the way he says "take it" in that final scene of s1 is completely unlike anything else he's ever said. it's like he becomes a different person for a moment and we get a real glimpse under the surface, at his capacity for darkness & greed. extremely horny moment, 10/10. makes me wonder exactly how much of his usual sweet bubbly personality is a deliberate performance vs how much has he "become the mask" vs how much is he naturally like that. i really don't know what i prefer, though that i do think it's some combination of all three

(i really hope we get to see some of this darkness & ambition in s2. as much as i adore slob gamer bf colin. i really want the promise of world domination delivered on, somehow. oof reminds myself never to expect anything straightforward from dh...reminds myself if i live to see s2 i will be blessed enough already.....)

on a similar note, in the sharespace flashback, he talks about going "as far away from here as possible," suggesting his motive for leaving was not just a desire for adventure/power/whatever, but actually an active hatred of marscorp itself. in the same scene, you can kinda infer his contempt for the other employees by the way he talks about them & excuses himself to hang out alone with david. and he does make a sarcastic remark about our beloved mars. but he never goes into specifics about why exactly it sucks so bad. david is more explicit in saying i hate this place, but he doesn't go into specific reasons, either. i would be fascinated to hear them both (pre-incident) give their honest, unfiltered opinons on marscorp.

staying in this scene bc oh my god it just has everything – when david talks about getting locked up (foreshadowing). so colin teases him about sharing a cell & being roomies (foreshadowing). so david says if i had to live with you, i'd kill myself (f...foreshadowing......??) ... god i love their dynamic so much. mean rude grumpy snarky aggro david, gradually being won over by colin, until they're both CACKLING together in the club........

based on that s2 clip, i am so so so curious to see if colin can still have this comfort-buddy effect on david in the present day. tbh, he doesn't seem to be putting in as much effort as he used to! he seems kinda checked out! a) because they have this argument every week, and he takes it for granted by now that david won't stay mad? b) because he's fundamentally changed into a more arrogant/lazy/self-absorbed person? c) because he doesn't feel he really needs david anymore, so it's nbd if they have a falling out? d) because he's drunk/high? all plausible. also i know i did mention this before but when he crunches his little snack 🥺❤️🥺❤️ give him a little snack in every scene of s2!! let him get really excited about having human food to eat for the first time in 10 years!! he's got to make up for lost time!!

Pt 2 of The Guide: Hatchetfield (also made by Starkid but it felt like this should be its own category). Every story in the Hatchetfield series takes place in different timeline I say this so your not confused by certain things that happen to characters in one story not having happened in another. There a few stories that do actually take place in the same time line but I'll mention it when that's the case. Pretty much everyone loves Hatchetfield series, it's basically a whole fandom on its own. I could talk about it and theories on it forever. It's all horror comedy.

The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals (TGWDLM). The first of the Hatchetfield series. Now, SK actually wrote Nerdy Prudes Must Die (NPMD), then Black Friday, then TGWDLM but TGWDLM was released first bc it was the easiest to make and the best to introduce ppl into the world and they made it be good as a stand alone in case it didn't do well and therefore not make the rest of the series. And it totally does work well as a stand alone. Even though I think Twisted is the best SK musical, this one is actually my favorite. It's really great, hilarious, awesome music, everything's great, and it was the first musical of theirs I watched, its original and not parody and I love the characters. Have you heard the audios "please god I just want a black coffee!" or "were about the same age how come I didn't know you in high school?" "you probably went to hatchetfield high I went to sycamore" because this is where those came from.

Summary: This borning office worker named Paul hates musicals and has a crush on a barista, Emma. A meteor hits their town and a zombie apocalypse starts, but it's no normal zombie apocalypse. Everyone is taken over and becomes sorta an alien and they're all become apart of this musical hive mind breaking into song and dance and getting others to become apart of the hive mind. Paul, his coworkers, and the barista now have try and survive this apotheosis. Trailer

Black Friday (BF). It's about the wonderful totally beloved American holiday Black Friday. Alot of ppl don't see it as that funny but personally I think it's pretty funny? Yeah it doesn't have the most jokes but all of the jokes that are in there are very funny. It is overall meant to be more serious though so.

