“Oh, Merlin, tell me, does THE RUNAWAY get what she deserves?” She is NEUTRAL & CLOSED to finding out.

name → corin hale pronouns → she/her identification → cis-female year of birth → september 1960 - september 1961 face claim → odeya rush blood status → muggle (werewolf) sexual orientation → up to roleplayer occupation → petty criminal future information → n/a
— she is best described as ;
A PUNCH to the FACE, a LIONHEARTED woman with ATTITUDE, BRIMMING with CONFIDENCE, STRONG & STURDY. She’s as LOYAL as they come, the kind of person to give you their last COIN, a FRIENDLY face in a crowd and a SMILE that could break a HEART. TOUGH and worn like LEATHER. She’s SWEET like buttered popcorn & as DEADLY as a well aimed THROWING KNIFE.
— her story starts with ;
TW: death, blood, violence
Corin Hale’s life hasn’t ever been easy, but over the past three years it’s gotten even harder. Her life before she was bitten was relatively normal, though it has been so long the details Corin now finds fuzzy. Growing up in Radlett just outside of London, she was once the eldest daughter of Atai and Ekaterina Hale. A school teacher and a lawyer, they had wealth and Corin once wanted for nothing. It was the classic tale of a girl from North London, Friday night dinner, trips to the synagogue and playing second parent to her two younger sisters. She would frog march to Haberdashers' Girls' School, while her parents laughed. The world was at Corin’s feet and she rose each day with the knowledge that fate had been kind to her and given who she was, she could be anything she wanted. At seven years old what Corin wanted to do was be in the theatre. A larger than life character, she would organise her toys and her sisters to watch her perform, escaping to far off worlds where she’d transport them. All she ever wanted was to be up there with the greats. and it was this desire that led her parents to take them one evening after school to The Globe Theatre to watch a performance. Wide eyed, Corin was in her element, sitting on her father’s shoulders, looking intently at the stage as Much Ado About Nothing played out.
When the performance concluded, Corin begged her parents to let her meet the cast and get her program signed. But with her sisters tiring, the answer was no, but Corin had other ideas. Never one to listen to things her elders said, Corin ducked past her parents in the crowd, made her way back to the stage and waited, program in hand. She waited a long while, the cold evening air wrapping its arms around her. Eventually the cast came out and the excitement hit. Hugging her programme she watched them leave. The excitement faded and Corin realised she was alone. She knew London well enough, despite being so young she had always been resourceful and began the walk to Blackfriars where she could explain to someone that she’d gotten lost. Corin hadn’t made it far away from the theatre when fate intervened. It was a woman. At first anyway, who cornered her and asked if she was lost. Without thinking Corin told her of her plan to get back to Radlett and the woman offered to help. Taking her hand, they walked towards the station, until Corin was pulled into an alleyway and the woman was replaced with a wolf. Biting down hard on Corin’s shoulder, she felt the blood pool down her body and her life flash before her eyes. But before the wolf could continue to ravage her, it licked her shoulder and ran off into the night.
The screams attracted the attention of a couple who took her to the hospital and her parents were called. The next few days were a blur for Corin, in a trace due to the pain and home from school due to the attack. The night of the first full moon was where everything came into focus. One moment she was herself, the next she was an animal, running through the streets of Radlett howling at the moon. When she awoke she was in a park, covered in grass and mud, with every memory of where she’d been and frightened this was now her life. Hysterically she told her parents and begged them to try and understand but they didn’t believe her until it was too late. Trying to get outside of her house to transform, Corin watched in horror as her father held her back. She turned, he was holding on to her. Then suddenly he wasn’t and she’d escaped through the patio door. Only small due to her age, Corin wasn’t able to fully attack him, but when she returned home she found him clawed to pieces and the carpet covered in blood. Her parents tried desperately to help. They took her to hospitals but no one believed them. On full moons they chained her up in the garage where no one would see. She was a schoolgirl by day and a monster by night. Her life wasn’t normal. At night she would listen to her parents argue and cry while her sisters hugged each other in the doorway. Corin knew she was the issue and while she was there they’d never be safe.
