Alex’s leg bounced up and down nervously as her call went to voicemail for the 7th time in a row. She’d been calling your phone nonstop since hearing the news, anxious to know if it was true or not. It was always something that ate at her; her and Charles’ inability to relate to your childhood in Louisiana. They’d grown up among a higher class than you and in foreign countries. You would just giggle and wave off her concerns, insisting that even though they couldn’t understand your upbringing, that at least you could understand theirs.

“No answer.” She muttered, teeth gnawing at her bottom lip. It was a habit she’d had as a child, one that you disapproved of and had trained out of her before you left them.

“She left us for a swamp man.” Charles pathetically finished Alex’s thought as they sat in his car, waiting to meet some other drivers and wags at the high-end restaurant Carlos chose.

“Don’t say it like that!” Alexandra turned her body towards the passenger window, “She didn’t leave us— not in that way! I told you she was homesick!”

Your father was a Cajun man who definitely took his culture to heart, doing a lot of hunting and fishing before he passed away suddenly when you were 12. Your mother was from France originally, and she remarried a rich Frenchman who’d ended up funding your modeling career after your success in pageantry. You moved straight to France at age 14 and found yourself in a completely different culture from how you grew up. You’d visited France before during summers with your mother, but it wasn’t home to you like Louisiana. You’d met Alexandra when the two of you were 19, and instantly bonded. Despite only really meeting briefly, it was love at first sight on Alex’s part and she supported you all the way to when you won Miss Universe after starting out Miss Louisiana.

When Charles had come along and had the same feelings that she did for you, it felt perfect, like everything had finally come together.

“With us is her home.” Charles replied, sucking his teeth.

“I can’t even—” Alex didn’t have to finish, the two had the same thought. They can’t even fathom the idea that you were with someone else.

Daniel was practically cackling in joy while Carlos at least tried to hide his amusement by covering his face. It was no secret that most of the f1 grid was praying for you to leave Charles/Alex so they could get a chance— but this wasn’t what they were expecting.

Bickering around the table ensued, only a few seconds before Alex was rolling her eyes with a groan and putting her face in her hands, “He doesn’t have any recent social media so I can’t even stalk him.”

“So we will just go there!”

“And what? Become swamp people?” Daniel was laughing so hard he was tearing up.

“Cha, that’s so ridiculous.” Alex mumbled.

“It is—!” Kika agreed suspiciously fast, “I just mean the split was recent, so maybe me and Pierre should visit her before you guys?” It’d only been a few months, but that had been enough to drive Charles and Alex a bit off the rails.

They’d only ever been apart from you for just over two days in the last year, up until you ghosted them. Well— it wasn’t technically ghosting when you left a note; a very brief letter in your familiar handwriting that told them you needed some space. They didn’t take it as a break up, although they did panic. Their numbers weren’t blocked, so they naturally took that as a good sign. This was probably because you wanted their attention since all their calls and messages were going through. The finality of it didn’t hit until it reached two weeks of no-contact from you and their photos were removed from your Instagram. The public noticed and so did the rest of the grid despite Alex and Charles’ now 3-month-long denial stage.

“le lieu s'appelle Pierre Part, yeah?” Pierre grinned and Charles sneered at him. (the place is called pierre part)

“They might have a point,” Daniel winced with a wide grin, “I think you’ll just look crazy if you show up. At least, one of us would just look like a friend who misses her, ya know?”

“None of you are visiting our girlfriend!” Alex frowned.

“Ex,” Carlos gently corrected into his fist with a cough before straightening up, “She jus’ is homesick maybe so give her some space and she will come back in no time.”

“I knew this would happen.” Alex slumped with her chin in her hand, “cet endroit est sa maison.” (that place is her home)

“You’ve never heard ‘if you love something, let it go’? If it’s meant to be, she’ll come back.” Daniel tried to reassure, but his face was almost a wince.

“We just wanted her close to us is all! We travel so much, we didn’t mean to take her away from her home—”

But Daniel gave them a look, knowing about their behavior with you. As in love with you as they are, Alex and Charles are intense about it. Endearing on one hand for awhile, but then the jealousy got worse and they were pretty delusional about their tendencies. He could understand it honestly— you were lovely. He imagined he’d be in the same state as Alex and Charles if you were his and you left him. Which is why he cut them so much slack, the rest of the table too.

“I don’t understand why she ran away like that!” Charles finished with a huff, running his fingers through his hair. He was starting to sweat. This felt like a cruel joke on your part— a mean way to get their attention.

