how lucky is she that she gets to have her mentor be a member from one of her favourite groups, fabula!? the stars are aligning for her. this wasn’t their first meet up but after their initial meetup, she’d been given a few good brain bits from the idol with advice on how to proceed. while she already had her turn with being a leader for the line distributions with areum, nayoung did mention that she had picked another star for visual. and honestly, she wasn’t entirely sure with what to do with that role at first, so arin’s guidance did help. and not to force it either. nothing quite like turning everyone off if she’s too focused on trying too hard. expressions were important too, especially while performing, but also giving attitude. it was a fine balance, really. a concoction that wasn’t fixed by science.

which makes it hard, but nothing about being an idol is formulaic despite it being formulaic. “oh god be a good dancer”, but you can’t just go and raise your arms, one, two, three, and become a good dancer. 

“okay, okay, i just wanted to run a few things by you - like... first of all, i did practice my expressions for my monthly sns, so that my posts don’t get boring. but also, i practiced my expressions and angles for while i perform too and tried my best to make it look natural. that being said, what i see could still be different from what you see, or a camera sees... do you mind being my ‘spotter’, or coach, well-  you’re my mentor i mean!”

byungho believes that every girl that he ever dated was still madly in love with him. even after he dumped them ( that was always his story ) they always find themselves crawling back to him, asking for a second. 

a smirk glide across his face as a love letter fell out of his locker. though their romance was short lived byungho supportive role in the musical must have inflated his ego as he assume that it was from arin. though he was casually soyoun, byungho didn’t see it as something serious ( not yet at least ) and would be open minded to explore the option of meeting up with arin to talk about the letter. putting out his phone he chuckle to himself as he sent her a text.

the location was a casual pastry shop, one that he frequent. byungho secured a location in the back that was secluded. he didn’t need the privacy but reckon that she would. “ah, some girls never get over me.”

the song ended and jaekyung hated how the echo of the practice room made her sobs sound even louder to her ears. still holding onto her phone after ending the call, she felt- what exactly she wasn’t sure. defeated? heart-broken? angry? she couldn’t hold it against him that keeho hadn’t tried to protest or fight for her to change her mind. he’d always been an understanding guy, eager to bend to jaekyung’s whims and allow her to take him on an adventure.

another sob escapes her lips as she curls further into herself, trying to make herself tinier, disappear into her own despair over making a decision she was forcing herself not to regret the more seconds passed by. it hurt. she would allow herself to let it hurt before getting back on her feet starting tomorrow morning, when she’d be picked up by the bus once more, carried away to the training facility and ready to sing and dance like her life depended on it. 

it was better this way, she kept telling herself, shaky fingers trying to play the next song before someone would pick up on her crying. just as she was about to hit play the doors open, causing her to exhale a curse while turning her back to the entrance, furiously wiping at her eyes in hopes of erasing any traces of tears.

            it wasn’t much time he had to do literally anything besides training. well he was aware of upon joining legacy that there’d be a lot of training, after all he had been in a company before. still, right now it was like he woke up, training, and then back to sleep, and not even, because he’d often use nights on practice instead of sleep. last sunday when they returned to the dorms for a little and it was time for a short break, he just slept the whole day away. and he had considered doing that again this sunday, but then again, he didn’t want to waste free time on sleeping. so, as many people know, there’s one specific thing hyoseop likes, and that things starts with f and ends with lirting. he’d go to bed early tonight, but right now he just wanted to talk to someone, anyone really.

he spots someone standing alone, and his feet walks her way. “hello i am hyoseop, and you are… quite pretty?” he smiled, though… it did feel like his flirting game was getting quite weak, there was no way with those words he’d get the kind of response he wished for. well, for the past time he’d done lots more dancing than flirting, maybe he needed to practice. can you even practice flirting? he looks away, just to see another male coming their way. and there in that moment all he could wish for was that wasn’t her boyfriend coming this way. 

and it probably wasn’t her boyfriend because upon arriving in front of the two he asked “can i get your autograph”, huh weird.

at the arcade with @lgcarin​

continuing in the stream of a very different ‘second season’, jisoo wasn’t sure if he was enjoying this more or less than the first bout of physical activity. he felt so out of his realm with all of this... techy stuff. that makes him sound like a very old grandpa, when he wasn’t but don’t ask his next guest that, because she’d likely say he was. can you believe he’s never been here before? at least, not actually partaking in any of the activity. anytime he did to accompany friends was spent just talking and observing his friends, rather than him actually touching any of the games. here’s a clue: he hates being bad. and not as in, being a rebel. jisoo hates losing a lot. some would have guessed he was academically poor due to spending all his time on games, but that definitely was not it.

“so we’re with a familiar face to probably some of you today, and i am waiting for our guest to show up... they should be here sometime shortly. now i know what you’re thinking, why are we filming even though we’re not both here, well... to showcase a little bit about where we’re at right now. and i’m going to let you in on a secret, it’s kind of embarrassing. i’ve never been much of a gamer, and i’ve never been someone to play anything at arcades, and i don’t know what half the things here do. so we’ll need the help of.... oh look, here is she now!” the camera pans, and it pans to arin, who jisoo is very thrilled to have be a guest on the show, especially after the hiking bit did not work out.  the model had planned this out with arin of course, having some of the activities that they could do be any of the arcade games arin wanted, including ddr, much to his dismay, but it was more important that she guest than him reject the ideas.
