Humanitarian aid for the victims of Turkey’s aggressions

Turkey has been bombing civilian infrastructure in Rojava (north eastern Syria) since 4th of October 2023, and the region is heading for a humanitarian catastrophe. Turkey has bombed more than 150 targets so far: Much of the region's vital infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed in a matter of hours. Turkey’s attacks have so far caused dozens of civilian deaths and injuries and destroyed 80 per cent of civilian infrastructure, including water and power supplies, hospitals, residential areas, schools, oil fields, factories and warehouses. Hundreds of thousands of people have been cut off from electricity and water supplies for days now. The Covid hospital in Dêrik, one of the most important hospitals of its kind in the region, was completely destroyed by the Turkish air strikes. Numerous other health facilities have been destroyed, hospitals cut off from electricity, cold chains broken - there are calls for blood donations. As Turkey’s attacks continue, the humanitarian situation is expected to deteriorate further and the death toll to rise. على أمل أن تعود الفرحة إلى قلب فرح الصغيرة

عادةً ما يؤدي استهداف المناطق المكتظة بالسكان إلى سقوط العديد من الضحايا وإصابات بليغة بين المدنيين، وبعد القصف العشوائي الذي تعرضت له المرافق الحيوية والمناطق المدنية في شمال وشرق سوريا من قبل الدولة التركية في 4 أيار 2023 والذي استمر لعدة أيام، خلف العديد من الضحايا والجرحى وكان من بينهم الطفلة فرح البالغة من العمر أربعة عشر عاماً، والتي نزحت من قريتها الغيبش بريف تل تمر مع والديها عند احتلال مدينة سري كانيه بسبب القصف العشوائي في تلك المنطقة.

ليلاحقها القصف مجددا وهي تساعد والدتها في قطف القطن في قرية البشيرية في ريف الدرباسية حيث فقدت ساقيها جراء قذيفة سقطت عليهم في 5 أيار 2023.

تم اسعاف فرح من قبل فريق الطوارئ والاسعاف التابع للهلال الأحمر الكردي في الدرباسية إلى أحد المشافي في الحسكة، وتم تكليف فريق طبي تابع للهلال الأحمر الكردي مكون من طبيب جراحة عظمية وأخصائي علاج فيزيائي وفريق دعم نفسي لتبني رحلة علاجها و دعمها وتأهيلها حتى تركيب اطراف صناعية سفلية لها على أمل أن تعود الفرحة إلى قلب فرح الصغيرة..

In the hope that joy will return to little Farah's heart.

Usually, targeting densely populated areas leads to numerous casualties and serious injuries among civilians. After the indiscriminate shelling of vital facilities and civilian areas in northern and eastern Syria by the Turkish state on May 4, 2023, which lasted for several days, it left many dead and wounded, including 14-year-old Farah. She was displaced from her village of Al-Ghabish in the countryside of Tel Tamr with her parents during the occupation of the city of Serekaniye due to indiscriminate shelling in that area.

The bombing continued to haunt her as she helped her mother pick cotton in the village of Al-Bashiriyah in the countryside of Al-Dirbasiyah, where she lost her legs due to a shell that fell on them on May 5, 2023.

Farah was treated by the emergency and ambulance team of the Kurdish Red Crescent in Al-Dirbasiyah and was transferred to a hospital in Hasakah. A medical team consisting of an orthopedic surgeon, a physiotherapist, and a psychological support team from the Kurdish Red Crescent was assigned to take care of her treatment, support, and rehabilitation until she receives lower limb prosthetics in the hope that joy will return to little Farah's heart.

Dear all,

With the beginning of the month of Ramadan, it is especially important to think of those in need. Therefore it’s our humanitarian and moral duty to extend a helping hand to them.

Due to the earthquake that occurred on February 6 in Kurdistan, Turkey and Syria, there is great destruction and suffering. Spendenaufruf für die Flutopfer in Êlih

Nach heftigen Regenfällen und Stürmen in der Nacht zum 20. November in der nordkurdischen Stadt Êlih (Batman) kam es in den Stadtteilen Huriyet, Gültepe, Fatih, Belde, Şafak, Karşıyaka, Kültür, Çamlıtepe und Seyidan zu Überschwemmungen.

