Joetisserie whole chicken served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. This was my maiden voyage on the @kamadojoe Joetisserie. I love how easy it it to use! It went a little longer than I thought and had a temp spike. All good! We all have to learn as we go. I’m excited to what I can do with it. The chicken turned out great! I used the @meatermade Meater Plus to watch the temps. It worked perfectly. This fresh chicken is from a local farm called @pvpoultry and it tasted amazing. We picked it up at @mamajeans_market, a local store close to our house. Taco Tuesday! My wife made some baked chicken hard tacos tonight. This is a great way to do it! The cheese is already gooey and delicious. Served with @bushsbeans pinto beans. Mmmm The chicken was seasoned with @jovickbrothers Oven Roast and grilled direct until it reached a safe temp. She used @fiestaspices Taco Seasoning in the filling mixture.
