I like to cook in large quantities, especially if it is a gravy dish such as Fish Curry, 'Masak Lemak Cili Api' and others.😋 However sometimes when I want to cook a lot, the main problem is that the pot is either too small or shallow. And I hate it when the food will stick and burn in the middle of the pan if simmered for too long. This frustrates me so much! 😔 Complaining about this, one of my friends had introduced me to KUCHEN GERMANY COOKWARE - Non-Stick Die-Cast Granite 32Cm Deep Fry Pan Wok With Lid. It's PFOA FREE, Lead and Cadmium-Free which means it doesn't use harmful chemicals in the making process. Although the Non-Stick Die-Cast Granite 32Cm Deep Fry Pan Wok I got is huge. Can you guess what this is? 😃 This is the vegetarian version of Nasi Lemak, Malaysia's national dish. 😍 I tried the vegetarian Nasi Lemak at Simple Life - Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant one day when I was on my no-meat day and I started to get super hungry while I was still at the mall.⠀ .⠀ I am super happy that I went to this restaurant 😃 and yes I do eat vegetarian dishes but I have never tried vegetarian version of a meat dish. You can take my 10/10 rating for this particular dish at Simple Life before reading further and try their food when you get a chance. Their menu is huge! 😱⠀ .⠀ For ikan balis (anchovies), the substitute was crispy mushrooms AND I LOVED IT ❤️ because after seven years of living in Malaysia, I still haven't developed a taste for sambhal and ikan bilis. Mac&cheese with sausage for the kids. My fav drink is Ice blended Kedondong asam boi. ❤️ Triple combo has 1 steak, 1 grilled chicken, 1 lamb and there's also jumbo sausages. Lamb, beef and chicken. Sides are now salads and mash potato.