One day, she packed up her backpack with all her belongings. Took it to school and left during lunchtime, with one thought in mind. Finding the wolf who had bitten her. She got by by stealing things, pick-pocketing and checking herself into hostels to avoid being on the streets before KAMALI SKENDER [mother] found her. Kamali ran Le Cirque Des Rêves, a travelling circus that was making its way round Europe and was stopping off in London for the summer. Aside from the strange woman who changed her, Kamali was the only werewolf that Corin had ever met and when she asked her to join the circus Corin agreed. Kamali became like a mother to Corin, teaching her everything she needed to know about the world she now belonged to and giving her a home. Corin didn’t think she’d ever find happiness after the bite, but with Kamali and then a few weeks later when SILAS CRUMP [father] joined the circus, she believed her life could be different. Time seemed to move differently for them. They became a family, performing in wizarding districts around the world and spreading their joy. By the time they returned back to London, Corin was twenty-two. A woman and an esteemed member of the troupe that she hoped to one day help run with her parents. London was not how Corin had remembered it and she watched as her father changed in its presence.
The once happy seemed darker and people whispered of dark wizards and cloak and dagger plans made by candle light. Feeling unwell after a performance, Corin walked back to their wagon to find her father frantically packing his belongings. Instantly her mind became sharp. Silas would never leave him and Kamali, something had happened and she wasn’t going to let him slip away without her help. Cornering him, Corin began packing her things and insisted he take her with him. He revealed everything to her, about his past, his family before them, the death of his sister and the two sorcerers who had come to collect. The pair slept in inns, apperated daily and tried to blend in but eventually RABASTAN LESTRANGE [adversary] and BELLATRIX BLACK [adversary] caught up with them. It was a full moon in Nottingham and just before Corin could shift, she felt her body be swept up. Her father was gone and Corin was chained in a basement by a collar. Having taken the wolfsbane her father had brewed Corin knew her mind and knew something was wrong. Most of the time she was alone in the basement, occasionally brought food and drink by the gruesome pair or SEVERUS SNAPE [adversary]. They wanted access to the circus, to the creatures. They wanted to know everything about them but Corin wouldn’t say a single word.
They used spells to try and make her talk, wicked magic that made every single part of her body scream out in pain. But Corin wouldn’t say a word. She was unsure how much time had passed before she saw the world again. They had stopped giving her wolfsbane a long time ago as punishment and were normally quite rigid with the checks until one night they weren’t. Severus had chained her up, but the chains hadn’t been changed in some time, worn by the nights spent pulling on them. When Corin transformed the chain broke from the wall and with the weight and power she now wielded it was nothing for her to break through Mr Mulpepper’s wooden basement door even with its enchanted locks. A rabid animal hungry for blood, Corin steamed through the streets, attacking anything in sight. ANDRESSA PARKINSON [victim], RODOLPHUS LESTRANGE [victim] and ROSALINE DAVIS [victim] were not known to her, faces in a crowd people in her way that were lucky enough to have people round them who could fight her off with their magic. When Corin came round on Hampstead Heath she had every memory of the night before, her life spent in the basement and her burning desire to find her family and get revenge. Now free, Corin hopes to learn everything she can about Bellatrix, Severus and Rabastan to make them pay for what they’ve done.

WEREWOLF WREAKS HAVOC ON COMMUNITY,  SPRING EQUINOX ATTACK
2nd April 1986
Dearest readers, it is I, Gilderoy Lockhart, acclaimed columnist for the Daily Prophet and expert in Defence Against the Dark Arts. Today, I must share the horrifying tale of a werewolf attack that occurred outside Mr Mulpepper's Apothecary on the spring equinox. What started as a seemingly ordinary day quickly devolved into chaos, injuring several individuals.
The werewolf burst through the doors of Mr Mulpepper's Apothecary, attacking everything in sight. Its first victim was RODOLPHUS LESTRANGE, who fell in one foul slash of its claws. ANDROMEDA BLACK let out a blood-curdling scream but pulled out her wand and fended off the creature just long enough for ANNABETH PEBWORTH, DORCAS MEADOWES and DOUGAL MCKINNON to come to her aid. The group hit the werewolf with spells, sending it flying into Cobb & Webb's.
ANDRESSA PARKINSON was in conversation with LUCIUS MALFOY when the werewolf advanced upon her, slicing her with its talons before turning its attention to ROSALINE DAVIS and clawing down her arm. Fortunately, Dougal had sealed the monster's mouth closed, preventing it from biting anyone. Annabeth and Dorcas froze the creature, but the chaos was far from over.
I suspect someone uttered a reverse spell, freeing the werewolf from its frozen state. No beast can escape Petrificus Totalus and Glacius without aid. Annabeth, Dorcas, and Dougal were determined to stop the creature from causing any more harm, but despite being battered and bruised, the werewolf was too quick for them. It managed to escape in the direction of Hyde Park.
