uggghhh this is so not fair because I want to be humble but I genuinely am so proud of where I am as a writer, because I started out writing fic (my first fic was a horrible compilation of self-insert with rock-stars, I was obviously dating Benji Madden, but only after my betrothed John Mayer died? God AWFUL.) and I moved away to try to write some creations of my own, but I came back to fanfic because I enjoy it so much more. so. you know what. five stars!

4. Are there any writers that inspire you?

12. Tell us about a WIP you’re excited about.

I’ve only got one WIP right now, and I’m VERY excited about it. Some personal stuff has been going on lately and I haven’t been writing this week because of it, but I’m sure I’ll get back to it soon. I’ve posted some snippets already, but I’ll add another one here :)

“Your plan is shit, you know,” Sirius mumbled, his face still pressed to the same cushion, tickled by the same loose thread. He scratched his nose, fingernail catching on the edge of his nose ring.

“What plan?” James asked innocently and Sirius rolled his eyes.

“You named us both godfather of the kid, so we’ll have to interact, and you think we’ll fall in love all over again and that is total and utter bullshit.” Finally, he pulled himself up from the couch, throwing his long, lawless hair over to one side of his face and wishing he’d dug an elastic from his bag to tie it up.

“I’ve no idea what you’re talking about,” James said sweetly, holding Sirius by the face and kissing him hard on the cheek, which Sirius pretended to be disgusted by (though he was actually extremely pleased to see that things really hadn’t changed between the two of them). “Good God, I missed you. Ask Lily when she gets back, I mean, it was nauseating. I knocked her up just so you’d come home to visit.”

With a loud laugh, Sirius wrapped his arms around James’ throat, squeezing just enough to make James’ breathing slightly more audible before he eased off. “Oh, no, I believe it. Because it is nauseating if you think trying to force me to spend time with Moo– Remus is going to make me want to stay.”

With a soft gasp, James’s hands shot to his face. “Oh my God, you just called him Moony.”