“His ears are a little big.” Alex whispered, staring into her phone with a pout.

“et cela! regarde nos oreilles!” (and that! look at our ears!)

Pierre lost it at that; Charles pulling at his ears to make a point, “Maybe he’s just a nice guy, man!”

“We are nice!”

“Let me see.” Carlos walked around the table to see Alex’s phone.

She’d googled the name of your alleged new boyfriend— Chase Landry. He had starred on some Southern US reality show ‘Swamp People’; it mainly surrounded cajun alligator hunters in Louisiana. They had known you liked the show, but had never seen it themselves.

“Eh,” Carlos shrugged, “his ears aren’t that big. He is a little old for her though, no? 34?”

“Exactly! He is a pervert! I’m calling her again, actually.”

i definitely fell heart ❤️ first for kyotan after finishing the mugen train arc, but hmmmmm, to pinpoint the exact moment it ✨ sparked ✨ and activated the fujo cells in my brain, it has to be the sleepy time on the train—i am not immune to the tenderness of the scene, pls gtg couldve had tan sleep against the window, or nod off to sleep without leaning against kyo, BUTTTTTT tan placed his head on kyo's shoulder, AND KYO DIDN'T STOP HIM!!! (ง ื▿ ื)ว

for all we know, tan couldve drifted off to sleep first on the rattling window, and then kyo placed his head on his shoulder so tan could sleep more comfortably! 😉😉 anyway

🎴 tanjiro has always been my favourite character, right from the start of the series—he's a very loveable character, dependable, and his "i am the eldest son!" attitude really endeared me 😭😭 similarly, kyo is also a very dependable and sexy big brother, so its needless to say that they captured my heart almost instantly

and obviously, like, the way the kamaboko trio first met kyo on the train, how it was zen and ino's first time seeing kyo, and they were asking tan how they would know they met the right person,,, and the way tan said he's seen kyo before and would definitely recognise him! (im not gonna lie, that little bit alone had the fujo braincells in my head starting to wake up 🤭🤭)

and then how they got to see kyo's strength and power as he slayed the first two demons on the train with ease, and then the look of admiration (love) on tan's face when kyo ran up to tan and told him he would take care of five carriages while zen and nezuko handled three,,,

aside from that, the rengoku lives tag is free therapy okay, lets be real xDDDDDDD i just love thinking about the future that couldve happened if kyo had survived

and i also think it would be interesting to see how they would live their lives after muzan has been taken down, we have kyo, whose entire life has been moulded and shaped for one purpose only and now that theyve finally achieved it, what happens?

definitely, there would be a training arc, maybe kyo and tan would have to rein in wandering thoughts about each other, or fics where kyotan gets into an argument bc tan doesnt want to become his tsuguko bc it means replacing kyo as hashira,

lets see, i think kyo has the potential to be manipulative, whether he is conscious of it or not

it has to do with his trauma, where he is so! good! at compartmentalising his emotions, and how rigid he can sometimes be about "this is the way things has to be",

im talking about how ruka instilled "the strong must protect the weak" mentality in kyo, and given how he interacts with sen and the bento girl, it sort of reflects that "the weak should just sit back and be protected by the strong"

and i just think that if he's 100% set his mind on "the way a certain thing should be", he might end up manipulating the situation to be what he has envisioned in his mind

like if sen really pushes through headstrong that he is going to train hard and join the demon slater corps, kyo is going to reject and push sen's desires down, kind of the way shin is doing to kyo, but kyo might end up saying things that affect sen more than shin does kyo—maybe he'll tell sen about what ruka says, and it can be especially effective bc sen barely has any memories of ruka before she passed, how he should just let him! the older and more capable one! handle all the hard work, that sen is pitiful enough the way he already is, really hammering in the point that sen cannot possibly do anything,,, that kind of stuff

of course, that doesnt mean that kyo is incapable of changing his mind—proven when he first says nezuko should be killed bc she is a demon and 100% no longer human, but then changes his mind about nezuko once he sees her protecting the passengers in mugen train

gah—i just think that he can be manipulative if he (his heart) really wants to, and i say his heart because again, he might be doing it subconsciously, reflecting what he really wants deep down, and not what he thinks should happen from his skewed perspective as the strong one

ooh!!! this one is a fun one!