The victims of this horrific attack have since been transported to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, where they are receiving the best possible care. However, as a precautionary measure, I have personally emphasised the importance of administering the Wolfsbane Potion to anyone who may have come into contact with the werewolf.
In light of this appalling event, I urge everyone to remain vigilant and aware of werewolves and other magical creatures. While I have offered my expertise to the Ministry of Magic, they have not yet launched an investigation to identify the werewolf responsible for the attack.
Let this incident be a stark reminder that the magical world is not without its dangers. We must all do our part to ensure the safety of our community.

Right and wrong , a concept built upon ideals ,   and beliefs.   Not everything was black and white ,   things only against the law because the law said so.   Christiano’s moral compass was always skewed by those around him ,   aiming to please everything because he thought it was the right thing to do.   Trying to keep the Grave Affair afloat for Andressa,   his relationship alive for Camille ,   although he’d been struggling with that one as of late ,   for a larger magnet as altered his field of motion.   He’d been floating around Bellatrix for a while ,   drawn into her allure and everything he did for himself always came with a price.   This time ,   a mask and a promise to stick by blood purity ,   to let the weak suffer and those who deserved the power should reign.   A promise he had made and stuck by ,   but until now Chris had never understood the cost.
It was the Solstice Ball ,   and dressed in Sage the male hadn’t run his attire past Camille ,  and seemed annoyed she had been just as brash.   A white gown ,   the thought appalled him ,   unless there were words she didn’t want to say aloud.   A shattered glass and the male avoided her ,   talking of his disgust to her friend Alecto ,   who had admitted to wanting to do the same.   Despite calming words and a bottle of firewhiskey from Andressa his emotions were not under control.   Not even Bella could shake his mood.   Camille sent mixed signals ,   confusing his brain even further as he tried to understand the night that lay ahead.   It was never going to be comprehensible.   But he was given the opportunity in other ways ,   for the Dark Lord had appeared and he knew what had to be done.   Slipping away into the shadows as a simple masked man ,   his greatest ideas ,   and worst decisions came to light.
In a daze as the fight started and his efforts to avoid his sister and his girlfriend were quickly hushed as Bella ordered him to take out Saoirse ,   a female he'd briefly encountered whilst she was busy having a fight with her shoes.   It seemed all that was quickly in the past and no bonding over the usefulness of sisters was going to get him out of this one.   A half-hearted spell ,   sent to avoid Camille but he had been called out.   Warned about blood purity by Bellatrix ,   it seemed playing nicely wasn't going to get him far which meant he'd have to play clever ,   and with skill ,   and neither ability was an exuberant part of the male's personality.   Panicked ,   and wanting to show he deserved his mask ,   a far more dangerous spell was aimed at a pile of furniture next to Camille ,   CONFRINGO.   It erupted into flames nearly burning his beau alive.   At least she kept her wits about her ,   and at least she didn’t know it was him and his twisted view of protecting her from further harm.  Sure ,   she could handle herself ,   but right now things were unpredictable. At least she had found her way to Andressa.
That’s when she started firing back ,   he was the asshole that seemingly tried to burn her alive after all !!   The idea of protecting her ,   trying to force her to the side obviously hadn’t worked as an onslaught of spells was aimed directly at him by Saoirse and Camille.   He flew across the room only to have seemingly angered another woman in this world as Selena took no time in injuring the male further.   Maybe a smash over the head with a skillet would knock a little more sense into him.   Surely he’d have known better than to fight his love.   Alongside the headache that was thumping in his head ,   courtesy of Camille and AGUAMENTA he was now soaking wet. Camille ,   catching up with her best friend, his colleague ,   and his sister.   Against all three of them he didn’t stand a chance ,   even with Bellatrix Black at his side.
He reminded himself that he wasn’t just doing this for her ,   but for the war ,   where there were two sides and if you weren’t on the side ,   in their minds you were just as guilty as being against them.   He didn’t appreciate being soaked through but it renewed his ideas to protect those he cared about from the dark forces at work.   Something he believed Andressa and Camille would never agree with.   VENTUS was thrown her way ,    but he missed ,   Camille returned the favour and Chris wasn’t so lucky.   A fight with his girlfriend had been brewing for weeks ,   a verbal clash where their relationship was questioned ,   but amidst a battle when only he knew what was going on.   Maybe he was letting off more steam than he should have.
