He knew you and Mahiru were out together taking a stroll around the island and were planning to go for a swim

He should’ve been more aware about Peko and how she would react, he knew Peko would never hurt you, and he was lucky enough to make it in time to the small house

Mahiru was waiting outside for you as you went in to grab a water bottle from the small fridge, Peko thought it would be Mahiru who went in first but was able to stop just in time when Fuyuhiko’s ran all the way to the house and pull you towards him so Peko would miss

Peko apologized and made it clear that she wasn’t going to kill you and had Fuyuhiko’s help clear it up as well

Seeing how it could’ve been you instead of Mahiru who died, and by accident form Peko of all people, made him even be more worried about your wellbeing and had you close to him at all times even if it was just you going to the bathroom

Gundham Tanaka

He never had you stray too far away from him ever, he would always say that he would protect you from all evil with the help of his dark devas

You were never seen apart from each other even from when you both woke up on the island, especially since you two were dating for a while and even before the island

It was just a coincidence he saved you, Hiyoko sucked up and went to ask you for help on tying her kimono and you told her that you remembered there was a large mirror over at the live house and you told her you would gladly carry it over to her cabin so she can keep it

The only reason you didn’t was because Gundham had reminded you about a small dinner you were supposed to have later that day with him, Sonia and Hajime

So Hiyoko had to go alone and when it turns out that her going there alone, like you were going to, was how she ended up getting killed, Gundham was shocked

He didn’t even want to think about what would’ve happened if you had went instead. He has since then pledged to go everywhere with you so you wouldn’t be alone and to calm his nerves

Hajime Hinata

Hes been on edge since he woke up on the island and even more worried when he saw you were unfortunately here as well on this hell island

Everything was going smoothly, there had been no murders so far and the little party they were having had been going well as everyone was having a great time talking and eating

You on the other hand, had been worried especially since you thought it was such a coincidence that only one pick had gone missing but Byakuya’s and Hajime brushed it off and Hajime comforted you with saying that nobody will kill someone in broad daylight and it probably just went missing

You weren’t believing it and when the lights went out, you noticed a small liquid neon dots that were leading under a table and crouched down to lift up the cover when Hajime who was next to you before the lights went out, accidentally tripped and you had both fallen on top of each other

And it was thanks to him tripping over you that you hadn’t died and crawled under the table

He’s since then taken this island more serious especially since you’re hear with him

Knowing that could’ve been you bleeding out under the table, haunts him

Nagito, Fuyuhiko, and Kazuichi Cuddling HCS

Nagito:

Nagito would be fine with pretty much any position you offer. Just basking in your warmth, your lovely scent wafting around him, your angelic voice ringing in his ears… those things are more than a lowly person like him deserves, Nagito thinks. When in a relationship, he is a very needy person even though he tries not to act on his desires, simply because he believes that he is wasting your time. However, it is quite easy to determine when Nagito is in the mood for some cuddling, as to be in love with him requires a lot of attention and understanding. He tends to cling and follow you around like a lost puppy when he is especially needy.

Nagito loves spooning you, and also greatly enjoys being spooned by you as well (even though he’s quite low key about the latter part.) He doesn’t even know how he managed to earn the love of someone as beautiful and hopeful as you, so this just makes him more scared of his bad luck hurting you. He didn’t think he could live with himself anymore if you got hurt because of his horrible luck… that’s why he likes to spoon you from behind as though he is protecting you. In the past, he’d try and stay away from you to make sure you could live a normal and happy life, free from being cursed by his luck. But you kept coming back and wouldn’t let go of him. The least he can do is hope that any bad luck is directed to him instead. Deep down he knows it’s selfish to keep you all to himself, but he can’t help himself.

If you take it upon yourself to be the big spoon, he’ll start up with saying something like “You don’t need to pamper trash like me!” Don’t! Let! Him! Say! That! Hold the boy!! It doesn’t take much to convince him, because he greatly dislikes arguing with his love. As the little spoon, he might be a little stiff at first because he’s not used to being held so tenderly. But just whisper how much you love and care for him, and he’ll melt right into your embrace. Might try to ruin the moment (not purposely!!) with some self-loathing comments but please reassure him that he’s wrong and you love being with him! He tends to ramble on about many things, particularly about how beautiful you are and how he doesn’t deserve you. Because of his sickness, I think Nagito would be quite cold the majority of the time (and I could totally see him teasing you with his cold hands and feet while cuddling… so cute.) So when you hold him it makes him feel very soft, warm, and loved, all of which he craves.