enmu says he likes to give his victims the happiest dream they could ever dream of, then thrust them into the most painful dream once they've relaxed and put down their guards,,,

so lets see, for kyo right, since his dream starts of with a memory of him telling shin that he has finally become the flame hashira, and how shin belittles him and his efforts

then it goes on to show sen waiting outside shin's room, waiting for kyo to come out etc, yadda yadda

i think enmu would continue to build on that dream, so it will emphasize the peaceful, but short, days that kyo gets to spend with sen

then! he might end up dreaming about ruka, about the happy days he has shared with his family, before ruka's passing that broke shin so bad

maybe it'll show scenes where kyo gets back from a long mission and starts telling sen about how it went, and then goes on with him learning things that sen excitedly shares, stories that he's learned from reading,

sen getting his beloved aniki to try and taste test his latest recipes bc shin is too busy drowning himself in alcohol, kyo thoroughly enjoying and appreciating sen's efforts, eating burnt food whilst sen apologizes nonstop and trying to get kyo to stop eating the burnt stuff, saying he'll make another batch that isnt burnt

maybe there'll even be a part where sen helps to trim kyo's hair for the first time, carefully, and then sen accidentally cuts off a big chunk

now kyo lets him and just laughs it off, bc he wants to leave some happy memories with sen before his inevitable death happens, as with any rengoku before him, while fulfilling their duty

as for tan, enmu also lets him dream about his family, and we know that tan so desperately misses his family, how much he wants to sit there and bask in denial that his family had been killed in cold blood

so continuing from that, i think tan would be spending more time with his family, chopping wood and making charcoal as usual with takeo following him around happily, then descending the mountain to sell charcoal as per his usual routine with rokuta and hana tagging along

maybe the seasons would change, from winter to spring, where tan would occasionally take a break and go pick some flowers for kie, and to spend time basking in the morning sun with rokuta and hana

to summer, where he would bring his siblings down to the river and play with them in the water, and he would catch fish with them, teaching them how to spear the fishes

to autumn, where he would rake up the leaves to make a giant leaf pile and his siblings would jump into it, maybe he might even build a little canopy hut thing for them to play in with the fallen leaves and branches

with all the seasons that come and go, tan watches happily as his siblings all grow up, but bc enmu wants to give him a bad dream at the end, tan realises that he's the only one that isnt aging like the rest of his family

he starts to notice when he sees takeo and rokuta looming over him, having grown up already, takeo, getting into his rebellious phase, rokuta, no longer the crybaby he used to be

nezuko and hana, much older now, swooning over the new family that just moved into town, who also happens to have a handsome and single young man, who only vaguely reminds tan about muzan (bc it is him but in a different form, and tan cant smell him very well bc he's already so drawn into his dream, so settled in but just on edge enough to realise that something isnt quite right)

kie, her eyesight no longer what it used to be, grey hairs and shaky hands are her normal now, but still lovingly making their favourite senbei for her darling children

all growing older, except for tan, who continues to remain stuck, frozen in time

SHIT 'N' STUFF NOBODY AWAITS "Movie-night" part 1 of 3

So I'm after my movie-night and I have some conclusions (more than "going to bed at 4:30 is the most stupid idea I don't recommend" - for this I knew already😆)

So the first movie I already knew by heart and longer than I can say, though not rewatching it for few years. If anything new - probably first time watching it alone? Still loving it nevertheless but it feels whole a lot better watching together with someone who loves it too😕

Oh, and first time imagining how it could feel to be a viewer who never was a believer looking at the character speaking, disputing and puting all his hopes... looking into what, the empty sky?😑 Jeez, that would be one of the saddest thing I've ever seen🥺 His faith is all that is left to him when he's losing almost everything else, it's giving sense to all the struggles, making him feel that even if he suffers a lot, it's not completely pointless, that there's a meaning in everything... If anyone - poor and suffering ppl will always need hope.

Also: never before I felt so much for rebellious character (probably never sympathising with him before bc he was leftist?🤔 And everybody keep on saying "He's a little crazy"😅 Anyway I grew up to finally understand his motives🤷)

And since the very beggining I understood the tradition that was meant to make you feel safe in this unsteady world - is the first thing going to be proved so wrong... Like I knew it always but never felt it so intensively

And relation with constable. With "I wish you were Jew". I wonder how did they met for the first time? And how it feels to be not evil man who have to obey orders but thinking "better for them it was me than someone worse"?