Summary: A new toy comes out, called a Tickle Me Wiggly, that everyone wants to get for their kid. Tom Houston wants to get it to help try and help mend his relationship his son Tim bc Tom's wife/Tim's mom died the year before and Tom sees it as his fault. Tom meets his old high school girlfriend Becky and their love begins to rekindle. Lex works at the store Toy Zone and she want to get herself, her boyfriend, Ethan, and her younger sister, Hannah, out of Hatchetfield as soon as possible. Everyone starts fighting over the toy, going far to get the toy, even the president of the US has to get involved. The characters I mentioned all attempt to survive through the day. And it turns out there's more behind the toy than just a cute ball of fluff. Trailer

The next few summaries are probably gonna sound neater and are also gonna be shorter. This is cause I for the most part just took the summaries SK gave for them and just like ever so slightly changed them. Nightmare Time (NMT) are script readings, but they still have songs in them. Also yes some of the links for the stories lead to the same video, don't worry, this is because every episode of NMT season 1 had two stories in it. There's two trailers I'm gonna give you for season 1. Here's the first one. And here's the second.

The Hatchetfield Ape-Man (THAM). Absolutely hilarious and ridiculous, there is a few more serious moments but over and just super goofy.

Summary: Lucy has been searching for the Hatchetfield Ape-Man for many years and nearly gives up when she finds out Professor Hidgens has discovered the Ape-Man.

Watcher World (WW). More serious, one of my faves of NMT and a lot of ppl's faves of NMT.

Summary: Bill and Alice go to local theme park Watcher World for a day of daddy daughter fun! They don't get along well. And the theme park is no help and there's some dark secret going on in there too.

Forever and Always (F&A). Good mix of silly and serious leaning a bit towards silly. Has everyone's faves Paul and Emma. It's an extremely interesting story imo.

Summary: Paul and Emma are getting married! Except Emma has a dark secret that comes to light and their relationship may become in danger.

Time Bastard (TB). My personal NMT fave but that's probably partially cause I'm werid. Also a good mix of silly and serious leaning a bit more towards serious. This and F&A take place in the same timeline.

Summary: Ted accidentally discovers time travel and things go a little wild and he messes a lot of stuff up.

Jane's A Car (JAC). More sillyness. It's, not as a goofy as THAM but still very silly. Ppl kinda overlook this one and yeah it's not my fave but the reason it's overlooked is really mainly bc there's a particular scene that's. Very goofy and inappropriate and silly. And everyone latched onto the insanity of that scene and kinda ignored the rest.

Summary: Tom gets his old car back, the car his wife died in, and it turns out, she's haunting the car.

The Witch In The Web (WITW). The most serious of NMT1. Lots of lore. Great.

Summary: Hannah's been having nightmares of an evil witch and her "imaginary" friend Webby goes missing. She gets the help of her social worker and his friend who has powers.

All of NMT2 takes place in the same timeline together, some eps are more connected than others, some just make references, but they do all take place in the same time and for the part all right about the same time. Again some of the links lead to the same video because some of the episodes had two stories in them. Trailer

Honey Queen (HQ). This is a really fun one, it's just terrible ppl doing terrible things. Very fun.

Summary: It's time for Hatchetfield's annual Honey Festival, and therefore also the Honey Queen Pageant. The rich Linda Monroe and a barista Zoey Chambers both enter the Pageant. Linda wants her dad's attention and Zoey wants to get out of Hatchetfield. They are each other's biggest competition, and they both want it bad and will do anything they can to win. But theres also some secrets happening with Pageant.

Perky's Buds (PB). A lot of ppl don't like this one. It's not my fave but I do really love the villain and there's lots of funny lines, it's kinda a stoner comedy mixed with horror comedy, also got some important lore.

Summary: Emma finally has gotten her dream pot farm. Unfortunately for her Nighthawks keep eating her weed and her neighbours aren't happy about her farm. So she and her farm hand now must defend their farm.

Abstinence Camp (AC). I love this one and love the characters. It's fairly inappropriate but it's still great. It's also got the two best songs of the season.

Summary: Nerdy Prude Grace somewhat accidentally starts a rumor about the mayor's daughter, Steph, being pregnant, which lands her in Abstinence Camp, along with Grace who goes there for fun, and along with nerdy but not so prudey Pete who doesn't want to be there ethier. At camp there's some odd consulers and theres a legend of a supposed killer lerking in the woods.

Daddy. Yes that is the full title of the story. It's a goofy one but there's lore. It's similar to JAC where the funny name kinds overshadows the story. But it has two of best actors as the main characters and they work so well together. It also will make you feel a lot of sympathy for a character who before this you'll have not seen a lot of but will probably hate before this.

