Replies are coming along slowly. I’m a little over a month behind still, but I’m making progress.

I was considering making starter calls for duos sometime in the future, since there are some muses that would be together in many scenarios. Anyways, here’s a poll if you’d like to give your feedback on that idea.

IC QUESTIONS (Shika Nara)

PERSON THEY CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: Shikajin Yamanaka. Her future daughter with Inojin is someone that she couldn’t imagine outliving and she has no desire to.

PERSON WHO NEVER FAILS TO MAKE THEM SMILE: Himawari Uzumaki. The two are close in age and often hang out when their families get together. Anyways, the other’s cheerful personality never fails to cheer her up when she’s had a rough day.

PERSON THEY FEEL SAFE TO BE VULNERABLE AROUND: Temari Nara. While her mother can be more intimidating than her father, she knows that it’s safe to be vulnerable around her. Also applies to Shikamaru.

PERSON THEY WANT TO SPEND THEIR LIFE WITH: Inojin Yamanaka. She has a crush on her brother’s teammate and in one verse ends up with him in the future.

PERSON THEY FEEL THEY NEED TO PROTECT: Gaara. She respects her Uncle’s skills and the fact that he is Kazekage, but also feels the need to protect him once she becomes a Kunoichi since he is a Kage.

PERSON THEY ARE AFRAID TO BE REJECTED BY: Shikadai Nara. While she often tries to act as though she doesn’t care about her older brother’s opinion, it does matter a lot to her. Also applies to her parents.

PERSON THEY’D TAKE SHIT FROM AND NOT MIND: Shikamaru Nara. The main reason she’d take shit from him is because it’d mean he was taking time away from work to do it. While she respects his job and his importance to the village, she often wishes that he’d take more time off to be with the family.

PERSON THEY WOULDN’T HESITATE TO KILL: Enemy Rogue Shinobi. Once she become a kunoichi, she is loyal to the village and wouldn’t hesitate someone who would try to kill any of her comrades.

PERSON THEY NEVER EXPECTED TO LIKE BUT NOW DO: Boruto Uzumaki. At first, she simply saw her brother’s friend as a troublemaker who got her brother in trouble. After awhile though, she realizes that she relates to him a bit more than she thought and now is able to get along with him when their families hang out.

PERSON THEY FEEL BETRAYED BY: Kankuro. While it’s not a real betrayal or anything that’s lasted far pass her early childhood, she still recalls a prank that he did to her involving his puppet and playing dead. Nevertheless, she had a few nightmares and Temari scolded her brother for acting thoughtlessly.

PERSON THEY RESPECT BUT DO NOT LIKE: Naruto Uzumaki. Her feelings on the Hokage are a bit conflicted. She respects his authority and doesn’t have much of a problem with him personality. It’s more that she is unhappy that his position keeps her father busy, since she can see his exhaustion. At the same time though, she can tell that he is exhausted by looking at him and by what her father says. Also, she would gladly put her life on the line to protect him as the Hokage even if she doesn’t really like him.

PERSON THEY FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE FAILED: Yoshino Nara. She admires her grandmother quite a bit, but often wonders if she has met her expectations. When she begins learning some of the Nara clan’s jutsus and struggles with a few of them at first, she worries then especially that she is failing Yoshino and the expectations of her clan.
