I am happy to announce I did not purchase a single thing for Black Friday. No gear, no plug-in, no nothing. I just sticked to the thanking and the giving this year. On Thursday, I did an hour-long video podcast on self promotion as an indie artist based on a recent panel organized by the Northfield Arts Guild I was invited to. A nice visit at Manitou Studios as Halloween week-end kicks off! Whether Sioux (meaning "snake" in Ojibwe) or Gaul (Druids celebrating Samhain the night of the 31st often wore snake-like torcs), the much hated Biblical foe actually is synonym of cyclical rebirth and fertility. It bites its tail to form an eternal cycle (wish I was good at that...), and it also sheds its own skin (I'm absolutely good at that, multiple times, every Summer).
