dang it i miss when jason was a self serving asshat of a character that was consumed by his desire for revenge and was willing to do whatever it takes to prove his point

#i'm sorry jason stans that like him being a tragically misunderstood 'good' guy deep down #i just want him to be an insufferable bastard so bad #i don't normally like 'villain' characters but i liked preboot jason #like he's very contradictory but it works when you look at him in the framework of his no 1 top priority and desire being revenge #he's working to impose his own revenge on Bruce even though Bruce is dead #by making Gotham in Bruce's image through his own methods #but the thing is his methods won't work #but he doesn't slow down and take time to examine them because of his rage and anger #and so he's just on this quest to prove Bruce wrong at all costs in a one-man war that he will not and cannot win #when the person he was trying to prove things to has already died #so what's the point? is the logical question #but jason's so wrapped up in revenge he won't ask it #the tragedy of a character so wrapped up in their own pain that they can't see all the needless suffering they're causing as they burn #eveything down around them is just so. it's fun to watch the fire you know? #especially when you know it was preventable #it's also just like. people are contradictory and we hold contradictory beliefs all the time. and it wasn't intentional but i liked it #momo don't look

Silent Angel

TITLE: Silent Angel IMAGINE:Imagine you are mute, and Loki comes to Avengers tower for the first time. Loki asks you a question and you answer through hand. Loki looks at you crazy and thinks your making fun of him, he starts yelling saying that you should respect him since he’s a god and prince. Thor comes in and tells him your mute and explains what it means. Loki then takes in interest in you because he thinks you are beautiful and are interesting. He then even tries to learn the language, just so he can be like you and make you feel like your not alone. Though there are times when he says some different words by mistake, and when he see’s you blush he know he said something wrong. Melodie ran to her room to get her things, Loki watched her run and decided to follow but was stoped by Thor clasping a hand on his shoulder as he passed. “Lady Melodie can take care of herself brother, you’d be surprised at what she can do, especially for a little lady” Thor smirked at his brother and unclasped his hand from Loki’s shoulder. Loki sighed and looked towards Cap.

“May i ask why i am standing around like an idiot instead of enjoying a nice cup of tea and having a intelligent conversation” Loki said. Clint rolled his eyes, “can’t you actually care about something for just two seconds” said Clint, “i care about my tea that i am missing out on because you” Loki smirked.

While Loki was annoying the team Melodie quickly changed into her gear. Her suit was similar to Natasha’s, but had a skirt to it that was attached to the suit, and wasn’t as revealing as Natasha’s. Also S.H.E.I.L.D made sure that if the skirt ripped, or was torn it wouldn’t ruin the suit and wouldn’t tare anything, it would act like it was removable at anytime.

Once on a mission the skirt ripped and Melodie felt so embarrassed but when she looked down the only thing that happened was the skirt came off and there was no tare or rips on her suit, it had looked just like Natasha’s and when she looked the skirt was just hanging there while she was okay.

So she walked on the jet she had a piece of fabric in her hands and everyone looked at her weird since she was missing something from her suit. But the she just strapped it back on like nothing. Once she had her suit on Melodie tied her hair in a bun and ran back to the others. As she came back to the living room, everyone was standing ready for the threat, Loki saw Melodie as she walked in and his eyes went wide to see her in the suit.

‘By the gods, please help me’ Loki thought to himself as he saw her run in. He felt his cheeks turn a slight pink as Melodie stood next to him ready for the threat. She looked to Stark, 'so what are we really dealing with here’ she asked, “kid gonna need to go just a bit slower” said Tony. Melodie repeated what she signed, “Jarvis picked up something on radar coming for us, not sure what it is but seems mechanical, so guessing robots sent from our old pal Ultron” Tony said.

“Don’t look now but i think we’re about to have company” said Natasha loading her gun. Melodie looked to Bucky, she already knew his guns and knives were always loaded and sharpened but she always made sure. Bucky caught her look and he nodded, “you already know doll” he smirked and Melodie smiled. The object seemed to be coming closer, and behind it appeared more, 'so i guess Tony was right’ Melodie tought to herself.

Finally the window was smashed and in came Ultron’s robot’s, Tony started blasting most of them that came in. Though Melodie figured that if Ultron was here he wanted something from Tony’s lab, and most of the robots seemed to be heading there, that is if they could make it past Cap and Bucky. Melodie saw more coming and got ready, as soon as more came Loki, Thor, and Clint all got their weapons out.

