New One Piece OC incoming! I'm very happy that the Mink Tribe exists in One Piece otherwise it would of been hard coming up with this guy. This is Fang, a 22 year old Mink Jackal inspired on Infinite from Sonic Forces. Even his Devil Fruit is inspired on the Phantom Ruby.

Born and raised on the island of Zou with Wanda as his girlfriend and Carrot as his little sister figure, Fang ate the Phantom-Phantom Fruit(Phantomu-Phantomu No Mi in Japanese)which gives him the ability to create illusions, clones, and even trap his enemies in a virtual reality world filled with illusions. Besides guards, the Mink fortress is also guarded by an illusion set up by Fang for an extra line of defense. His powers are more enhanced in his Sulong form, almost to the power point of an awakened Devil Fruit user; he goes by the code name Mugen(Japanese word for infinite/infinity and play on to being inspired on Infinite)while undercover and dons a mask on his face to keep his identity safe from enemies such as the Marines. He is an ally to the Straw Hat Crew during Whole Cake Island and Wano.
