I want to call my caregiver a parental nickname but calling her mommy or any form of a mother name would feel weird to me personally since I still call my own mom stuff like that. I've never called my dad, daddy but, since she identifies as a woman idk if that would be weird with her and I'm kinda scared to bring it up because of that. Do you know any other nicknames that would work?

hmmm… the only ones i can really think of are umma (korean for mother, pronounced “oh-ma”), mae (portuguese for mother, pronounced “my” or you can make it “may”), or completely zany ones like lolly, mitzi, mimsy/mimzy, bunny, goddess (imagine running around calling for “goddess” all the time… i kinda like it! :O) 💝

you can pretty much call your female caregiver… whatever? you can come up with your own nickname too, or even her name would be just fine! just call her what comes natural to you and feels the best. she’s still your cg, no matter what you call her ⭐️ 

also remember that some female caregivers still like being called daddy!
