I was inspired to create an upscale restaurant my sims could frequent so I introduce to you Magnolia Promenade's newest restaurant, Prime. This new contemporary hot-spot offers its patrons with an excellent dining experience with an elevated menu selection and picture-worthy environment.

Original shell is by Applez on the gallery, Cafe Nola. I kept the exterior the same and only modified the interior to my own interests!

Utopian Tailgate by magnoliadale

In my builder era and was inspired to recreate Chicago's very own playground for grownups, Utopian Tailgate! This venue offers a never-ending partyscape for San Myshuno residents with colorful decor and interactive games for an indoor-outdoor experience. I'm quite proud of this build and I'm excited to share it with the sims community. This build is pack heavy and uses the CC listed below.