Fuyuhiko:

Very flustered and shy about cuddling, this one. If you try to bring up the topic, he’ll turn red and start tugging his tie nervously, sputtering curse words and try to change the subject as quickly as possible. He’s the leader of a yakuza organization, there’s no way he’s just gonna come out and say something like “Sure, let’s cuddle.” So the highest chance of you snuggling with him is somehow sneaking up behind him and wrapping your arms around his body. (How you do that, I’m not sure. Maybe you get lessons on stealth from Peko?) He’s always on his guard, so the best time to do it is when it’s late at night and he’s tired - the perfect time for cuddling! I can imagine him entering the bedroom you two share - him expecting you to be fast asleep as it was quite late into the night. But much to his surprise, instead, he feels a pair of arms wrap around him and is about to fight back against this unknown assailant but quickly realizes it’s just you when he feels your soft locks of hair caress his shoulder. Fuyuhiko’s about to ask what the hell you were doing when he realizes how good your embrace feels… and from there on you manage to coach him to bed and spoon him from the back.

Other than that first time, there’s no way Fuyuhiko is gonna let himself be the little spoon ever again. Kind of demands that he’s the big spoon because being the little spoon is way too embarrassing for him. He’s a light sleeper so if you try to be slick and change the position while he’s sleeping, he’s gonna wake up… so don’t try that. He feels like he has a responsibility to keep you safe (being the partner of a yakuza is dangerous after all) so he likes the more dominant positions. No matter how many times the two of you cuddle, he always gets a little flustered because wow, if someone told him a few years ago he was gonna be snuggling and in love with a cutie like you, he would have probably fucked them up. Fuyuhiko also tends to wait until you fall asleep before he does. (He is also probably guilty of sneaking off in the middle of the night to do paperwork or yakuza business… shh.)

Cuddling is when he’s truly vulnerable to you. He would take his eyepatch off and smooches from you occur. Fuyuhiko would never admit it but cuddling is one of his favorite pastimes with him, probably because it’s so soothing for him to be in your presence. (Also because I can see him being tired from yakuza work and just wants to feel your body against him but you won’t know that.)

Kazuichi:

Mechanic man here is still in shock that he managed to score such a cutie like you! No matter how much he tried, he could never find anyone who truly loved him for who he was, until you came along of course. So when you bring up cuddling he is over the moon with excitement! He longs for your touch, he gets all giddy even when you two do something as simple as holding hands. (Kazu’s just really touch starved…) Automatically tries to take the role of the big spoon, he likes to believe that he should be protecting his lovely partner from everything. He can be very touchy so expect to feel his hands roam all over your body. You’re just so soft… and his hands are rough… and the contrast is just so nice to him… He’s already affectionate but it just increases a lot during cuddle sessions.

If you ever suggest that you hold him instead, he’ll be shocked at first but definitely won’t decline. Being held by his lover sounds like a great time to him. His favorite position is lying on your chest because it’s softer than a pillow to him, and it allows him to be very close to you. Kazu is also fond of laying on your lap because your thighs are also very soft and he can see your gorgeous face at the same time. He tends to be quite clingy so when he cuddles it’s hard to get him off of you. He considers you his soul mate and never wants to let go.

If y’all are about to go to sleep, he takes off his beanie and just,,,, *explodes* His hair is all tousled and messed up, and he loves laying on you as you play with his hair. Yes, sometimes he does lay on you, which probably results in him unintentionally crushing or suffocating you, but you don’t really mind. You probably like to put on his beanie for fun even though it’s kinda sweaty, but Kazu absolutely adores it! You look so freaking adorable! Kazu also has a need to fiddle with things (like his wrench) so while cuddling he likes to play with your hair, loop it around his fingers and such. Or he plays with your fingers or the hem of your sleeve. Or maybe he checks out your bone structure ;)

Kazuichi :

♡ Constant state of his mind: panic

♡ Just expected to meet up with you, talk with you, maybe some kissing while you watched him work on something

♡ But when he walked in and saw someone taking one of his tools, intending to kill you with them?

