꒰꒰. SYNOPSIS: jake is weak when it comes to pretty girls. you're a pretty girl and neytiri thinks so too.

Jake Sully is many things: a husband, a father, a leader, a warrior— but most of all, he's a man. He's still just a man weak to pretty girls with pretty eyes and pretty smiles. Just a man who is so very weak when it comes to you. Sometimes, no matter how self-deprecating his thoughts are, shame fills his mind and corrodes his heart when the people proudly call him Toruk Makto, when his wife, his beautiful, beautiful Neytiri, looks at him like he decorated the sky with stars to shine upon the people. He's weak and he knows he doesn't deserve all of it.

The guilt always eats at him, of course it does. He's supposed to be a respectable man, a loyal husband, a good father to guide his children on the path towards Eywa's heart, but when it comes to you, he forgets who he is supposed to be. He loses all inhibitions when you flash him that mesmerizing smile, looking at him like he's on top of everything.

Yet he can't find it in himself to act upon his urges, at least fully, not when Neytiri's smile reflects your own: beautiful and so full of hope for what may come in the future. It doesn't help that you and Neytiri have become good friends after months of them seeking uturu within the Metkayina clan. You were among the first few people who accepted them wholeheartedly, the Olo'eyktan's younger sister who is as gentle as the waves in the ocean under a calm, soothing breeze.

"Staring off into the distance again, I see." Your voice cuts through the jumbled thoughts in his head, occupying the empty space next to him on the sand like you had occupied his mind.

"Would you rather have me stare at you instead?" Jake tilts his head to the side, a playful smirk sitting upon his lush lips, something he does unconsciously out of habit. Something you've noticed from the many times you've admired him from afar.

You don't say anything, flustered from his straightforward response, but you don't get to bask in the flirty nature of his words when Neytiri's figure comes into view, her long legs striding across the sandy beach with confidence and the allure only she has.

"Neytiri!" You giggle excitedly, moving to sit on your haunches to welcome the beauty in yours and Jake's lonely company of two.

Neytiri returns your eagerness by chuckling, deciding to sit in front of you and her husband. Her hand tucks a stray hair behind your ear before addressing the bright aura illuminating your face. "You seem awfully happy today, syulang."

"Just in a really good mood! Are the kids settling in well?" You ask the couple, eyes not knowing where to look— who to look at. Their demanding presence and piercing gazes make it hard to sit completely still under their watchful eyes. It's like they're looking at you through your skin… like they know what's currently running on your mind… like they know something you don't.

"They're doing great. I just hope the boys would run less into trouble." Jake clicks his tongue to show his disapproval but the way he speaks of them sounds so fatherly, it makes you laugh.

"They take after you, Ma'Jake." Neytiri comments, playfully kicking her husband's leg that somehow made its way in between her crossed legs, ending up in a chaste tangle of limbs.

There's a slight tingle within your belly, a little ache in your chest when you look at them— so domestic and close and in love. And the more you stare, the more the selfish part of you wishes you were with them both, a presence in between them to share their love with. Not wanting to be caught, you quickly avert your eyes somewhere, faraway into the ocean sky.

"I think it's because of Ao'nung constantly riling them up, but I swear, he's a good kid. Sometimes he just can't help but be a skxawng," you smile at them apologetically before continuing, "He's so much like my brother before he became Olo'eyktan."

Neytiri quickly shakes her head, not wanting you to feel guilty for something as shallow as children squabble. Her gentle palm runs along your arm before taking hold of your hand, the feeling so foreign but not unwelcome— something you've always longed for. It makes your heart flutter and for warmth to gush through your lovesick system. The light squeeze you give Neytiri's hand makes her smile at you almost adoringly, and you say almost because how could you assume something like that especially in the presence of her mate? It's mere wishful thinking that she'd return your pining.

Only if you knew how her heart thrums against her ribcage as if it wanted to be laid out and present itself to you. Neytiri had to force herself to let go of your hand because if she didn't, she would forget why you can only be admired from afar. It feels so wrong but so good to indulge in her yearning thoughts of you, let you see glimpses of her deepest feelings through the cracks of her facade.

To her, it doesn't matter if you're aware. As long as she gets to see you, really see you like how she does Jake, it's enough to satiate the constant need of being with you.

And as the water rise and fall along the shore, the sullied thoughts swarming your heads are washed away deep deep into the endless chasm of blue.

I took a deep breath, trying to calm my racing heart as I stared up at Quaritch. He had a knife to my throat that was slightly pressured almost slicing into my skin.

but all I could think about was how much trouble I was in and how worried my parents must be.

I had always known that my family was different from the rest of the Na'vi i mean my father in toruk makto he has many allies and enemies.

My parents, Jake Sully and Neytiri, were powerful warriors who had fought and won battles for the good of our people.

