A little late night poetry
Goose skin // And a shivering spine, inspired twice fold // Dancing on a dark golden path // Where branches display proudly their wintry stoutness
Another coffee please // With nuts and cream, and compassion // Followed by cold tears, meaningless tears on a happy face // while wind whips at my ear tips // Yet only my lips are blue
Barely clothed yet enveloped in heat // A light drizzle finds my lenses, // My vision unobscured // As I travel through the night
And there on my path,  // where I wander in thought // And stare bunnies down from behind my, potentially, brutal handlebars // My hands are tucked away // Encased in a mother's love // Nothing prevents my reverie
Glory and buttery sounds // I sing and rejoice // Puzzle pieces, once missing, are found anew // For somehow, time, and faith in oneself // A life begins again
Lately my life has had some rather crazy changes. Several of which I will not yet discuss, actually none of which I will discuss.  One of which simply needs time, and once confirmed will be revealed. So, please be patient, my friends.
Today I went to a Norwegian art exhibit here in Frankfurt.  I watched a short film, called "I found you under earth, under blood" by Ingrid Torvund and Jonas Malland. It was quite the experience.  I also caught this short film, "Yes we Love".  This film is definitely worth a watch, and as it's only 14 minutes you can definitely spare the time.  There are English subtitles, and the humor is impossible to miss.
What I will tell, this evening as I tire, is that life is good.  Life is everything it should be. It's filled with unexpected delights and difficulties.  Filled with mistakes and inspirations. An energy capsule feeds my onward motion, powered by a force almost frantic.  Wish me luck that I can sleep this night, as my mind is ablaze and my limbs tense.

◑ Maria