Einige Straßen, Häuser und Geschäfte in diesen Stadtteilen wurden überflutet. Eine 54-jährige Frau und ihre drei Enkelkinder kamen bei den Überschwemmungen im Stadtteil Seyidan ums Leben. Die Bürger*innen in den überschwemmten Vierteln sind in Gefahr und warten auf Hilfe für alle ihre lebenswichtigen Bedürfnisse.

Als humanitäre Hilfsorganisation Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê haben wir vom ersten Moment der Überschwemmung an gehandelt. Unsere Organisation wird die Bedürfnisse der Menschen vor Ort erfüllen, indem sie finanzielle Hilfe für die Flutopfer sammelt.

Auf dieser Grundlage rufen wir dazu auf, den Flutopfern in Êlih über Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê finanzielle Hilfe zukommen zu lassen.

Call for donations for Flood Victims in Êlih

Following heavy rains and storms on the night of November 20 in the northern Kurdish city of Êlih (Batman), flooding occurred in the districts of Huriyet, Gültepe, Fatih, Belde, Şafak, Karşıyaka, Kültür, Çamlıtepe, and Seyidan. Some streets, houses, and shops in these neighborhoods were flooded. Unfortunately, a 54-year-old woman and her three grandchildren lost their lives in the floods in the Seyidan neighborhood. Citizens in the affected areas are in danger and urgently await assistance for their essential needs.

As the humanitarian aid organization Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê, we have been actively responding since the initial moments of the flooding. Our organization aims to address the immediate needs of the affected people on the ground by collecting financial aid for the flood victims.

On this basis, we appeal for financial contributions to be sent to the flood victims in Êlih through Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê.

ÊLIH´TEKİ SEL MAĞDURLARI İÇİN YARDIM ÇAĞRISI

Değerli yardımseverler,

Kuzey Kürdistan'ın Êlih (Batman) kentinde 20 Kasım gecesi şiddetli yağmur ve fırtınanın ardından Huriyet, Gültepe, Fatih, Belde, Şafak, Karşıyaka, Kültür, Çamlıtepe ve Seyidan mahallelerinde su baskınları yaşandı. Bu mahallelerde bazı sokaklar, evler ve dükkanlar sular altında kaldı. Seyidan Mahallesi'nde meydana gelen selde 54 yaşındaki bir kadın ve 3 torunu hayatını kaybetti. Sular altında kalan mahallelerde vatandaşlar tehlike altında ve yaşamsal tüm ihtiyaçları için yardım bekliyor.

İnsani yardım kurumu Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê olarak sel felaketinin ilk anından itibaren harekete geçtik. Kurumumuz, sel mağdurları için maddi yardım toplayarak halkın ihtiyaçlarını yerinde karşılayacaktır.

Bu temelde, Avrupa'daki Kürdistanlıları ve dostlarını, Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê aracılığıyla Êlih´teki sel mağdurlarına maddi yardım göndermeye çağırıyoruz.

Soforthilfe für Rojava!

