The latest Futurama episode was hilarious, and the scenes where Newt was carried by Amy and especially Kif gave me pure serotonin.

I also liked the part where Fry sat with the Kroker kids to watch the Rankin Bass movie and he was the only one who didn’t have his eyes covered when Santa got violent and then he cried with the three kids when they learned the horrible truth.

This was something that I mentioned on a Futurama discord group chat, but a headcanon that I have is that Fry would be the kind of uncle who would give the Kroker kids nick names. For example, he would call Mandy "kiddo" and it's something that I think would be so sweet!

I can't help but think back in the moment of "Children of a Lesser Bog" when it looked like Fry was trying to comfort Mandy. Since it cut to him already on her eye level, it looked like some dialogue might have happened between them but it was cut due to time. This is how I at least feel like that scene might have gone.

Mandy *to Grand Midwife after she explains the concept of the challenge, looking like she's about to cry*: So is this gonna mean that Mommy won't be our Mommy anymore?

Fry feels his heart hurt when he hears so he bends down to her level.

Fry *reassuring*: Hey, it's gonna be okay. She'll always be your mom; no matter what any ancient, stupid challenge says.

Grand Midwife: Sir, I would like for you to refrain from calling our ancient challenges "stupid".

Again, this is just a head canon but that's just how I feel like it could have gone based on how he was down at her level already. I just hope to see some more bonding moments between Mandy and Fry cause they really are cute!
