AAAAAALRIGHT!

For the past few months (since a bit before Mark's birthday), I've been writing and designing a fan game for Markiplier! I just wanna write down and start keeping a log about it, so I figured why not put it here!

So, here's what's up:

The game so far has been called "Kingdom". If Mark ever says something about a kingdom name, I'll rename it to that (idc if it's silly or serious, I mean, I'm making the game for him).

As for what kind of game this will be, I'm trying to decide if I want it to be an rpg or more like a visual novel (like Danganronpa style or whatever). Maybe even a mix of the two.

It's going to deal with mental health mainly. A lot of the stuff I do like this (games) tend to have something to do with mental health most of the time. Basically I wanna shed some light on the fact that anyone can have mental health issues. Whether that's your favorite singer, or your parents, or, in this case, one of your favorite youtubers. I know people already know this, but I feel like I don't see it mentioned a lot.

I know Darkiplier has his own story, but he'll come into play with the mental health bit. He'll be present and so will the enemies that he spawns in for a lot of the game. The enemies are called glitches (soooooo creative, right?). They are going to be more and more prominent the further into the game you go. They make the surrounding area they are in all glitches out. Defeating them returns the area back to normal.

I also intend on there being a lot of representation. Our main character is named Sky, and they are a nonbinary POC. I also have 2 characters (Diana and Violet) who are in a long distance relationship. There are more characters than that, but I don't wanna make this TOO long. It's already a pretty long post.

As soon as I can get a laptop or something to make this game, I'm gonna hop on making it (which shouldn't be too long, I don't think).

There's no telling how long making this game will take me. I'm still in the writing and designing process as of now. Hopefully here within the next few years it'll be done (I plan on this being a longer game).

BUT, I'm gonna stop rambling. This post is extremely too long for it to be talking about a fan game that hasn't even started up yet. Anyway, thank you for reading! I'm looking forward to finally having this game done!

Hello Everyone! So, to give you all a heads up of how this account works, I thought I’d give a little introduction. This account is handled by me, and two other friends! We are collectively working on creating a Markiplier Fan game! We all have access to this account so posts will be signed by our initials.

@hearts-and-heroes I know that someone already did something similar to this, and that they did it way better than me but I thought that I’d also post my attempt here. Hearts and Heroes was such a great game with such a great and positive message, and I’m extremely glad that it exists. Thank you dearly to all of the developers and artist and writers and such!!!! Releasing the first concept drawings of Ben and Actor in the new April Fools minigame Late Night Jives!

I wanted Actor to look less elegant and fancy since this is technically a “swap” version of him. And with Ben I wanted his longer hair and for him to have tattoos :3 He’s more confident in himself than Butler Ben in my mind.