Laying low he avoided as many spells as possible ,   knowing he couldn’t be seen to not be helpful to his own side.   The powerful Bellatrix Black had been frozen by Camille ,   although it was just another target to her.   The irony of it all not lost on Chris himself.   FINITE INCANTARTUM on Bella and she was rescued from her ice statue ,   a win for the Death Eaters ,   and a win for Chris’ emotional pull.   In a few moves he’d proved his worth to them and had saved one of their more powerful.   It was a pity it was against the rest of the people he cared about.   With Bellatrix busy ,   Chris found himself against Alecto ,   Andressa and Camille.   A low-leveled wizard stood no chance against the three of them ,   and aimed a spell at Alecto. Bellatrix had other plans ,   however ,   as an explosion gave them both time to drop away.   His heart in his throat he watched from afar as the three girls made their way to each other.   His sister ,   injured but not alone.   A thought that tore at his heart knowing indirectly he was to blame.   As far as they knew he’d bolted it at the first opportunity.   A man not there to save them against the monstrous wizard that had been attacking them.
But things were never that simple ,   as he heard Saoirse pipe up once more.   Keeping his head down and mask firmly on ,   he returned from the shadows only to forcefully grab Alecto.   His personal knowledge of her meant he knew she’d revel in the chaos surrounding them but he needed backup and there was no one else around he trusted ,   or at least no one that would trust him after everything else he’d pulled that night.   Like everything else this came with complications ,   complications only heightened by a mask and a sense of mystery.   He committed the worst sin against Camille ,   with the worst person imaginable.   You got a death wish ??   Alecto’s words running around his head didn’t help calm his nerves and neither did her slightly flirtatious remarks he felt the need to respond to.   Keeping his identity secret meant identifying what most people would do around Alecto ,   or any pretty woman for that matter.   A potential death wish to keep his own cover ,   a thought that made him sick to his stomach.   But anyone had to admit the girl had charm ,   and he knew he had to keep that close enough to his chest to keep his identity hidden.   He was right in one regard ,   he didn’t need her fainting on him if he took off the mask and showed her who he was ,   but she’d have fainted for the exact opposite of the reasons she believed.
Another strike against Camille ,   another mistake.   Of course she didn’t know ,   but he did and it was a mistake he’d have to carry with him ,   alongside all of the others.   The fire ,   the wind ,   and her fury towards him.   Only one male was stupid enough to be so bold ,   to be so stupid in an attempt to do what he believed was the right thing ,   but there was always something else around the corner ,   and it snapped his head back into reality so quickly he nearly gave himself whiplash.   Camille was in a fight ,   one on one with a woman he didn’t recognise.   His hands started to sweat ,   shaking slightly as he watched Camille buckle over in pain.   “ Nooo… ”   A word so quiet as the emotion took over.   He was glad for the mask ,   for the tears running down his face were hidden from view.   There was no one else that needed him ,   no one he had to fight for ,   but no one else was running to her aid.   Right in front of him was his priority ,   and she always had been in his flawed mind.
A wand was raised ,   as he heard her screams ,   he couldn’t let her go out like this.   Couldn’t let her think he was just out to toy with her.   He hadn’t processed that she wouldn’t know ,   he would ,   and he would have never forgiven himself had he even considered his other options.   Running across the ballroom ,   eyes stinging from the tears ,   Christiano intercepted the spell aimed at Camille.   He cried in pain but went out like a light.   It wasn’t the hero moment he’d been expecting ,   the time to prove his love he had wanted.   She hadn’t wanted a proposal ,   but a chance.   She had wanted his attention ,   and had received far more of it than she had realised.   The church bells in mind were almost something all the more sombre.   She had wanted him to show that he wanted her ,   as badly he did.   If only she knew how much he’d done for her that night.   If only she knew he could play hero too.

Lip GLOSS, GLASSIER than a FROZEN LAKE, she is the kind of woman you think you already know. ETHEREAL and wondrous to behold, she’s a MEAN girl with no SUBSTANCE, an OIL PAINTING with no DEPTH. But she has an inner FIRE that BURNS in a BLAZE. She is FEISTY & HEADSTRONG, though it has long been CONCEALED behind a BEAUTIFUL MASK, she has long learned how to PAINT on with expertise. She is BEAUTY, she is GRACE. She is a woman afraid of her own RAGE.