♡ It's a big n o for the attacker

♡ "Don't you dare kill S/O," he would yell out threateningly, really he is shaking in his boots.

♡ The attacker knowing they would have a witness, decided to run away leaving both you and Kazuichi to fend for themselves

♡ Doesn't know what to do, but immediately rushes to your side

♡ "Are you okay?" He searches your body all over to find any injuries, only to find few scratches.

♡ Would never not be cautious around the attacker

♡ He didn't have that much protective nature before (only possessive), but now you bet your ass that he's going to protect you with his life

Fuyuhiko :

♡ Literally, wanted to do anything that day other than find you unconscious on the ground, covered in blood

♡ "S/O!"

♡ He would take you in his arms and yell for others to notice and bring everyone there

♡ He didn't want you to die, it was too soon

♡ He wanted to grow old with you, have children, get m-

♡ Wait, were you breathing?

♡ He called your name, trying to wake you up as your eyes soon fluttered open, the blood trickling down your face slightly blocking your vision

♡ "What the fuck do you think you are doing?!" He yelled at you with tears in his eyes, his voice laced with anger and fear.

♡ "You can't die here, not anywhere else!"

♡ Would quickly take you to Mikan to get your injuries treated while gripping your hand in his hands

♡ If he was there at the right time, would he have been able to protect you? But why would the attacker not kill you? He could only quess that you were knocked unconscious for some kind of purpose. The attacker would have the perfect opportunity to-

♡ Suddenly a bell rang through the hospital on the island

♡ "A body has been discovered-"

♡ He would stand by your side during the trial and make sure you're feeling well or at least okay

♡ Others made assumptions that you two are the killers, but you two have the perfect alibis for the time of murders

♡ "Don't you see that S/O is hurt? I fucking found them when they were bleeding on the ground!"

♡ The killer soon got discovered, unable to fool others any longer

♡ "If they haven't interupted me, I would have killed S/O instead of them," the killer yelled out, to spur on Fuyuhiko before their execution.

♡ "I hope you'll die a painful death, you bastard!" Fuyuhiko yelled out his voice laced with hatred.

♡ He would smirk so hard when he sees them get executed, then he would bring you to his cottage proceeding to look after you

♡ He's so glad that you're not dead :')

Ibuki :

♡ Would be writing some lyrics in her cottage when you come without knocking to her, covered in blood and just about ready to pass out from the exhaustion

♡ Ibuki just panicked

♡ "S/O!?"

♡ "What happened? Wait, I should get you to Mikan. But I don't know where she is!" She would come closer to you, her worry evident in her voice.

♡ "I can run out and find her," she announced her plan to you as she sat you down on her bed. She didn't care if it got dirty by your blood, your well-being was the most important thing to her.

♡ "Please, stay," you caught her by the back of her shirt as she practically tried to run out to find help.

♡ "I'll find her in a second, Ibuki needs you to be safe and treated!"

♡ She would arrive with Mikan right behind her and she would treat you as fast as she could, then she would leave you two to talk

♡ "What happened? Where did you get those injuries?"

♡ "I was attacked and I tried to run away, the first thing that came to mind was your cottage," you confessed.

♡ Poor baby wouldn't leave your side like ever again

♡ She would make sure no one attempted to hurt you ever again, she is so worried

Byakuya :

♡ Would probably want to take a break from reading in the library and make his way to the kitchen

♡ Only to see you leaning onto the wall, walking slowly, turning the wall bloody pink with your blood from your injured arm. The blood dripping on the ground as well

♡ Would rush to you and bring you with him to go to the nurse's office

♡ Would try to help you himself without anyone's help, even though he caused quite a ruckus

♡ "What were you doing?!"

♡ "If I didn't step in, they would get killed," you revealed into the silence of the nurse's office.

♡ "So you opted to have them kill you instead? I would rather have them die than you," he nagged at you with disappointment lacing his voice, but also something else.

♡ "But I protected them and that's the most impo-"

♡ "It isn't! You can't be this reckless, not here, not anywhere else," he told you off. "Or is it fun getting yourself in life threatening situations?"

