Bluebirds in the backyard this year- I’ve never had the chance to observe them this close! Usually they scout for nests in the spring and then disappear, but this year they spent a long while considering a hollow in a short ash stump and continue to pop by for a spot of food. Maybe they’ll bring their fledgelings around!
