(self harm tw) while i was on ft w @aliciareads13 & i realized that today is my 2 yr clean mark from self harm & wowowow the fact that i even forgot about that is insane bc i remember when i used to have the day MARKED down & if i forgot i would use that as an excuse to just do it again 🥺 recovery is 10293939% worth it & it rlly has been a roller coaster so if you’re struggling just know it’s totally normal & valid & you’re so strong !!! you got this 💕