♡ He held your hand in a tight grip, not wanting to let go, his face was laced with fear

♡ An emotion that was rare for him

♡ "I was worried about you," it was only a whisper that you had a hard time to catch. Almost as he was embarrassed for it, but it showed that he truly cared.

♡ From then on, he would keep you by his side at all times. He doesn't want to risk you having to jump in and save another stupid idiot. You have to live.

Mondo :

♡ You both knew that dating had some risks both for him and especially for you

♡ Sooner or later one of the rival gangs would decide to kidnapp you and hold you for ransom, they silently planned how to take Mondo's power

♡ And today was the day

♡ While you were out shopping alone someone grabbed you from behind and dragged you towards a dark alleyway

♡ "Stop moving around so much!" A male's voice whispered into your ear while you struggled to break free.

♡ "Don't blame for this. Boss said to bring you," and before you could process everything a cloth was pressed to your nose and you passed out.

♡ You woke up in a large hangar, the building being rather big and dark

♡ Men surrounded you from every side, some of them were wearing masks probably to mask who they really were

♡ "Shut up! Move already!" He screamed at his member to put the duct tape back on your mouth.

♡ "I wouldn't do that if I were you," loud steps resonated through the hangar as men started to shake in their boots.

♡ "Hey, love!!" You greeted him cheerfully from your place in the chair where you were tied up.

♡ "Take care of them," he ordered his men and they soon got to beating the crap out of every member of the gang that kidnapped you.

♡ Amongst the havoc, Mondo came closer to you and kneeled down before you, immediately getting you out of the ropes

♡ "Good job distracting them until I came," Mondo smiled at you warmly, holding out his arms open for you to fall into.

♡ A worried, angry baby that's what he is when the men who were supposed to guard you were knocked out and came running to his door

♡ "We're sorry sir, but-," they burst in through his door to one of his meetings.

♡ He could feel his blood boil as he heard the news. The terrified silence that filled the room with tension kept them from saying anything unnecessary

♡ "What the fuck did you just say?" Fuyuhiko said, his face blank with the hatred filling his yellow orbs.

♡ "I'm sorry they knocked us out and once we woke up, they were gone together with them," They kneeled down before his smaller form, fear evident on their faces.

♡ "Everyone make sure you find S/O soon and make sure that everyone involved in it will be extremely hurt or fucking dead!"

♡ "Yes sir," all the people from his meeting rushed out, ready to fulfill his orders.

♡ "And you two," Fuyuhiko leaned over them with a menacing glare. "You'll be lucky if I let you live for your mistake. For now fucking find them!"

♡ While he was working on his side, oyu instead were tied up

♡ They didn't bother making sure you were quiet, they didn't think that someone could hear you even if you scream

♡ More importantly they wanted information

♡ "Tell us who are the higher ranked members. If we can take them out then he could easily replace them with one of our spies," the leader of their yakuza asked you while you glared at him.

♡ "As if I'd tell you," you spitted on his face making sure he knew you wouldn't back down.

♡ It was most probably a little bit longer than an hour since you were taken as a hostage, you sustained a few injuries from your kidnappers from every time you refused to answer them

♡ "Boss, they're completely useless. What if we have taken some other person?" A man guarding the door spoke out, his voice awfully nervous.

♡ "No, I'm pretty sure they're his S/O," the man before you corrected him and took the cigarette he has been smoking from his mouth, quickly bringing the burning tip onto your skin. "Come on, you should be careful. You don't want to get more hurt than you are, do you?"

♡ It hurt a lot, you couldn't help but hiss from the pain. You already had quite the few burn marks on your skin together with few of your fingers broken from his 'punishments'

♡ Before he could ask another question though, you heard someone shooting out of a gun not so far away from the room together with screams of pain

♡ "You should start begging now, he isn't so nice as to let you live once you've done this," you smirked up at him, the man just scoffed. He wouldn't let himself get killed just from torturing a S/O of some yakuza.

♡ The door flew open where stood few familiar faces, all of them being Fuyuhiko's men with guns ready to kill anyone who stands in their way

♡ The men ended up getting shot and a few seconds after that you could see his small frame come into view, his eyes filled with tears once he saw the injuries you sustained

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu :

You were hanging out at your place, the usual.

Fuyuhiko knew you had a cat, but he’s never seen it. He just assumed it was skittish or shy and didn’t really question it. 