Oh, and the dance, always!!!😍 The language of dance! The intercultural dialog of dance!!!🥰 What's more to say, I hope I will never get tired of it🥲

And of course the father figure. Like personification of a nation that tries to hold all the threads: of love and understanding toward his kids and the tradition that he believes is best for them all, even if seems oppressive. Well, it's all just "trying to scratch out a pleasant, simple tune without breaking his neck"...

Main conclusion? Even when knowing something by heart - there's still something new to discover👍The film is not changing with time - but you are!

Rewatch Thoughts:

Peter Boyle is phenomenal as Clyde Bruckman. Even given the wonderful writing, this episode would not have worked without him. I’m primarily here for the Mulder and Scully show. But many of the best XF episodes (well, the best MOTW) that stick out in my mind are the ones with guest actors that just click as that character - I’m engaged even without Mulder and Scully in the scene. The more forgettable or lackluster episodes are the ones where I don’t care about the suspect or victim we’re spending time with. It’s hard to make a new character compelling in just a few minutes on screen.

Clyde Bruckman’s musings about doll collecting have always stuck in my brain. Why did this woman collect dolls? What was it about her life? Was it one specific moment where she suddenly said “I know - dolls.” Or was it a whole series of things? Starting when her parents first met that somehow combined in such a way that in the end, she had no choice but to be a doll collector. I had a conversation with my mom once where she said that it was daunting sometimes to realize how much influence she had over my life - little things that led me down the path to who I am today. Some things are easy to trace back - my love of Italy goes back to my shared love of art with my mom and the trip she took me on to Italy when I graduated high school, which led to studying Italian and studying abroad there in college. Is there really any free will? Did I have any choice in falling in love with Italy? I made choices along the way, but the choices I had were dictated by circumstances and genetics. So it feels a little like Fate. Bringing it back to Mulder and Scully - a combination of their individual personalities and circumstances beyond their control brought them together and led them to fall in love. Fate? I’m not generally a big fan of AU fanfic, but I do love the idea of them coming together no matter the circumstances in which they find each other.

Is Scully immortal?

Option 1. No, Clyde Bruckman just didn’t want to tell her about her death because he liked Scully. This is probably the original intent when the episode was written.

Option 2. Yes, Scully really will never die. See 6x10 Tithonus - Fellig took her place with Death and now she is immortal like he was. Given that Scully keeps aging past her mid-30s this doesn’t seem likely. Also, this idea is too sad - that Scully will end up like Fellig, everyone she knew and loved long dead, searching for death.

Option 3. No, but Clyde Bruckman foresaw the events of Tithonus and that she doesn’t die then as Fate intended. She doesn’t die then, but that doesn’t mean she won’t someday (when she and Mulder are old and grey and pushing each other around in their wheelchairs ❤️). This is the version I’m going with.

Rewatching T.A.H.I.T.I.

And here we are, the final piece of the T.A.H.I.T.I. puzzle, at least as season 1 goes, and it’s the most ghoulish thing yet. At the time I wasn’t even sure the alien was dead-dead, since they were apparently extracting fluids and...you know, nevermind that 🤢.

My point is, this felt BIG.

Of course, when rewatching the Big Thing is the introduction of John Garrett. He struts in like he owns the Bus, the rugged, tough veteran agent who used to mentor one of our leads, saved by the actor’s charisma from feeling cliché. I know I didn’t pay much attention to him the first time, what with Skye dying, the T.A.H.I.T.I. mystery unravelling and Trip already making an impression😍

But he says things like this: Well, I'm a bit of a sweet talker when I need to be. You wouldn't believe what I could talk this son of a gun (Ward) into.

And he is gleefully violent (”Pretty please it is”) and completely unpertubed storming the Guest House and killing the guards. Coulson and Fitz don’t have many qualms either, it’s true, but they care deeply for Skye and assuring her survival has overriden any other consideration. Garrett has never even met her, yet he’s perfectly cool breaking into and then destroying a highly classified facility, killing people who are just doing their job and enjoys every minute of it (“if the job was easy it wouldn’t be any fun”), never raising even a perfunctory objection.

Right there, under our nose. The smug bastard.

May’s Boundless Badassary:

Beating the living daylights out of a handcuffed prisoner probably shouldn’t count as badass but it’s an incredibly powerful scene for all that it conveys, even more so on rewatch: another girl she couldn’t save. And I won’t lie, watching Quinn’s insufferable smirk being wiped in blood has some appeal 😏. In 6x10, when Elena, Piper and Daisy are having their “this is too uncool for May” brainstorming, the latter says: She'd beat him to a pulp in a heartbeat. I like to think that somebody told her about this.

