GUIDELINE
daily cal limit is 500
🌊 water fast twice a week 🌊
🍭 ❌ sugar and carbs in moderation 🥐 ❌
🥩 eat lots of high protein and fiber foods 🥣
🥤 no pop only water and coffee ☕️
🕺 exercise by learning to dance! 🪩
weigh self every friday ⚖️
don’t eat at work and walk to and from work everyday.
check in with tumblr daily.
follow this plan, and it will be impossible to fail.