Summary: Frank, the owner of Toyzone, is running out business thanks to online buying. Then he gets to together with his best customer's mom who is rich. But turns out this family has a secret. There's a reason their last name is Young. And being a dad isn't that fun.

Killer Track (KT). This is a very sad one. You will be completely emotionally destroyed. I love it. Everyone loves it. Everyone's sad thanks to it.

Summary: A song that kills people after being listened too. It's a classic fake hoax. Except this time it's real. Rose meets a strange guy and who has her listen to the song. As time runs out and she gets closer to death she seeks help from a certain social worker and witchy woman. But times running out for the town too and they need to stop the song for being heard by anyone else.

Yellow Jacket (YJ). MMM SO MUCH LORE AND ANGST/SADNESS IN THIS ONE TOO! Very good everyone loves this one a ton, including me ofc.

Summary: After Hannah has accident in ship class her, Lex and Ethan find themselves in a lot of debt. Luckily for them Hannah has a gift, a power, and after a man sees what she can he brings her and Ethan to a deadly competition for her to join, and its high paying. But will Hannah be able to survive?

Nerdy Prudes Must Die (NPMD). I think this is the funniest Hatchetfield show and I love the character so much and the music is some of the best starkid music imo.

Summary: When the biggest losers at Hatchetfield High unwittingly complete an ancient, evil ritual, they unleash an all- powerful, angry spirit with a grudge against nerds. That’s when Stephanie Lauter, Grace Chasity, and a cast of social rejects must fight to save themselves and nerdy prudes everywhere. But can any of them survive the fury of a bully from beyond the grave? Trailer

Summary: the starlight theatre wanted to produce a show made by an aspiring local writer, and they ended up choosing Professor Hidgens and his show Workin' Boys, but suggest he make some changes to the show. Trailer.

Workin' Boys. You can buy tickets to the Hatchetfield Halloween Party to see this. It's so cool to see something in Hatchetfield filmed like this. Jeff does a great job at playing Hidgens and the whole short film is really fun.

well one of them is definitely just. ruthie in general. she had far too much power over him + damaged him beyond repair so now he's just stuck with the pieces trying to glue them back together,, every time he thinks about her he's like a terrified little kid all over again. as big and intimidating as he is, she can very easily make him want to curl up in a ball and disappear completely from the world never to be seen again. he's not as brave or as confident as everyone thinks he is and he does NOT want people to know that. losing control of himself is another Big Fear bc there were many moments where he felt like he wasnt even part of his own body when ruthie was there, he was just a bystander who was frozen and couldnt do Anything which is <3 not very nice

he doesnt need to sleep so he doesnt really get up he's just On His Bullshit 24/7. but on the rare occasion he DOES sleep, it takes him a million years to Wake Up and Get Out Of Bed. and by that point it's probably 1pm and he doesnt know who he is or where he is. good luck trying to make him wake up early it wont happen <3

he doesn't want people to think less of him because he's kind of shy and very much Struggles to hold conversationd with people sometimes. yes he has a lot of self-confidence but he also worries Far Too Much about first impressions and other people's opinions about him. we love a walking contradiction <3 idk if this is even much of a fear but this is the only thing i can think of qjhfeghg. also public speaking. he can talk to a camera but put him in front of hundreds of people?? he will disolve right then and there thats TOO many people all at once

speaking of soccer, isagi has this tendency to get lost in the moment and talk your head off about some soccer related tangent that probably makes no sense to you.

his eyes light up and his voice is just oozing with passion for what he does as he goes into detail about how he made this crazy goal at practice while you stare at him with the biggest heart eyes ever, adoring his dedication.

and of course when isagi realizes he was rambling, he apologizes profusely for “boring” you, like the gentleman he is.

but when you reassure him that he could never bore you and that you want nothing more than for him to go on, isagi begins to feels lightheaded due to his adoration for you <3

if you're the type to go all out when it supporting isagi at soccer- like make one of those corny signs, yell from the crowd, wear his spare jersey to games, isagi will physically have to withhold his heart from jumping out his chest.

he's a little embarrassed that you're doing all that for him, but the effort means soooo much to him.

and speaking of soccer, it would mean a lot to isagi if you not only supported him at games and stuff, but expressed an interest in learning more about soccer as a whole, too.

you know, learn a little more about the game on your own accord, ask him to teach you how to properly play, or even challenge him to a one on one, do stuff like that, and he’ll literally be head over heels for you. well, more than he already is.