Quake Rumblings:

1x10 had this heavy bit: The world is full of evil and lies and pain and death [...] you can only face it. [...] when you do [..] who do you become? Here we cover the death part, as Skye codes twice before she is injected with the GH 325.

Stuff that crossed my mind:

T.A.H.I.T.I stands for Terrestrialized Alien Host Integrative Tissue Infusion. No, I’m not making this up, this - with the exception of the very last word, which I did make up because it’s unreadable - is what appears on one of the test patients’ classified file, briefly shown in 2x07.

As if you could stop Skye doing anything she’s set her mind to. I've actually tried for about 15 minutes to remember one single instance of someone managing to talk Daisy down. I came up empty but it’s now on my list of things to look for during the rewatch 😁.

She shouldn’t have been there, I’m her S.O., it’s on me. Nope, he’s faking it here, big time. He’s genuinly upset, yes, but he’s not blaming himself for it. That’s not what he does. He’s just covering for the real reason and the real person he’s blaming (other than Coulson. I think he’s definitely blaming Coulson, too).

The one to blame is the man who shot her, Ian Quinn. I love that May comes off as the reasonable, cool-headed one asserting this but then goes full berserker by acting on it.

The shots perforated her stomach and penetrated the large and small intestines. It’s a tiny detail but I love how, when the doctor starts given her prognosis, Jemma’s face falls immediately at this description. The others only truly get that it’s hopeless when she mentions taking her off life support, but Simmons understands right away, as she should.

We’re her family. This isn’t just about Skye. The entire team has grown into a tight-knit unit that maybe cares a little too much about each other, given their jobs. And, well, the fact that one of them is a traitor. That...is going to hurt.

Oh, look. The medical pod is being added to the Bus. Sturdy little box, full of useful gadgets and what not...*sigh*

I don’t care about your clearance levels. And he will eventually get rid of levels as Director.

If Coulson thinks there's a chance in a million to save Skye, to save any of us, he'd take it. People like us, we need people like him. So, yeah, it makes sense. A lot more sense than the alternative. -- You mean giving up? -- Or killing the man responsible. May is very much actions over words, her (meaningful) silences being legendary. But when she speaks, she has lines like this 🤗. Also, this parallel. by @marvelsaos

All the war and chaos in the world and S.H.I.E.L.D. sends a plane after us? At the time I grumbled about S.H.I.E.L.D.’s priorities too but of course it’s all Garrett’s doing.

Quinn shot one of my agents. Agent, not consultant, although technically that’s what she still is. She’ll get her badge in 1x16 but obviously that’s just a formality for Coulson at this point.

How did Coulson swing such a sweet ride? -- He died. -- That's tight. That’s...not the response I’d expect. 🤣

I think we need to do everything humanly possible to save Skye. But we need to acknowledge that doing so might give the Clairvoyant exactly what he wants. -- It's a risk we have to take. And once again, heart over pragmatism. Juust keeping track.

Ah, damn. Encrypted. Skye could crack this [...] It's some kind of emergency override. Skye could probably get past it, but I can't hack the panel. Our weekly reminder that Skye is a god tier hacker and not even the resident genius can match her.

I'm not afraid, not yet. I suspect the real danger won't happen until we breach that bulletproof glass. I don’t think Fitz liked Garrett much. The face he makes, so not amused.

You guys go back a ways? -- Not really. A few months. We have nothing in common, couldn't be more different. -- But you can't imagine your life without her. -- Yes. Where Jemma Simmons is me🤗. Kidding aside, this is as beautiful now as it was the first time. And of course Trip gets it 😍.

We should put suits on before we go in there. -- You’re right but there’s no time -- I wish I could speak to Simmons. She'd know what most of this stuff is or, at least, what stuff not to touch. Fitz is still the very squeamish Fitz who flees the lab at the first hint of grossness. Yet, just like in FZZT, it doesn’t  stop him when it matters.

Agent Ward, would you do the honors? Thought you'd never ask. The macho banter between Ward and Garrett is especially grating now. And Ward feels so much more like the real Ward everytime he interacts with Garrett, doesn’t he?

Each time we save her, I ask myself, "is this what Skye would want?" Yes? Did anything she ever do or say so far makes you think she wouldn’t hold to life with everything she’s got? It isn’t s4 yet, Jemma.

