A quick question for u: What's your opinion about Slinker?

(The in-game one, or maybe the human version of mine for sure)

We're talking about the purple regular ghost that likes to grab people from behind, right ?

Yeah I don't like these ones. Always been quite the creep, and a pain in the backside to deal with ; and their smugass moaning, although quite cool, doesn't really make it better.

I honestly liked the Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon's Haunter design better. They were as much of a pain to handle, but at least they looked good whilst making your life harder than it needed to be. The Slinkers look as if they received a boulder on the top the head, and that it permanently deprived them of a neck !

At least they aren't as bad as the Trappers, though. So I'd rate them as second most dreaded regular enemy in-game, probably.

Slinker with a Shy Easily Scared S/O

- Slinker first met you after it scared you GOOD once. And well... Slink regretted it. The ghosts love to cause mischief in good fun! Slinker felt terrible for spooking you so bad.

- Slinker stayed with you for a while to make sure you were okay. Slink wanted to make things up to you as well, offering to take you on a less horrifying date to the hotel malls. And even if you don't feel up to going, Slinker will leave little presents to you on your nightstand for you to find.

- Slinker approaches and talks to you normally, and you two hit it off from there. Navigating a haunted hotel when you're as skittish as you are can be a hassle... Slinker here knows where the biggest hiding spots and jumpscares are! Slinker acts like a knight in shining armor ready to protect you from anything while at the hotel ✨

despite me being more attached to the lm3 ghosts (for some reason, but i guess its the game i spent the most time on) i feel like they did more good things with the lm2 ghosts . like i just feel like they put more effort into them

#dont ask me to explain because im not sure how #like their presence in the game and stuff... #maybe even their designs? #like.. i like how in lm3 theyre experimenting with more unique shapes (look at the slinker ! their design is so cool! also alot of them - #have more human shaped bodies compared to the ghosts from lm1 and lm2) #but then sometimes they feel more ??? generic/?? like i guess making a human shape is easier than creating a new one #like . one of them is a fucking square #ok i GUESS i can explain the designs #txt
