Hummus
Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
225 gr. Chickpeas
50 ml. Water
Juice of ½ Lemon/ 3 tsp. Lemon juice
5 tbsp. Olive oil
3 cloves of Garlic
½ tsp. Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Paprika powder
Cayenne pepper
Thyme
3-5 tbsp. Tahini
Hardware
Pan
Measuring cup
Teaspoon
Tablespoon

If you're using dried Chickpeas: let them soak for 1-2 days and then boil them for approx. 3 hours.
If you're using canned chickpeas, heat them up until they're soft.
~ Preparation
Add the water, lemon juice and olive oil to the blender jar
Press the garlic into the jar and add a bit of all the herbs
Add a few spoonfuls of chickpeas and blend the whole until it's smooth, then add more and blend again. Repeat this process until all chickpeas are mixed in.
Scoop the mix into the bowl
Add 3-5 spoons full of tahini, depending on how strong it tastes
Add more of any herb to your taste. Use the regular pepper for spiciness at the first taste, and the cayenne pepper for spiciness in the aftertaste
If the hummus is a bit dry, add more olive oil
The hummus is at its best when you can taste all ingredients in one bite
Great served warm, best served the next day.

Marinated Tomatoes
Preparation time: 35 minutes

2 Tomatoes
1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Chives
Basilica
Mixed pepper
Salt
Hardware
Spoon
Cutting board
Knife
Bowl
Cup
Cellophane

~ Prep
Wash the tomatoes and slice them
Spread the slices out in the bowl
Put the rest of the ingredients in the cup and mix well
Pour the mix over the tomatoes
Cover the bowl with the cellophane for approx. 30 minutes

Peanut Butter Cups
Portions: 22
Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
100 gr. Melting chocolate - White flavor
100 gr. Melting chocolate - Milk flavor
Peanut Butter (recipe here)
Peanuts (optional)
Hardware
22 Mini baking cups
1 Small pan
~ The Basis
Melt the chocolate in hot water; make sure it doesn’t boil!
After 7-10 minutes you can feel the chocolate has melted
Pour a small layer of chocolate in the cups
Wait a few minutes for the chocolate to solidify
Keep the chocolate melted by placing it back into the water

Spoon a blob of peanut butter on top of the chocolate
Fill up the rest of the cups with chocolate until the peanut butter is covered
Put 1/2 peanut on top (optional)

Deviled Eggs
Portions: 8
Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
4 eggs (the older, the easier to peel)
2 tsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. Mustard
3 tsp. Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Paprika powder
Parsley
Chives
Dill
8 Capers
Hardware
Pan
Knife
Teaspoon
Plastic container
Fork
Plastic bag
Scissors

~ Preparation
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
Scoop out the egg yokes with a teaspoon into the plastic container
Mash the egg yokes with a fork
Add the lemon juice, mustard and mayonnaise while mashing. Add more if you want the mash to be more moist
Add the herbs to your taste: salt, pepper, paprika powder, parsley, chives, dill
Mix well
~ Filling
Take the plastic bag and cut off a small piece of one of the closed corners
Fill the bag with the mixture
Squeeze the mixture through the hole into the egg whites
Garnish with the capers