But as you two were casually watching a movie on the couch, a wild chonky baby appeared!

Fuyuhiko heard the jingling bell on it’s collar, and as he turned around to look where it came from, he heard you cooing: “Hello, buddy~! Did you sleep well??”, and then felt a weight on his lap.

Oh my god.

The cat was just... Vibing... With all that CHONK-

He froze for a few moments, then pat the top of the cat’s head, a rare, soft smile appearing on his face.

It’s so fat and fluffy that his heart can’t help but feel warm.

Don’t point it out though or he’ll never come in contact with an animal ever again-

He kept asking you questions about the cat. Like it’s name, where it came from, how you got it, what breed it was, why he’s literally never seen it before-

You explained that your cat was an extremely heavy sleeper, and that whenever Fuyuhiko came to your house, it was somehow always in the middle of a nap. So it just slept through his entire visit in a random part of the house-

Oh. Yeah, that kinda makes sense-

He and the cat become pretty close really fast. It was following him around everywhere, ran to the door whenever he came over, sat on him all the time, slowly blinked at him, etc. It was like no one else existed when he was around.

I don't blame the cat though like me too no thoughts only Fuyuhiko

Congratulations, your boyfriend has stolen the heart of your cat!

He never got why you’d just coo at it like it was a baby though.

And then he started doing it.

But like... In his own way.

And now he can’t stop.

“You’re so goddamn fat. Look at you, you dumb lil’ fatty!” 

You cursed him to swear at and insult your cat in a baby voice I-

He also has literal arguments with the cat sometimes-

Tends to go like:

“I know you ate my sandwich while I wasn’t looking, you damn fatass.”

“Mrrroooowww.”

“What do you mean you didn’t do it?? Look at how thicc you are! You walk into a room and your ass walks in five minutes later!!”

“MeoOooOOOwW!!”

Never-the-less he loves that cat with his whole heart, even if he’ll never admit it. 

Peko Pekoyama :

You and Peko were walking to your house, taking in the fresh air.

You had just recently, around a few months ago, let a random cat into your house after you found it outside.

It looked well-taken care of, but no matter how hard you tried, you couldn’t find any signs of an owner. So, you decided to adopt it!

You still haven’t told Peko, since you didn’t know if you would be keeping the cat or not, but you were planning to tell her today.

 So, the two of you made it to your place. You went inside, and got ready to play some videogames, when you told her you needed to go get something.

That something was your new fluffy friend.

You were looking around the house, but... Couldn’t find the cat anywhere. You started to panic a little bit. 

Until you got back to the living room, where you saw Peko still sitting on the couch, your cat comfortably laying in her lap.

“Oh, there it is!”, you breathed out, relieved the cat was still inside and ok.

Peko was... So astonished. She stared down at the cat with wide eyes, unsure if she should pet it or not. It was... So fluffy...

Animals were usually afraid of her, and she didn’t wanna scare off your furry companion.

You giggled at her. For some reason, the fact she was the Ultimate Swordsman, yet was so captivated by your cat was adorable.

“You can pet it, Peko, don’t worry.”

“Won’t... It get scared and run off?”

“If it chose to sit in your lap, I doubt it!”

So, she slowly pet it, and heard it start to purr so loudly it sounded like a little motorcycle.

And that was the start of their friendship.

The cat, like with Fuyuhiko, follows her around a lot. But unlike Fuyuhiko, she points it out every time because she’s so surprised-

The cat loves to just vibe on her shoulders. If she’s walking around your house the cat IS sitting up there, no I don’t make the rules.

She also has conversations with the cat. She doesn’t coo at it, but she talks to it a lot.

Something like in this one video I found-

That cat looks so sweet I’m crying-

She’s really glad that that precious kitty came up to her.

Gundham Tanaka:

You were heading to Gundham's place, cat carrier in your hands. You and Gundham have been planning to move in together, and wanted to help your cat get adjusted to the various other animals that were in his care.

When you got there and Gundham greeted you, you got to work. You opened the cat carrier, letting your fluffy friend out, as it started to carefully sniff around the new environment.

The other animals were kept in a separate room. You were trying to do this slowly, after all! You didn't want to overwhelm the kitty.