— her story starts with ;
tw: abuse
Concealment has long been the motto of the Davis family, possibly because they've been trying to stop their dirty laundry getting aired for generations. Blue-blooded as far back as history books have recorded. Nevertheless their long and traceable bloodline has made them an important family in wizarding high society. Rosaline has never felt the need to live up to expectations set by her family, and has tried to live her life according to her own set of rules, despite the headache it has often caused her parents. To Rosaline, CORDELIA DAVIS [sibling] and AJAX DAVIS [sibling] are the ones to continue the family line and take control of her estate and their family business. The Davis family owned the exclusive Moribund’s in Knockturn Alley, opened up by her grandparents after they moved from Kerry. Moribund’s had a very long waiting list and a very specific door policy. Learning about the right way to set a table, the correct silver to use and the right people to have on a guestlist have always been very boring subjects to Rosaline. She loved art and she longed to take her place in the world of artists beloved by the wizarding world.
In her home she would take in the beautiful oil portraits that moved and spoke to her, asking them questions about their lives long before they were trapped in time. The process interested her the most, and alone in the conservatory after lessons had concluded on a warm afternoon, she would paint the landscape, pots of flowers or her brother and sister sitting out on the lawn. Being from a high born wizarding family, her parents often tried to wrangle her passion, attempting to steer her towards a career in the ministry. No matter how many arguments it took, Rosaline knew she wouldn’t budge and the sooner her parents understood the better. After Hogwarts she would visit Venice and Paris, seeing the art of the world and painting her beloved Ireland, where she one day longed to return. Sorted into Slytherin house she allowed herself to be collected by NARCISSA BLACK [close friend] and endured the whispering and the girlish backstabbing that occurred between her and the rest of their ‘friends’, ELEANOR YAXLEY [close friend], ZARINA ZABINI [close friend], VALERIA BULSTRODE [close friend] and KLAUDIE BURKE [best friend].
Often, the people she associated with felt like colleagues rather than people she genuinely enjoyed spending time with, the only person who really understood that about her was Klaudie. Popularity did suit her, however and with her nose often removed from the drama she established herself as a cool witch, which hadn’t gone unnoticed by the popular boys in Slytherin. RABASTAN LESTRANGE [former partner] was her first boyfriend. She was attracted to him because he was dangerous and someone she thought her parents wouldn’t like, but then they heard his last name and liked him a little too much, so she had to show him the door. Little did she know what was coming. The fall of the Davis family could be likened to dominos, one falling after the other with no way to stop it. Cordelia had always been dependable, the good girl who did what mummy and daddy had said, until she quit the family to become a healer. To most the profession was respectable, but to her mother and father it was sheer scandal. Her father then took that as the moment to take his leave by running off with the head waitress at Moribund’s.
She was pretty, single and twenty-five. Rosaline had never been fond of her parents, mostly due to their controlling nature, but she’d never considered either of them to be bad people until her father showed his cards. Her mother was heartbroken, but not by her father’s betrayal. Marriage was a strong symbol of status in the wizarding world. No one separated and even the worst of couples stayed together for the show of it all. For a long time she lied about where he was, but rumours began to circle and eventually a tell-all in RITA SKEETER’s [adversary] Scandal Sheets exposed the family. Where her brother had often been the person of reason in many of these cases, his brain had now been turned to mush by a girl he was seeing. A half-blood, much to her mother’s disgust. Her once headstrong brother reduced to being a puppet on a set of strings, consumed with puppy love and not caring who asked any questions. With numbers at Moribund’s declining Rosaline made a choice. If her name meant nothing and people weren’t paying membership, the chances of her making it in the art world were very slim.
Putting her plans on hold Rosaline transformed herself into a socialite, attending all the biggest parties in the city and cashing in on those important connections she’d made at school. Suddenly Narcissa saw her as a rival and she was on the radar of girls like GENEVIEVE AVERY [acquaintance] and ANDRESSA PARKINSON [acquaintance]. This was all quite meaningless to her, but she preferred people to write about anything other than her family troubles. The Minister’s son HARRISON BAGNOLD [partner] taking an interest in her, certainly did that. A renown philanderer, Rosaline rolled her eyes when he asked her on a date but her mother had insisted she accept him. They were a beautiful couple and Harrison showed her off like the most rare jewel in his collection. He was proud to be with her, as she should be, but Rosaline could tell he loved the idea of her more than he loved who she was. At times Rosaline had tried to add depth to their relationship, but Harrison didn’t like her voice when it was raised or eyes when they showed anything but love. In the end she found her life was easier if she simply stopped trying to be herself around him.