Humanitäre Hilfe für die Opfer des Angriffskrieges der Türkei

Seit dem 4. Oktober 2023 bombardiert die Türkei die zivile Infrastruktur in Rojava (Nord- und Ostsyrien), die Region steuert auf eine humanitäre Katastrophe zu. Die Türkei hat bisher mehr als 150 Ziele bombardiert: Ein Großteil der lebenswichtigen Infrastruktur der Region wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden beschädigt oder zerstört. Die Angriffe der Türkei haben bisher Dutzende zivile Tote und Verletzte gefordert und 80 Prozent der zivilen Infrastruktur zerstört, darunter Wasser- und Energieversorgung, Krankenhäuser, Wohngebiete, Schulen, Ölfelder, Fabriken und Warenlager. Hunderttausende Menschen sind seit Tagen von der Strom- und Wasserversorgung abgeschnitten. Auch das Corona-Krankenhaus in Dêrik, eines der wichtigsten Krankenhäuser seiner Art in der Region, wurde durch die türkischen Luftangriffe vollständig zerstört. Zahlreiche weitere Gesundheitseinrichtungen in der Region sind zerstört, Krankenhäuser von der Stromversorgung abgeschnitten, Kühlketten unterbrochen - es gibt Aufrufe zu Blutspenden. Da die Angriffe der Türkei andauern, ist davon auszugehen, dass sich die humanitäre Lage weiter verschlechtern und die Zahl der Todesopfer weiter steigen wird. Der Kurdische Rote Halbmond (Heyva Sor a Kurd) ist vor Ort und leistet lebenswichtige humanitäre Hilfe. Unterstützen Sie die Arbeit von Heyva Sor a Kurd mit Ihrer Spende!

Alîkariya mirovî ji bo mexdûrên êrîşên Tirkiyê

Ji 4’ê Cotmeha 2023’an ve Tirkiye binesaziya sivîlan a li Rojava (bakur û rojhilatê Sûriyeyê) bombebaran dike û herêm ber bi felaketeke mirovî ve diçe. Tirkiyê heta niha zêdetirî 150 armanc bombebaran kirine: piraniya binesaziya jiyanî ya herêmê di nav çend saetan de zirar dîtiye yan jî wêran bûye. Êrîşên Tirkiyê heta niha bi dehan sivîl bûne qurbanî û birîndar bûne û ji sedî 80ê jêrxana sivîlan wêran bûne, av û enerjiyê, nexweşxane, cihên niştecihbûnê, dibistan, zeviyên petrolê, kargeh û embaran. Bi sed hezaran kes bi rojan elektrîk û av qut bûne. Nexweşxaneya Koronayê ya li Dêrikê ku yek ji girîngtirîn nexweşxaneyên herêmê ye jî ji ber bombebarana balafirên şer ên dewleta Tirk bi temamî hate rûxandin. Li herêmê gelek saziyên tenduristiyê yên din hatin hilweşandin, nexweşxane ji ceryanê qut bûn, zincîrên sermayê qut bûn - banga bexşîna xwînê tê kirin. Di berdewamiya êrîşên Tirkiyê de, tê pêşbînîkirin ku rewşa mirovî her ku diçe xirabtir bibe û hejmara kuştiyan her ku diçe zêde dibe. Heyva Sor a Kurd li hêreme alîkariya mirovahî ya jiyanî dike. Eid Qurban Campaign

The aim of Eid is to help those in need and support them.

Eid is an opportunity to give a smile to children in need. It’s not only a day to celebrate and rejoice with family and friends but its also an Important time of the year to help and remember those who are far less fortunate than we are.

Whilst we are out buying new clothes for the celebration of Eid and preparing extravagant meals, it is also important to remember those who don’t have these options readily available to them.

The significance of this is to ensure those in need of help are provided for and are given the opportunity to celebrate Eid as well.

Do not forget!  In many parts of Kurdistan, millions of victims of war and natural disasters and living in difficult conditions are waiting for your help.

This year Heyva Sor a Kurdistan will be sending donations to our people who have been victimised of war and natural disasters in many regions of Kurdistan.

You can send your donations this year to help people in need through Heyva Sor a Kurdistan.

Qurbanfest Kampagne

Das Qurban-Fest ist dafür da, um die Schmerzen und das Leid der bedürftigen Menschen zu teilen.

Es bedeutet auch Kindern, die auf Unterstützung und Geschwisterliebe warten, eine Freude zu machen. Heyva Sor a Kurdistane wird im Jahr 2023 die gespendeten Gelder vom Qurban-fest an die Völker in Kurdistan schicken, die aufgrund von Kriegen und Naturkatastrophen in Not geraten sind. Vergessen wir nicht: Tausende in Not geratene Bedürftige, die in vielen Gebieten Kurdistans von Kriegen und Naturkatastrophen betroffen sind, brauchen unsere Unterstützung.
