SPEAKING of teeth, I'm also in love with the details they put into the characters chompers... and also I don't know if I'm imagining things but it looks to me like Viktor is missing a tooth/has a major tooth gap on the upper row a bit further back and it drives me crazy because I haven't been able to find decent references to confirm it argh 😅

I tried hard but could not find any reference that would let us see his teeth further in the back ;v; But I do like the tiny gap in the upper front though 💙

Ooh in that gifset with jayvik on the bridge I just noticed that Viktor literally stands there and waits for Jayce to put his hand on his back before moving... it's like Vik is offering him an olive branch, my heart 😭 (also Jayces lil fist shake after Viktor slaps his hand is so funny to me ahdjsjsja)

I feel like Viktor just snaps a bit when he pushes Jayce's hand away but doesn't actually mean it - just like how Jayce snapped when Viktor told him he was in the undercity. ;v; But however much he thinks Jayce doesn't understand, he's still his partner- ;-;

Another detail I enjoy from this scene is the way Viktor tightens his grasp around his cane when he lies to Jayce ;v; He is just so obviously hurt and wants to tell Jayce about his visit to Singed, but this apparently was enough to convince him that Jayce, in fact, does not understand him.. ;-;

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think throughout the entire series we never get to see Viktor initiating touch with anyone, right? I don't think he even gave so much as a formal handshake and it breaks my heart 🥺😭

I think you're right, I can't recall an instance where he actually initiates touch with anyone and it makes me so sad ;v; Like, his little smile after Singed puts his hand on his shoulder?

He obviously misses physical contact and is happy to receive it but he's probably so used to being alone and/or being rejected that he's super unfamiliar with it

He's so touch starved ;v; and that's why I like Jayce being so touchy because I think that's just what Viktor needs!

I love this fandom to bits, but I'm kinda bummed that I got spoiled on the vikor becoming the machine herald reveal. I think if I saw this happening in s2 with no warning I think I wouldve honestly been blown away forever ^_^"

;v; I'm totally guilty in that one too, I think a lot of us who are playing league are assuming that it's widely known, but obviously it wouldn't be because a lot of people just watched Arcane and never touched LoL >< I do feel like that unfortunately it would be super hard to avoid (though his league self wasn't that popular before Arcane) just because of the amount of content that already existed for him :c I do feel bad because I can imagine it would have been such a big surprise for everyone, if you look at the machine herald you just can't believe it's that sweet boy from Arcane T-T

As a side note, I wonder how many of us league players felt the same surprise when we first saw Viktor Arcane and found out that that guy is Viktor the machine herald?!?? 😳

It reminds me of the theory that Resistance Jayce is wearing a piece of Viktor's cape (I never noticed before how it does look kinda torn?!) ~ or how in their Arcane posters they all have something important/significant in their portraits and Viktor literally has Jayce there so?? definitely worth thinking about! 👀

1)

Also, "When you're going to change the world, don't ask for permission" has got to be one of my favorite lines ever ;v;

3)

"It's time to crank it" and the face he makes T-T

They are indeed both an absolute disaster and need the constant supervision of the other to not blow up the lab 😭 But generally, Jayce will be the more reasonable one and Viktor is more chaotic ;v;

However, Jayce is easily convinced and will be also interested when Viktor says "but what would happen if we did try this?" so he will go along with Viktor's ideas most of the time - he also knows that Viktor is brilliant and chances are that he's right 💙 He will add his own ideas though or will stop Viktor if he thinks he'd be in actual danger!