After the Summer Soltice Ball everything was different. Her evening was normal until, MARLENE MCKINNON [adversary] crucioed her. When she woke up in hospital Harrison seemed different. He was staying back longer at work and secretive about his activities. Trying to occupy her mind and distract her from her lonliness, over New Year she visited Dublin with her siblings away from prying eyes. That was were they met. Their gaze locked over the roses once. Then again in The Changeling pub were he bought her a pint and dedicated a song to her. At a party on New Year’s Eve, she wore a white dress she’d painted like a canvas and FIONN MACMILLAN [potential love interest] told her she looked like art. He dared her to kiss him under the fireworks and afterwards they parted ways into the night without her knowing his name. Back in London in her lonliness she’s considered the moment, craving the attention to distract her from the drama of her troublesome brother, socially shun sister, runaway father and secretive boyfriend. At times, alone and holding her champagne, sometimes she finds her eyes wandering, hoping to catch a familiar face in the crowd.

name → cristiano parkinson pronouns → he/him identification → cis-male year of birth → september 1955 - september 1956 face claim → henry zaga blood status → pure-blood sexual orientation → up to applicant occupation → manager of the grave affair in knockturn alley future information → husband of valeria bulstrode, father of pansy parkinson,
— he is best described as ;
The LIFE and SOUL of the PARTY; he is the LIPSTICK STAINED COLLAR after a night of DEBAUTRY & the WHISKEY infused KISS in a DARK CORNER. He is the STEADY HAND held on a BARE THIGH and the SULTRY WINK of a SECRET only shared between two. He smells like MONEY, DESTRUCTION and INFLUENCE; a HANDSOME CREATURE intent on a BURNT world for AMUSEMENT so he can DANCE on the ASHES.
— his story starts with ;
tw: death
An illicit affair, Cristiano Parkinson is the dance with danger most women lust to trifle with. Always the last to leave the party and ensure whoever is left accompanies him home. The youngest of twins, Cristiano and his sister ANDRESSA PARKINSON [sibling] have always seemed ready for society. Always on the lips of those around them, sometimes for all the wrong reasons, Cristiano in particular was built for the gossip pages and his escapades have often been of interest to the papers. From an early age, Cristiano knew that he, like his sister, was expected to further this line, but Cristiano planned on doing so using his boyish charm rather than intelligent conversation. To his mother and father, Cristiano and his sister were the perfect children ready to make their way in the world and stamp their mark. Sorted into Ravenclaw, Cristiano was surprised to be sorted separately from his sister, though he secretly was excited by the prospect of making his own mark without her careful gaze.
Joining the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, he quickly befriended fellow pure-blood elite ELEZAR SMITH [close friend], MICHAEL THOMAS [close friend], HARRISON BAGNOLD [close friend] and KALEB JOHNSON [close friend]. Along with Hufflepuff beater and misfit THORFINN ROWLE [best friend], they formed a little boys club famous for scoring in the game and with all of the girls, much to his sister’s embarrassment. To Cristiano this stage life was for living and he could circulate amongst the stiffness of The Twenty-Eight when he was looking to find a wife. He garnered a reputation at school for not being able to hold down a partner for very long due to a wandering eye, and typically made enemies of the women he left in his wake. RITA SKEETER [adversary/former partner] in particular has never been his biggest fan when he cheated on her, having made it somewhat of a personal mission to warn the women of Hogwarts about his philandering ways.
In his heart, Cristiano knew he was better than everyone else due to who his family was and truly believed that no witch would ever be able to hold his gaze. That was until he got to know his sister’s rival GENEVIEVE AVERY [former partner]. It was widely known amongst his year group that Genevive was one of the most beautiful witches in his year and from a noble family, she was a good match for him. Cristiano was surprised about how much he cared for Genevive, at first she was nothing but a status symbol to him, but after a while it was worth even angering Andressa over. Graduating from Hogwarts, life looked good for Cristiano Parkinson. Although he was a sought after bachelor there was one woman for him and as he approached his twenty-first birthday he planned to propose to Genevive. When his mother died his world became unbearable. A rare blood curse through his mother’s side had claimed her suddenly and although he and Andressa had watched her waste away, they thought they’d have more time with her than they did.
He found himself having panic attacks outside bars, partying several nights a week and crying in the shower so the sound of the running water drowned out the noise. The one promising thing in life was his girlfriend but after his family broke the news the Avery family had no money for a marriage contracy, when he felt her begin to slip away he let her go. With his father housebound and grief stricken, Andressa became the head of the family. She assumed all of their assests, bought a flat for them both in the city and considered a way to give his life some meaning. But before she could find it, he found one of his own. KLAUDIE BURKE [partner] was young, fun and naughty. She hated authority, loved to party and was more than happy to be a shoulder to cry on. Although in the Twenty-Eight, she dreamed of being a show girl rather than a pure-blood wife and together they turned up hungover to balls and slinked off to the coat rooms rather than listen to boring conversation. Andressa knew Klaudie wasn’t good for him and so did Cristiano, but she helped drown out the noises of his past and he’d always fallen hard and fast for a bad girl.