(he always goes easy on you on your guys 1v1's and he thinks your efforts are adorable, no matter how much you may or may not suck)

he'd repay the effort and try to get interested in whatever your hobbies are!

also, you can get him to do almost anything if you pout and beg hard enough, you’re literally so hard to say no to in isagi’s eyes <3

isagi’s the type to not realize when other people are flirting with him LOL

he just thinks they’re being nice (unless they’re being straight up) and i don’t think he would really process it because he’s so focused on you romantically, if that makes sense.

once he realizes you’re jealous, isagi apologizes earnestly, reassuring you over and over again that you're everything he could ask for and that he would never intentionally try to hurt you and all that jazz.

although, i will admit, sometimes isagi’s kinda smug when you're jealous, especially when it’s over a dumb reason 👎

however, when he’s jealous i feel like it could go one of two ways-

on normal days, isagi would just stand there to “intimidate” the other person, maybe cough a little for emphasis until they go away lol.

but on days where he’s already mad/filled with adrenaline/or someone’s really not taking a hint and you’re visibly uncomfortable- oh boy, it’s like a switch flips in him.

has those same fiery eyes he has during the climax of a game. the energy he’s exuding is dead serious, and that alone is enough for the person bothering you to go away. not bad for a man that’s only 5’8 🥰

adding on, isagi doesn’t take any shit about you, ever. even if it’s from his friends. usually isagi’s very neutral and doesn’t actively try to start conflict, but there are some things he’ll always defend and you’re one of them.

isagi always listens/watches/reads/etc whatever you recommend him (on that note, please recommend him good anime because isagi’s out here willingly telling people his favorite anime is darling in the franxx), even if he doesn’t necessarily like it LOL

you could show isagi objectively, the worst song ever and he would be like “yeah, it was good babe!” (it was not)

also does the same thing when you bring him shopping with you, like he's absolutely NO HELP 😭

you could try on the ugliest sweater known to man and he’d like “you look nice 🙂” pls be honest isagi, you can say it’s hideous!!!!!!

but isagi’s also being somewhat truthful in his statement because he does genuinely think you look nice in everything <3

also loves when you wear his clothes- always feels a mixture between pride and slight shyness?

kinda lol idk but overall, isagi really is sooo happy you wanna show him off that much, especially when you're wearing something of his around his friends :')

he says “i love you” first, no doubt.

he’s a bit nervous when he does because he doesn’t know if you’ll reciprocate, but he really does love you and he feels like he physically can’t hold it in anymore.

“i promise you don’t have to say it back!” isagi reassures anxiously. “i know it’s a really big commitment, and if it’s too early for you right now-”

“i love you, too.”

DuckTales 2017 - "The Life and Crimes of Scrooge McDuck!"

I'm not the only judge around here.

The episode begins with Scrooge and Louie dealing with a bunch of furry, multiplying monsters that are in no way supposed to be the Tribbles from Star Trek. They're Gribbles, they're completely different. Before they can deal with them entirely, and almost immediately after Scrooge tells Louie how he should accept responsibility, they are suddenly summoned into the All-Powerful Karmic Court. This otherworldly court features a seemingly all-powerful bailiff, and a giant Lady Justice holding a scale that will hold Scrooge's innocence and guilt. Who was responsible for getting Scrooge and Louie into this Karmic Court?

None other than Doofus Drake, who is just as creepy as he always was in this reboot. He makes his entrance by being wheeled in while wearing a strait-jacket, an obvious reference to Silence of the Lambs, he puts chap-stick all over his face, and, right before a commercial break, he appears to start an attempt to lick Louie's face. We get it, the character was bad and unlikeable in the original, so the new version of the character has to be disgusting and intentionally unlikeable. They could have just not have him appear, put him on a milk carton somewhere, or, since this is a reboot, they could have made him a different character entirely like they did with Burger Beagle, but instead, we get this Licky McCreepo.

