Planaria and Squish’s Dad are divorced/exes and basically just Toriel and Asgore. Squish’s Dad still tries to make an attempt to reconcile their relationship but stopped after Planaria found someone else. He still has small feelings for him tho. (They divorced because the relationship didn’t work out so well)

Planaria and Petey are dating and are pretty happy together. Planaria just finds his positive attitude admirable and he just makes him happy. Tho since Petey lives in Puddle of Weee they mostly chat through computer, but he still visits Small Pond every now and then to see his boyfriend. Same with Planaria but only sometimes because of his school job.

(^^^NOT CANON to My Headcanons anymore lol.^^ Just be funnier and better if Planaria was single mkay? Will change this up later tho vvv)

Squish’s Dad and Petey are friends. Squish’s Dad surprisingly doesn’t hold a grudge or hate him. He still finds him weird though after the whole Happiness Invasion incident but they are pretty chill with each other. Petey knows about Squish’s Dad and Planaria’s past relationship but doesn’t do anything with the information.

Planaria, Rotifer and The Art Teacher are all just friends. They rarely hang out due to their jobs and personal lives but have time talking to each other in a teachers lounge or after school grading stuff. Only rare times the three hang out and have a “guys night” or whatever. Planaria and Rotifer where friends longer when the school was still in it’s early years.

Squish’s Dad & Mr.Rotifer are just acquaintances. Rotifer just knows him as his students father and Squish’s Dad just knows him as his son’s teacher. That is all there is to know.

The Art Teacher just doesn’t like Squish’s Dad. He just finds him pretty annoying and he’s heard Planaria’s side of the story after his divorce so things he heard weren’t positive.

The only characters that sounds close to what I imagined them in the book is Peggy and Principal Planaria (kinda)

Oddly enough I always imagined Pod sounding more monotone like Mr.Rotifer in the Animated Show but obviously like a kid and not like an old man lol.