But Klaudie Burke, was the least of his sister’s worries. Someone else had noticed Cristiano pressing self-destruct and was more than happy to help direct the blast. He met BELLATRIX BLACK [romantic liaison] one drunken night in The White Wyvern and was captivated by her. She belonged to a movement she sold him with seductive words and slight touches. She wanted to empower him by shaping a new world order where they were on top. Slowly he was sucked into her rhetoric, letting her tattoo the Dark Mark to his arm, leaving as permanent a mark on his body as she had done on his heart. Bellatrix gave him a reason to clean up his act, though he let his sister believe it was her buying The Grave Affair that gave him purpose. Now the manager of the bar, Christiano spends his time looking for new people to recruit to the movement all under the nose of Andressa. Cristinao has gotten confident in his double life, playing a recovering brother and a devoted but fun boyfriend, whilst also working as a soldier for a very important cause.
A popular drinking hot spot for the wizarding elite and beautiful creatures who frequent the venue, The Grave Affair has been a perfect place to scout people  for the movement. His latest additions are ALECTO CARROW [close friend/colleague] and her twin brother AMYCUS CARROW [close friend/colleague] who have been incredibly helpful with a task delivered straight from their leader. THE DARK LORD [leader] is looking for some objects that he needs to locate immediately, behind the bar Cristiano has done his best to find them or get the best people for the job. Wanting to show Bellatrix he is dedicated, Cristinao has sighted CAIUS BURKE [person of interest], KERVENS BORGIN [person of interest] and IRMA PINCE [person of interest] are as being up to the task, but sadly Irma isn’t quite understanding the gravity of what they need or who it is she’s dealing with. Whilst Borgin and Burke work away, Cristiano has tasked Amycus with finding Irma’s weak spot. After all three heads are always better than none- and it would be such a shame to waste an important talent such as her’s.

tw: death
Raised in the knowledge the best people in life may be for free but everything else is paid for in cold hard galleons, Andressa Parkinson is rich beyond all belief and it’s hard not to notice. The eldest of twins, Andressa and her brother CRISTIANO PARKINSON [sibling] are always the first to make a best dressed list and at any party or trip to the bar it’s clear that when it comes to them money is no object. Andressa assumed creative control of her relationship with her brother at an early age, politely instructing him he must learn to lead her in a waltz and always be impeccably dressed for unsuspecting callers. The two had always felt much older than children their age, an inseparable pair of adults already readied for society before they’d even began at Hogwarts. The Parkinson family prided themselves on their clean and traceable bloodline which was detailed on the walls of their private family room, privy only to members of the Parkinson bloodline and those who were lucky enough to marry into it. Despite not being the oldest family in WIzarding Britain, they prided themselves on being the most culturally educated as well as the wealthiest and were known for their impeccable balls that risked scandal and ruin if you were not provided with an invitation.
Her parents provided an interesting model for herself and her brother. Though from the old world they were decidedly modern in their approach to being a leading societal family Antonia Parkinson was careful to invite those outside of her select social circle to her gatherings, including up and coming pure-blood families like the Siminovas to her balls, which raised eyebrows from the likes of DRUELLA BLACK [acquaintance]. Antonia knew that in a circle as small as The Sacred Twenty-Eight fresh blood was the best way to survive and that above all else there was nothing worse than irrelevancy and inviting outsiders to worship you was the best way of ensuring that. As such Andressa knew not to focus on befriending simply the Black sisters but those who also had political reach and cultural pull in their society. Sorted into Slytherin she was in the prime position to make such friends and quickly established a friendship with ISOLDE CROUCH [close friend] whose family had great political influence on her father’s side and half-blood witch LUCILLE JONES [best friend] who also came from an impressive family within the political sphere.
Andressa was determined to craft the perfect group of friends to surround herself with. Lucille’s twin sister FLORENCE JONES [close friend] was swiftly collected and BERTHA JORKINS [close friend] was added due to her fondness for rumours that kept Andressa informed. A member of Slug Club and head girl, Andressa had established herself as the reigning queen of Hogwarts, not just in Slytherin and felt decidedly unshakable until NARCISSA BLACK [rival] came calling for her crown. A slightly younger student, Andressa was fond of her older sister ANDROMEDA BLACK [friend], but found Narcissa to be nothing like her. Cold, unpredictable and calculated Andressa found it a full time occupation trying to manage her moves as well as those made by yet another rival GENEVIEVE AVERY [rival] who desperately vied for her attention. Even Andressa’s brother was not off limits and when Cristanio began dating Genevieve just to make her nervous for her poor brother’s heart and ensure Genevieve’s jealousy, Andressa realised she had her work cut out for her in commanding the social scene but was firm it would not drive a wedge between her and Cristiano.