Using the combined money and supernatural powers of him and his witnesses, Doofus, wanting revenge, er, justice over losing his inheritance to his own family, managed to get a supernatural summon to sue Scrooge McDuck out of the fortune, land-holdings, and treasure that would have been Louie's inheritance. Why? Because he ruined their lives! Scrooge immediately balks at these accusation that he can be guilty of ruining anyone's life, saying that he got everything fair and square and he has done nothing wrong. The Bailiff, acting as the judge as the giant Lady Justice can only nod or shake her head, has to keep telling him to sit down and be quiet as the plaintiff and his witnesses bear their case. As Scrooge can't help but make himself look guilty in the face of the all-powerful and all-seeing Karmic Court, it's up to Louie, the irresponsible schemer that Scrooge was scolding minutes before, to help him against three different shorts, er, three different witnesses! Our first one is...

Witness #1: Flintheart Glomgold!

Or, as he puts it as he jumps out of the door:

Flintheart: FLINTHEART GLOMGOLD, HA HA HA HA HA!

Yes, he even introduces himself with lightning strikes behind him. I'd like to think he requested the court supply those, as that was also the explanation for the Hannibal impression. It does not matter to the Karmic Court that the plaintiff and witnesses are acting like villains, as the case is supposed to be that Scrooge's actions have led them this way in the first place. We get a flashback, courtesy of the Karmic Courts power to get video clips of anything that happened in the past. Having video clips of things that couldn't possibly have been recorded is a reason for the supernatural element to this court. It is magic, it does not need to be explained.

No, this isn't about his former Duke Baloney persona, though I like how they mention that right in the beginning, but how he managed to steal the heart of Duckburg from him. It happened all the way back in 1987, as they sure liked that year for reasons that should be obvious. Back then, Duckburg was in a state of Glomgold Fever, as reported by Webra Walters. Her joke, besides being an obvious parody of Barbara Walters, is that she has a lisp. In the beloved adventurers latest adventure, he's going into a cave full of sharks and booby traps to get a large, sharktooth-shaped diamond for the people of Duckburg. He even takes Webra Walters and a cameraman with him, all so they can report on his benevolence. He is trying so hard to make himself look like a hero, though I'd argue putting a reporter in danger for the sake of his own ego is a hint that things are not right with this. Well, besides the fact that he's Glomgold, but the people in 1987 didn't know that.

However, that unapproachable and miserly billionaire, Scrooge McDuck, shows up with a grappling hook, swinging effortlessly. Glomgold, in his anger, accidentally pushes Webra off the rock she was standing on. As she grabs onto the ledge for dear life, Glomgold sees this reporter struggling to not get eaten by sharks and accuses her of being in cahoots with Scrooge, and jumps away to that diamond without even trying to save her. As Scrooge manages to get to the diamond and Glomgold ending up holding on to a stalactite after accidentally hitting a booby trap that caused that rock Webra barely managed to climb back up to start sinking. As Debra starts with what she thinks is her last report on how Glomgold has revealed his stupidity and cowardice, assumedly ending Glomgold Fever for good, Scrooge uses the grappling hook to save her and the cameraman, the diamond still strapped to his back.

Needless to say, Scrooge becomes the hero of Duckburg as Webra reports that the originally "miserwy" Scrooge is now showing his "herowic" side, while Glomgold Glomgold then laments at the days he had to hang on to the stalactite, eventually having to make friends with the sharks that infested the cave's waters. It's here where we learn why Glomgold loves sharks so much: because it's the only love he had after that fateful day. Revealing key moments of the villain's past that shaped them into the villains they became is going to be a theme with all of the witnesses, bringing some more importance to this episode. I'll admit that this part is the weakest of the three to me, though I can't deny Glomgold's charm in his reminiscence of his friendship with the sharks. Also, his unforgettable intro.

There is one moment that definitely did not shape them into the villains they became: Scrooge. At least, according to Scrooge himself, who continues to blast the court for even considering this to be evidence against him. The bailiff has to conjure up a muzzle at some point, though even that does not last. Louie eventually comes up to the court and tells them that he was clearly evil even before this incident, and the court. This goes to show that the court is indeed all-seeing, though I do still have a feeling that this court seems to be really easily convinced, as they seem to accept it. They probably should have accepted the "dooming Webra to a shark-caused death" as evidence against the Plaintiff, but this isn't even the worst the court gets with this sort of thing. There's no reason to complain, it's currently Innocent 1, Guilty 0.

Witness #2: Ma Beagle!

