until they make it to Mongolia where MCF is blinded and her husband CXF is killed by the six year old Guo Jing in what can only be surmised as a....weird skill issue accident. Now, MCF carries the book with her for the next ~12 years, until y'know, plot keeps happening and people keep attacking her for the book.

Her copy of the book ends up accidentally with Guo Jing, who, right after learning it gets Suicide Boated by HYS who is also now his father in law. Also on the Suicide Boat are ZBT and Hong Qigong who were only tangentially involved with the book.

Ouyang Feng (told you we'd get back to him), wants the book and uh. lets just say he loses his nephew, gets nearly drowned several times for multiple days in the ocean, and then finally loses his mind. Which, turns him from a nobleman and a respected grandmaster to a crazy person for several decades.

Oh, and as for Guo Jing who is pure of heart and a good person and learned the martial arts in the book? Yeah his reward for having the abilities he does is...defending Xiangyang for the rest of his life. The next like three decades. Yes. He dies there. With the love of his life, 4/5 of their children, their grandchildren, and his teacher.

I don't know about you but that's not a reward that's a curse on his entire family lmao.

Перед тем, как доверить поставщику изготовление полиграфической продукции, заказчику необходимо убедиться в его способности выполнить задачу в управляемых условиях и в соответствии с требованиями. Как правило, для целей квалификации поставщика, проводится аудит второй стороны. Данная процедура показывает, способна ли компания выпустить продукцию, соответствующую ожиданиям заказчика. О том, что необходимо узнать во время аудита поставщика полиграфии, рассказала исполнительный директор АО «ПРОМИС» Валентина Слепнева. Что обязательно нужно проверить в рамках аудита Цвет — один из важнейших параметров в работе полиграфической компании, управление которым начинается на этапе допечатной подготовки. -  Оборудование, освещение и оформление рабочих мест Для получения правильного цвета, который заказчик ожидает получить от поставщика, необходимо убедиться в правильной настройке оборудования. Монитор дизайнера должен своевременно калиброваться, его цветовая температура и цветовой охват - контролироваться. Кроме точности приборов, при работе с цветом важны и такие детали, как освещение и оформление рабочих помещений. Дизайнеры должны находиться в спецодежде нейтрального серого цвета. В помещении недопустимо присутствие ярких цветов, а освещение должно комбинировать естественный и искусственный свет. «Обычному офисному сотруднику, те условия освещенности, которые должны быть у дизайнера, могут напомнить сумерки. Но этот специалист работает с экранной цветопробой, он должен видеть на экране монитора тот самый цвет, который увидит и заказчик, когда получит продукцию. Поэтому условия на рабочем месте дизайнера должны быть именно такими», — пояснила эксперт.  - Условия проведения измерений  Условия проведения измерений должны быть регламентированы и согласованы с заказчиком. Как рассказала исполнительный директор АО «ПРОМИС», формул оценки Delta E очень много. Например, производитель может пользоваться формулой Delta E 1976 года, а заказчик - Delta E 2000 года. Это совершенно разные формулы. Точно так же и с условиями проведения измерений: у производителя может быть освещение D50, угол обзора - 2, а у заказчика - источник D65, а угол обзора - 10. Визуальный контроль полиграфической продукции также должен осуществляться при стандартизированном освещении, в противном случае контроль будет невалидным. На рабочем месте печатника должно быть строго стандартизированное освещение D50 – цветовая температура 5000 Кельвинов. Регламентированных условий проведения измерений производитель полиграфической продукции должен придерживаться на всех этапах работы: при изготовлении смесевой печатной краски, в процессе печати и при операционном и выходном контроле. - ICC-профиль и CxF-файл Создание и применение ICC-профилей позволяет правильно преобразовать цвет для всех цветовоспроизводящих устройств: монитора, цветопробного принтера и печатной машины, поскольку каждый из них имеет разный цветовой охват. Предприятие, где создается и применяется ICC-профиль, может гарантировать достижение ожидаемого результата, подчеркнула Валентина Слепнева. Помимо этого, для совпадения ожиданий заказчика и поставщика желательно осуществлять обмен информацией о цвете в CхF-формате. «CxF-файл содержит уникальные данные пяти колориметрических координат и спектральную кривую цвета. Это унифицированный формат передачи данных, на который не влияют ни условия, ни продолжительность хранения, ни способ передачи информации», — рассказала Валентина Слепнева. Производитель полиграфической продукции интегрирует правильный цвет, который присутствует в дизайне, на этапе проектирования упаковки. Затем эта информация поступает на участок смешения красок, чтобы получить необходимый цвет и тон смесевой краски именно на том носителе, на котором будет печататься изображение. - Материалы, которые подлежат входному контролю Контроль материалов должен проводиться не просто по органолептическим показателям. Они должны содержать в себе контролируемые параметры, которые касаются именно печатных свойств. У картона недостаточно проверить только толщину. Желательно понимать, какими колориметрическими параметрами обладает материал. При работе со смесевыми печатными красками производитель может изготавливать их самостоятельно или закупать у другого поставщика. Если производитель создает краску сам, он четко понимает ее свойства, так как контролирует процесс. В этом случае при аудите поставщика обязательно нужно спросить, как он работаете со смесевыми печатными красками, какая максимально допустимая величина цветового отличия, как часто они проверяются. Но далеко не все полиграфические предприятия сами производят смесевые печатные краски. У таких компаний необходимо выяснить, аудируют ли они своих поставщиков красок, убедились ли они, что производство ведется в управляемых условиях. Таким образом, основные этапы, на которые нужно обратить внимание при аудите производителя полиграфической продукции: - управление допечатными процессами; - производство и/или контроль смесевых красок; - входной контроль материалов; - создание и применение ICC профилей; - управление цветом на всем этапе жизненного цикла продукции. Кому доверить аудит поставщика Главная цель аудита — получение независимой оценки. За рубежом ее могут дать швейцарский институт полиграфии UGRA, немецкий университет печати FOGRA и американская компания Pantone. В России нет аналогичного органа сертификации, а получение европейской независимой оценки отечественным компаниям пока недоступно. В 2022 году на базе Росстандарта был зарегистрирован отраслевой технический комитет (ТК) 268 «Полиграфические технологии, материалы и оборудование». В числе инициаторов его создания — АО «ПРОМИС». В состав ТК вошли ведущие полиграфические компании России. Перед комитетом стоит задача по разработке и формулированию требований, которые впоследствии будут предъявлять к организации ведения полиграфической деятельности. При этом никакого инспектората в составе техкомитета не будет. Нормативный документ с требованиями во многом упростит проведение аудита, но сотрудникам, не являющимся специалистами в области полиграфии, будет довольно сложно разобраться в нем. Сейчас для проведения аудита можно использовать чек-лист «ПРОМИС». Специалисты компании составили вопросы для потенциального поставщика и указали, какие ответы в идеале должен получить заказчик.