Yes, that also meant the Dark Devas. He was worried they would be put in danger. Even if they were all-powerful, their mortal forms were incredibly fragile. He just put them to sleep in their little bed and let them vibe there-

Gundham could only look at the cat, astonished, and proudly say: "No wonder, someone as divine as you tamed even the most powerful of beasts!"

He's just being extra he's amazed by the chonk

But, of course, he had some worries about the cat's health.

He wasn't trying to say you were a bad owner, not at all! He just wanted to make sure that the cat was in top condition, despite it's weight.

And, thankfully, it was! So his worries were for nothing.

When it got used to it's surroundings, the cat immediately went to Gundham's side. He was used to animals naturally gravitating towards him, so he wasn't that surprised, but he was overjoyed that your cat also liked him.

And when you two moved in, your cat fit in like it was around since the beggining!

It easily got along with the other animals, found it's way around the house with no trouble and adjusted to Gundham's presence very quickly.

And Gundham was very surprised, but glad to find out that the cat?? Took care of the Devas, in a sense?? Almost like a parental figure would. You could always find the Devas either piled on top or around the cat and sleeping in it's fur, or the cat grooming them.

Getting the cat to adjust did take a while, but Gundham was glad that, in the end, it became a part of your joined animal family.

The first time you realized you had a telepathic link to one of your classmates was weird. Whether it was because he was in the mafia or because he had such a short temper, or that he was even the Ultimate Yakuza. Everything about him screamed danger in all ways, getting close wouldn’t help you in anything. He was a bad influence.

But. Every day during your first school year together, you could see him smile and look around in a fashion that was quite adorable. Maybe he had a filthy mouth and a dangerous job, but he probably wasn’t as bad as you thought. At least, that’s what you thought. You didn’t know why the boy in question seemed to look at you every time you thought about him and his demeanor. Maybe, he liked you? He was interested in you? No, no and no, that was impossible. He probably thought you were annoying.

The truth is, he always thought that the thoughts he heard from your side, were always just his imagination. That he was imagining how you were thinking during all parts of your day, that he was imagining even your opinion on him. It never crossed his mind and he didn’t think much of it. Instead, it seemed like he never thought about anything. Well at least until he got annoyed at himself thinking about how you view him in class.

‘Can you stop it? None of it is real anyways, dumbass,’ he clicked his tongue and expected his thoughts to stop. Only to hear a small and shaky ‘what?’ by a voice that sounded too much like yours.

He turned to look at you, sitting on your place, only to see you look at him so terrified. You looked like you saw a ghost. Your eyes were wide open and it was almost like you were mimicing his expression to make fun of him. Unbeknowst to him, he had the same expression like you. It was like looking into a mirror, one that suddenly cleared up.

‘YOU CAN HEAR ME?’ Both of you yelled out inside your minds, causing the other one to wince from the volume.

It wasn’t the happiest or the most romantic way of finding your soulmate. It was quite the opposite, one that felt too quick, too sudden for the both of you. He was a dangerous guy and truthfully, you didn’t know whether you were up to the task of being his soulmate. He didn’t know it too, he didn’t want to get you hurt in any way.

At the start you were hot and cold with each other, both of you under pressure. But there were certainly some perks of your soulmate bond. It wasn’t like the ones where you feel the other’s pain or the one where you are colorblind until you find your soulmate. It was an easy one that let you communicate at any point of your day. You could talk to each other, help each other in exams, gossip, guide the other one in critical situations and on and on. You didn’t have to say anything, you could just think of it and the other one would know.

For a person like Fuyuhiko, it made things much easier for him to tell what he’s thinking. Although, he would appreciate it if you didn’t hear all the corny lines and thoughts he has. He can’t help but compliment you.

You didn’t tell anyone about this, rather keeping it private and just a secret between the two of you. Although. your classmates noticed the close proximity you started to be in and how comfortable you were with each other.

It was in moments like these where you could be unrestrained and just say whatever came to mind. Kazuichi was madly in love with Sonia, or what Fuyuhiko called ‘bullshit’, every day he tried new things to woo her and make her like him back. Not like it was really working.

He moved around, his face brightly red. Whether it was from embarrassment or shynness. He was holding beautiful flowers, he probably picked them up on his way to school instead of buying some. All your classmates were watching his attempt, although sometimes the second-hand embarrassment hit you too. You could hear Fuyuhiko beside you click his tongue in annoyance.

