Mongolia as a gangster (in the new AU that Hima has recently invented).

He is the leader of the mongol mafia. Tuva, Buryatia and Altai are under his command. Also Tibet and Uyghur (I dont have OCs for Tibet and Uyghur, but I added here because I think it would be funny if they joined Mongolia instead of China). Of course, Sakha is also there. She has to be the mob wife, who runs some businesses on the side.

The methods Baatar uses to interrogate or kill victims are heavily inspired by tactics used during the mongol empire (go google them if you are interested)

I mean...they are gangsters, they dont have morals in this AU, I guess?