Tony couldn’t handle them all so Clint started shooting them from far away, but they started to break more of the windows to get in and that’s when the rest were put to work. “Kid could use a boost” said Clint, with her mind Melodie made steps for Clint out of big pieces of broken glass, he stepped on them and shot some of them from above and jumped down on one of them. 'So that’s what she can do, impressive little one’ Loki thought.

As one of the robots came near Melodie, Loki was ready to defend her, but before he could even move she had already crushed it with one look. Even though she seemed to take care of herself pretty well Loki still kept a close eye on her. More of these bots seemed to be coming, wanting to get whatever Tony had, they moved towards the door where Bucky and Cap were so Melodie followed, crushing the bots left and right.

“Nice to see you’ll be joining us” smiled Cap, 'nice to be on board’ she quickly signed. One managed to get past them but not very far, “i got him” said Bucky and shot him in the back. Melodie looked to Loki to see if he was alright and he was doing a great job, 'well he is a god’ Melodie thought to herself, Loki gracefully sliced and stabbed every bot that crossed his path with ease.

Once every bot had been defeated, there were parts everywhere. “Seriously? All of you damaged them so bad that i can’t even examine one, i wanted to see how they’ve been upgraded” pouted Tony. “Stark we really don’t need you trying to make another Ultron” added Natasha, then Clint came in “sorry to ask but where was Bruce when all this was happening?”

Everyone looked around, “he’s in the lab making sure eveything is safe, and we didn’t really need to stress him out right now, we handled it perfectly” said Tony. Then the Tv fell, the couch cought on fire, and a chair broke, “alright could have gone beter but nothing we can’t fix. Melo would you mind?” Asked Tony motioning the mess, she smiled and walked towards the windows.

Then every little piece of glass was in the air and thrown so the windows could be fixed. Once they were fixed she looked back at Tony smiling, “not bad kid, can’t even see a single scratch” Tony added. Everyone started cleaning, except Loki since he said it wasn’t his place and was forced to be here. Later once everything was back to normal Melodie changed and decided to just sleep, but was interrupted when she heard a knock.

She lazily dragged her feet to the doir and opened it to find Loki. “I’m sorry little one did i wake you?” He asked and Melodie shook her head, “i just wanted to ask about the attack today? I had no idea who they were, so i was wondering if you could fill me in” he smiled. Melodie nodded, 'it’s kind of a long one, would you like to come in?’ She signed, “if it’s no trouble” said Loki and Melodie moved to let him in.

Loki sat in Melodie’s desk chair while she sat on the end of her bed explaining to him who Ultron was and why there was an attack, though Melodie went slow so Loki could understand since he just learned how to sign. “So that’s where the scepter went, clearly mortals can’t be trusted with it” said Loki leaning back on the chair and crossing his arms. “Then this is mostly Starks fault?” Loki added and Melodie kinda nodded.

“Though i do have to say i was impressed with your performance today little one” said Loki and Melodie smiled. 'Sorry for not telling you earlier, i didn’t think you wanted to know and it wasn’t that important’ Said Melodie. “Little one i think you are very important, and seeing how your the only one who seems to want to talk to me, i would enjoy listening to everything that happens to you” Loki smiled.

'The others would also like to talk to you Loki, you just need to give them a chance. Though it seems like I’m keeping you from them, it’s just that i enjoy talking to a friend like you’ Melodie signed. “Friend?” He questioned, 'of course your my friend, i really don’t care about what you did, it’s what your doing to make it right that i care about. And really I’m happy to have someone like you to talk to’ she signed.

Loki gave a small smile and he stood up to leave. “It has been a pleaser talking to you little one, i am sorry to have kept you up so late” said Loki. 'Its not a problem, i enjoyed our talk’ she smiled, Loki walked to the door and was aboht to leave when he turned to Melodie. “Goodnight little one” he said, 'goodnight Loki’ Melodie signed. Loki then left Melodie to sleep, and walked down to his room, as he walked in and got ready for bed he kept thinking about what Melodie had said.

Loki then got in bed and turned to his side. 'Friend’ Loki said smiling to himself.