'He's trying,' you thought, already trying to calm him down.

‘Or he’s a motherfucking idiot, apparently,’ Fuyuhiko thought back, he really wasn’t a fan of seeing this happen.

It’s not like you were either, perhaps you tolerated it more than him. You weren’t at the end of Kazuichi gushing about Sonia all the time like he was. Even if Fuyuhiko complained a lot about it to you, often times you would see somewhat of a support for his friend. He was a tsundere a lot of times, but you couldn’t complain. Under everything, he was a very warm person to be with.

‘Do you think he just picked those flowers on his way to school or?’ You turned to him, just barely stopping yourself in cackling about the image. Did he pick those flowers on someone’s garden just to appeal to Sonia? You didn’t know, but it sounded hilarious to you.

‘They certainly look like he did,’ he retorted back, making eye contact with you.

His expression turned into one of amusement as he saw your face, trying hard not to laugh at his comment.You could hear a quiet chuckle coming out of his chest mixing with yours, the scene happening before you forgotten for a brief moment. You slightly hit him on his shoulder in the middle of your laughing fit, trying to keep you both as quiet as possible.

‘He will hear us,’ you warned him, only for it to be in vain as he kept chuckling about the image you put in his head.

“Hey, you two! I know you’re talking about me!” Kazuichi whipped back to turn to you two, as if he could hear your thoughts. You both quickly went back to your poker faces, as if nothing happened.

“What are you talking about?” You asked him.

“Why would we talk about you of all people, idiot?” Kazuichi’s eyes widened, as if thinking that he was just imagining it after all. The expression on his face was priceless.

You and Fuyuhiko would be laughing about that later.

Kazuichi and Fuyuhiko with a crush that has hanahaki disease and dies in the killing game from it, leaving them to be the blackened!

Trigger warning: Mentions of blood!

Kazuichi:

♡ The day was good so far for him, well almost because he wanted to see you

♡ He loved you, you were kind to him and talked to him as often as you could

♡ He loved your smile and making you laugh

♡ What he didn’t expect is to find others standing around something, blocking it from his view

♡ "What is it? Are you hiding something?" He cheerfully asked them, only to see how horrified they looked.

♡ "You shouldn't see this," Fuyuhiko turned to him, ready to drag him out.

♡ He would've been able to too, if not for the space he created that allowed Kazuichi to see what caught their attention

♡ There you were, leaned against a wall blood and flowers surrounding you. Few of them fell onto your clothes and stayed there thanks to your position.

♡ "What... happened?"

♡ "It's the h-hanahaki disease," Mikan turned to him nervously.

♡ "It's a disease, r-right? That doesn't mean that this is what I think it is... right?" He muttered it out, your skin looked cold to touch. A contrast against how warm it usually was.

♡ "The victim suffers from an unrequited love and at a c-certain point the flowers will suffocate them. I-I'M SO SORRY," Mikan wailed, leaving him to be there in silence.

♡ Everyone looked at him weirdly, waiting for him to scream, to react how he normally did to a corpse. But no. He was deadly silent, an unreadable expression on his face.

♡ "But what will we do? What about the trial?" Sonia questioned.

♡ "I'll tell you what ya'll do! This is as good as murder," Monokuma appeared put of nowhere. "It's simple. The one they loved is the blackened!"

♡ And just as soon as he appeared, he disappeared leaving them all in silence

♡ "What? This is quite easy," Nagito commented, already on his way back to his cottage.

♡ "Tell me who it is! Who did they love? I'll find that bastard!" Kazuichi grabbed Nagito by his shirt, bringing him to a halt. Tears were beginning to appear in his eyes the more desperate he became.

♡ "It's you, of course," and with that he left.

♡ Kazuichi went silent as he processed the news, everyone could only look on in sympathy as they observed him.

♡ You are dead and he is the blackened. He loved you, but he didn’t know you loved him back. In the end you were suffering and it's all his fault.

♡ Because he is an idiot! Because he couldn't notice it in time! If he did, he would have been able to save you.

♡ The last thing he felt was the ground under his knees as he fell down, crying.