Next, it's Ma Beagle, and she wants to get the deed for the town the Beagles rightfully owned before it was stolen by that crook. While the last story revealed Glomgold's shark affinity, this one is the very backstory for how the Beagle Boys became the enemies of Scrooge. We finally get the story behind that painting of Scrooge McDuck and Grandpappy Beagle on how he managed to get the deed for the place. It's been shown in that picture that hangs on Scrooge McDuck's wall, but this is the first time we actually get to see what events that picture depicted, taking place long ago in a place known as Fort Beagleburg.

To make a long story short, it was an arm wrestling match, with Grandpappy as the undefeated champion. Scrooge shows up, talking about how this place used to be known as Fort Duckburg, and he offers to buy the town with his endless riches. Putting his money down on the table, Grandpappy and Scrooge agree to an arm wrestle for the fort's deed, the former getting praise by his daughter that he never lost. However, Scrooge proves that "never" rarely lasts, as much sense as that makes, and manages to defeat him using his wit. He also reveals him to be a cheat, once again revealing some villainy on the part of the Plaintiff that the all-powerful Karmic Court seems to ignore. In fact, unlike Glomgold and his former Glomgold Fever, there's no sense of heroism with these guys at all. In fact, they're all wearing the masks that would be made famous by their descendants.

Scrooge: Pleasure doing business with you! (Takes deed and the cup of juice Young Ma was drinking)

Young Ma Beagle: (crying) Aw, I can't believe you-

(video pauses)

Sure, Grandpappy Beagle was a cheat, but Scrooge does admit that it was unnecessarily mean to young Ma Beagle, and this would be a major cornerstone in her becoming the evil mastermind that headed the Beagle Boys. Lady Justice decides this is a win for Guilty, teleporting Ma to the Guilty side. Much like the wrestling episode, the episode's tension would be completely gone if one side went 2-0 unless they were planning on more than three witnesses. However, Louie isn't going to deal with that, and points out that the young Ma Beagle's line was clearly cut off, which it was. Again, for an omnipotent and omniscient karmic court, not only can't they keep a muzzle on Scrooge, they sure like changing their mind. Then again, this seems to work for the villains as well. At 2-0, it seems like Doofus is doomed to have his case dismissed, but he has one more short, er, witness:

Witness #3: Magica De Spell!

Right from her appearance and despite Louie gloating that he can totally take her case on, Scrooge realizes this is the one that may outweigh the other two. We flash back to a time where Magica is currently controlling an entire town's wealth and food with the power of her magic. In fact, she's not alone, as she reveals she's not an only child.

We get to meet a brand new character: Magica's brother Poe De Spell, making his first appearance in the series. One may guess by the amount of guilt Scrooge is showing that it is also his only appearance, and they are correct. To give more of a description, these twin sorcerers are causing chaos among the people they ruthlessly rule over, turning people into various animals, including a daddy goat that is expected to give them milk. Don't think of that too hard. While Magica is just as evil as she ever will be, it's Poe that ends up being the closer to Earth one. This all changes when Scrooge comes up, and, much like the Beagles, he manages to defeat Magica and Poe with his wit and make off with the money. Some of it went to rebuilding farms.

Of course, the worst part is the reason why Poe is missing. I'll keep this one vague as it is a major crux of the episode, as this is mainly caused by Scrooge being selfish. Even though Magica and Poe are clearly villains, this is one true The episode does build up more and more in both Scrooge's guilt and the quality of the segments. One may guess Poe's fate judging by the author he's clearly named after, and if they can't guess, they haven't gotten to that part in their English class.

What's important is that this is the one where even Louie has to admit that he can't weasel his inheritance, er, Scrooge's innocence out of this one. The ending seems like it's going to go into this cliche where they just admit Scrooge's guilt and the court decides that's good enough to let him off the hook, but they throw a few curveballs at that. As much as I don't want to spoil it, it's hard to believe Scrooge and Louie are going to lose their fortune, land, and treasure, especially an episode before the finale, but I think the way the episode ends, while feeling a bit rushed as a lot of events happen in the last minute, is good enough for me to judge this episode as innocent.

How does it stack up?

I debated whether this should be 3 or 4 Scrooges, and I felt this shouldn't get the same rating as Kit Cloudkicker despite being a good showing of Louie's cleverness. With an okay first part, a second part that is good to see, and a third part that's quite interesting, I'd put this at the same level as the decent Split Sword of Swanstantine. Unfortunately, with DuckTales 2017, decent can only go so far. 3 Scrooges.

Finally, after facing off against all of these non-FOWL related villains in a Karmic Court, the McDucks get to face off against FOWL once and for all.