I just got really scared that she would suffer the way that I did. But she didn't. For whatever reason she didn't. Oh! *jumps up, raises hand* I know it! I know the reason! 😊.

1)Have I watched Outlander? I spend my days listening to all the variations of Skye boat song because that song is addictive. I absolutely LOVE Outlander, especially the first two seasons, the way we see Claire reasonings in the first one and the settings (the COSTUMES) of the second one... That was magnificent (my favorite episode is Faith and I think that it could work as a movie, Catriona's acting was breathtaking and the soundtrack made it magical)(Jamie's accent😍)

2)I thought that the A discovery of witches books were three, I want to read them when I'll have some free time (university is ending my life) because the show is really good (when I saw Venice in the trailer I died because seeing places that I know well in an international tv show is just on another level, I HAD to watch it) and I like how it's a witches and vampires tv show but it's not for teenagers 

3)(I'm a little ashamed to admit that I'm a Twilight child, Twilight was my 12 years old thing and ADOW is my adult thing) can't wait for the second season. The first season of Medici is really slow, the second is the best one and even though it is a continuation it can be watched directly, skipping the first one (the third one is not that good either) but honestly I didn't like the fact that they took too many liberties from what real history was 

4)(but this days I'm obsessed so my judgment on Medici is not reliable, I'm just vibing while listening to Renaissance and Revolution bones). With all this talking about Merlin l dreamed of him, dreaming of having an argument with Merlin over some turmeric is not something that happens everyday.

 5). I don't really watch kdrama but I had an "I want to learn Korean" phase when I used to listen to kpop a couple of years ago, I've seen a lot of people tweeting about Crash landing on you and I'm really curious about it, when my brain will start to get tired of the "fantasy/fey/The old guard/Renaissance thing I'll watch it. I hope that you are having a great day✨ 

 Haha, I've also listened to all variations of the song! You should hear Karlienne's fan song 'Bound', it's soooo good! I also love the first seasons more, after they moved to America it just started feeling like I'm watching a remake of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman haha. 

 Faith was such a heavy episode! I don't think I would rewatch it. I think my favourite ones are the ones that directly have to do with time travel cause I'm a sucker for this trope. 

 You know, weird thing is, I don't find anyone from Outlander or A Discovery of witches hot. Like, the women are beautiful but would I date any of the guys if I met them? Probably not. I've actually always imagined book!Marcus just like Daniel Sharman because that's the way he's described in the books. :D 

 Also, you have absolutely no need to be ashamed of being a Twilight child because I myself was one. I remember that when I first learned about the books, they still hadn't been translated in Bulgarian and I went to the bookstore in the city centre every day after school and I bugged them when are they going to import the original version. I think that after the first few months, they felt like they were bullied by a 13 years old because they finally ordered it. That's how I started really learning English btw. 

 Are you Italian? I studied Italian for an year in high school and I was pretty good, I even applied for Universita' degli studi di Trieste but I just barely didn't make it in the top 80 that were allowed. After that I studied Italian in my local university in Bulgaria but we remained at level A2 until the final year and I actually FORGOT Italian during those 4 years. Those were wasted years if I have to be honest haha.

 I thought, judging from the edits, the 3rd season of Medici would be the best one because Daniel Sharman had these long curls then?  And he looks soooo good with long hair, I can't. He looks like something Caravaggio or Botticelli would have drawn. Or one of Michelangelo's sculptures. 

 Haha, arguing with Merlin over turmenic is totally something that would weirdly make sense. xD I dreamt of him last week as well. I think we were in a weird fantasy reality show and one of my rl classmates tried flirting with him but I became frustrated and somehow reversed time until it was I that flirted with him.

 Crash landing on you is really good! But it was something that my mum liked more. Since you like fantasy, I think you would like Goblin: the great and lonely god , the most. This was honestly one of the most exciting shows I've watched - from the first second right down to the last scene. Most kdramas are only 16 episodes long, that's what I like about them - you don't need to overcommit. :D 

There was also a historical kdrama about a Korean painter who lived in an Italian castle and the actor that played the MC, Song Seung Heon, was a delightful snack, but I personally didn't find the plot that interesting, mostly because my angst/tragedy-senses were tingling and I don't like sad endings. That's why I always try to see the ending first. 

 Tbh, I feel like Cursed will aim for a bittersweet ending because ever since George Martin overglorified Lord of the Rings' bittersweet ending, that's the rage in modern fantasy stories.