Fuyuhiko:

♡ No one knew what they were about to walk into on the main island

♡ There was a small flower garden that the girls had dragged them into

♡ Fuyuhiko didn’t know why he went with them, maybe because he was expecting for you to be there

♡ But when they got there to see you laying amidst the flowers, eerily still, they all stopped in their tracks

♡ "S../O...," he muttered out, his voice too weak to yell. He wanted to scream, he didn't want you to die!

♡ He stood there for most of the investigation, crying as he watched the others trying to search for clues

♡ Others have tried to lead him away to let him calm down, only for him to scream at them

♡ There was no sign of a wound and truthfully, no evidence of poison

♡ "But who killed them? We were all together at breakfast and only S/O excused themselves later," Hajime mentioned. They were trying to figure it out for the longest time during the trial.

♡ There was no murder weapon, no witness, no killer, as if this was a natural death

♡ "Monokuma, is the killer really one of us?" Chiaki turned to him, a frown evident on her face.

♡ "Of course it is, I never lie!"

♡ "How can we figure it out when there's no evidence!" Fuyuhiko yelled out.

♡ All of them stayed silent, none of them knew the answer. After all, there was no one who could have slipped away from breakfast

♡ There was no sign of a trap that could've killed you either

♡ "U-um, I'm sorry. B-but can I say something?" Mikan spoke out with a shaky voice.

♡ "Yeah, anything will help us now."

♡ "I examined their body like you said a-and just incase I looked in their mouth for any sign of poison. And I found this instead," she held up a flower with a part of its stem, it was covered in blood.

♡ "What's that supposed to mean?" Fuyuhiko was he getting more frustrated by the second.

♡ "And after further inspection, I-I found more of them lying around," others looked at her expectantly, not knowing where she was going with it. "That's why I think that they had the hanahaki disease."

♡ "But those are from an unrequited love, aren't they? How are we supposed to find out who they loved?" Fuyuhiko questioned everyone, only to see them go silent.

♡ It's as if they knew something he didn't. He couldn't believe that you died from hanahaki disease, that you loved one of them. He probably never stood a chance, not when you developed hanahaki disease for someone else.

♡ And the guy wasn't for you either if he let you die. It was his fault, whoever he was.

♡ Hajime looked up after a while to meet his eyes, only to speak out the words he was scared of

♡ "It's you."

♡ "What...?" That's the first and last time they saw compeltely crumble, fall to his knees, tears streaking down his face.

♡ You all tried to find a way out, but it was useless. The only way you could get out is either by dying from starvation or by killing someone

♡ Your friends that you have come to know started to look more weak by minute

♡ But you were mostly worried about Fuyuhiko, the stress from past trials and killings and now this doesn't help him at all

♡ Before you used to look for an escape alll the time, you didn't want to kill anyone. But now, Fuyuhiko decided to just to sit in his room to nauseous to stand up for a longer time and search

♡ It's not like you were much better

♡ "No, we shouldn't kill anyone. Don't worry about me, just don't do anything reckless," he said to you many times in a quiet voice, without an usual remark.

♡ He was worried, of course he was. He loved you and he didn't want to lose you. Although, he would rather starve than kill someone, he sure hoped someone would kill anyone but you, so that you could escape and be safe.

♡ But it was time.

♡ You didn't want him to die, you didn't want your friends to die.

♡ "I'm going to go and search one final time. There might be something that we have missed," you announced with a determined look in your eyes.

♡ "But we have looked everywhere hundred times already! What good would it do to waste your energy?" He questioned you from beside you.

♡ Fuyuhiko spent a while in his room waiting for you to come back whilst thinking of you. What did you want to check again?

♡ "Damn S/O, what if someone attacks you?" He felt guilty that he didn't go with you, but you walked away so fast. It would be hard for him to catch up with you.

♡ That was just an excuse, a bad one at that. He knew that and hated himself for it.

♡ So when he heard loud steps coming closer to his room, he desperately wished it was truly you and that you were safe.

♡ The door to his room swiftly opened and an out of breath Hajime walked inside

♡ "What the fuck are you doing here?"

♡ "You have to come with me. It's... it's," he proceeded to catch his breath.

♡ He could see the small droplets of water rolling down your skin and how you seemed so beautiful under the umbrella with him
