This is INSANE! Please read carefully. Rule number one for me: Never let a customer down! I know that it is impossible to build a guitar that is perfect for simply each and every guitar player. And so it can happen that I ship a guitar to a customer and they simply don´t fit together. And in that case rule #1 takes place. This happened with this incredible Zerberus Nemesis "White Queen" with real 0.2" White Italian Carrara Arabescato Marble top. I shipped it to a customer in Macedonia/Ohio. Cleared the customs and legaly imported it to the USA. But guitar and customer don´t always fit together perfectly. I promised the customer that I won´t let him down and do my best to avoid a return shipment. Of course it would be insane to ship this beauty back to Germany....list it on Reverb again and ship it back to the States again as soon as it sells. That would mean that the new customer would have to pay the US customs tax and around USD 120 for insured shipment from Germany to the USA again. So if you consider buying a Zerberus Nemesis with real stone top - this is an amazing chance to get it at a much lower price than regular - and without customs hassle and long shipping time of up to one month. I sell these guitars at a price point of USD 2,600.00 plus USD 120 for shipment - and don´t forget the US customs fee. This White Queen Nemesis sells at a price point of USD 2,300.00 and it is available in Macedonia/Ohio. The customer had it in the Zerberus hard case all the time so it still is brand new. If it does not sell untill end of this month, I will refund the customer and have it shipped back to Germany...and then list it on Reverb at a higher price plus shipment and US tax. I know this is insane, but I always stick to my word and I won´t let any customer down.