Careful not to be outdone, Andressa knew that there was one real prize both Narcissa and Genevieve wanted above all. The prince of The Sacred Twenty-Eight, LUCIUS MALFOY [partner]. Knowing she was far more age appropriate and in a much better position to gain his favour, Andressa carefully befriended CORDELIA DAVIS [former close friend] and NATALIA SIMINOVA [close friend] in order to get closer to him. But then fate threw Andressa a curve ball. The passing of Andressa’s mother was both the making and breaking of the young witch. Though Antonia had been unwell a long time before she passed, it had still come as a shock to Andressa and Cristanio. Suddenly the social scene, her rivalry, they meant nothing to her and Andressa retreated from society to take care of her father and brother who head dealt with her passing harshly. Cristiano had always been emotionally dependent on their mother and when she died he crumbled into a shell of himself. Taking charge of her family, Andressa took it upon herself to quickly cut the marriage off between her brother and Genevieve. Her family was ruined and couldn’t pay for the contract luckily enough for Andressa, solving a problem of getting a self-serving leech out of their house.
Narcissa Black’s best friend KLAUDIE BURKE [rival] quickly arrived to pick up the pieces of her brother’s heartbreak, weaseling her way into their family home, no doubt to gain information. Andressa did not trust Klaudie, citing her as a spy in her house, no doubt spilling gossip about the fall of their great family.  Andressa was forced to get chatter back on why the Parkinsons would always remain at the top. Carefully she aligned herself with the fashion industry, giving money to young and up and coming designer ZAINA PRYITES [close friend/business partner] and offering to host her debut show at Parkinson manor in place of her mother’s famed ball. Inviting everyone who was relevant from the fashion industry and the social world, to packed ballroom Andressa opened the show in a glittering white ballgown sending shockwaves amongst the audience. It was unheard of for a member of the Twenty Eight to act like such a celebrity, but Andressa remembered what her mother had said. In this new world, The Twenty-Eight were dying and she would not see herself or her family lie lifeless amongst them. Afterwards Andressa enjoyed a successful career as a fashion model and gained herself a fan she had not expected to ask for her gloved hand. Lucius Malfoy pursued Andressa ruthlessly until they were the front page of every publication in London.
Andressa was delighted. She was established in her own right, with a man she truly loved who boosted her image and was awaiting a marriage proposal any day. But not all was perfect in her world. Even with Klaudie by his side, Cristiano spent most evenings drinking and dancing till he dropped. On a whim, Andressa bought a failing bar in Knockturn Alley, opening up The Grave Affair as the newest up and coming spot for socialites, with her brother as her bar manager at the helm. Though it was arguably not the best idea to go into the bar business with someone who likes to drink a lot, Andressa knew she needed to keep her brother occupied and was firm in her decision despite the pushback from Lucius. With her brother starting to steadily improve, Andressa is the happiest she has been in a long time, though a little voice in the back of her head is telling her not everything is as it should be. Often she catches her brother in dark corners whispering to her staff ALECTO CARROW [employee] and her brother AMYCUS CARROW [employee] and has noticed that BELLATRIX BLACK [person of interest] has become a regular visitor to Andressa’s little patch of London. With the mysterious disappearance of her star singer ROSALIE FLINT [employee] fresh on her mind, Andressa is certain something is going awry and is determined to get to the bottom of it.

WHO: ANDRESSA PARKINSON WHERE: THE GRAVE AFFAIR, EARLY MORNING
TW; Alcoholism

Obviously slumped over the bar ,   having closed for the early hours of the morning.   The place was tidy enough ,   but he hadn’t left to go back to their apartment.   He should have gone home but instead was nursing a bottle of firewhiskey.   It wasn’t the first time she’d seen him like this ,   but Chris was losing control of the world that he had created ,   and his own emotions.   Pulling it all back together would take some doing and it was something he really didn’t want to face.   At least this time it was his own problem ,   caused by himself but yet again it seemed Chris was relying on other people to help pick himself back up.   He tilted his head towards and tried to offer a smile.   “Hey And…”   Why did he feel as if he was ready for a scolding ??
