Never been a fan of #neccafigures , always seen them as Style over substance, like the Play-Arts Kai range. The #mantisalien has done little to change my mind. It looks cool, but everything else about it is meh. Poseability would be ok, not great, but ok, IF one of the joints hadn't been stuck in place. Which is probably what led to another joint snapping off, meaning that one arm is now held together by bluetac. It fell over and broke, just like that. Ok, maybe I should have been more careful with it, but then again, maybe it wouldn't have fallen if it didn't have a stability equal to that of my mental wellbeing. Getting him to stand is pretty much a pain. The clear plastic is nice, but again, that's style, not substance. And the extending tongue does not look right at all.