But I never imagined that I would find myself in the middle of a war too.

Quaritch was holding me hostage, and my parents were outside, trying to find a way to save me.

I could see the fury in dads's eyes as he stared back at Quaritch, ready to fight for me.

"You hurt a single hair on her body," he said, his voice low and menacing.

"I will personally take much pleasure in torturing you till your last breathe."

Quaritch laughed, pressing the knife closer to my throat, I could feel the sharp edge digging into my skin, and I knew that one wrong move could mean the end of me.

But my parents didn't back down. They stood their ground, ready to protect their family at all costs.

They were ready to face Quaritch head-on. The ground shook beneath us as my parents fought with all their might, determined to save me from Quaritch's grip.

In the end, it was my mother who managed to get the upper hand. She lunged towards Quaritch, her movements swift and powerful.

The knife flew out of his hand as he stumbled back but not without him slicing a bit deeper into my neck.

I fell into my parents' arms, tears streaming down my face as I clung onto them tightly.

It was over now but it was all starting come to an end "ma yn" mom screamed putting her hands on my neck to keep the wound pressured.

"M-mom" I whimpered trying to push her away "no no stay with me kid" dad murmured and heaved me onto his shoulder making me cry out in pain.

"You have to stay with me" he yelled running to his ikran to get home to mo'at "oh eywa please" mom screamed pleading and begging for eywa not to take me.

"D-dad" I whined as little black dotes started to fill my vision it was coming to an end "y-yes my b-baby" for the first time ever I saw a tear run down my father's cheek.

"d-dont cry" I whispered weakly dragging my hand to his face wiping it away "I-I'll be o-ok" and with that I glanced at my parents one last time before taking my final breath.

'I am with eywa'.

“Let me speak with Jake.” You said as soon as the guards came for your daily ration of food. The clan members had separated and locked you up away from Tonowari.

“No can do.”

“Do you want to make an enemy out of me?”

“You were made an enemy as soon as you stepped foot on forest grounds.” He threw some utensils at your feet and walked off.

You hissed and turned around.

“Mawey Y/n.” You heard Tonowari say in the distance. He was locked up as well, separated from you.

“I'm not going to-!” You began to shout but took in a deep breath. “This is not right!”

“I am just as confused and angry as you are.”

You huffed and took a seat on the cold cavern ground. Tonowari being grounded in this situation made you see that you were indeed acting irrationally. When your trial occurs you would stand before Jake, and explain to him that it was all a misunderstanding. Honestly, if he didn’t leave you wouldn’t be in this situation.

While you and Tonowari were rotting away in a cell, Jake was strolling around the village, helping some na’vi that needed to be aided. Neytiri had instructed all guards and council members to not notify Jake about the arrest, but Jake already had a gut feeling that something was wrong.

Why?

The villagers were acting quite strange. As soon as he helped one member of the clan, another issue would arise. This wasn’t him complaining, since he was the Olo’eyktan, but why today of all days.

“Olo’ekytan!” A young soldier walked up to him. “They have been fed for the day.”

“Who’s been fed for the day.”

The young warrior's face dropped. “Uh..the direhorses.”

Jake stared at the warriors as he chuckled nervously and scurried away. Jake stood still for a few moments, determining if that interaction should confirm his suspicions that everyone was acting strange.

He knew he couldn’t ask Neytiri, he didn’t trust her. That meant he would have to figure this out on his own.

On another part of the mountains, Neytriri stood pacing in an area as a clan leader watched. She had both you and Tonowari in her custody, yet she was anxious. She didn’t think this out thoroughly enough.

Ignoring the invitation to the clan meeting just wasn’t enough to keep you two, and it certainly wouldn’t be smart to kill you.

She didn’t want to hurt you guys, she just wanted Jake to forget. He stayed on Pandora because of her, so how come you and Tonowari got the happy ending with him?

“I can’t let them go, that would just start an even bigger war.”

“We were supposed to put them on trial, Neytiri.”

“Jake is supposed to be present for stuff like that!” She seethes. “He can’t even know they’re here.”

The clan leader sighed, clearly beginning to get irritated with Neytiri's back and forth with the whole situation. She was so determined to bring the two of you down, now that it happened, she was having second thoughts.

“I have an idea….but this may not go the way you think.” The clan leader spoke up,

Neytiri looked at him, before nodding.

You were woken up at night. Waking to see navi warriors holding torches and inching closer, one of them holding wrist ties.

You allowed them to tie your wrists tightly, and yank you into the open cavern. You saw Tonowari already standing there, looking ashamed once making eye contact with you. It wasn’t often you saw him vulnerable like this, and you knew he felt defeated for not being able to protect you. You mouthed the words ‘I love you’ before being shoved forward and guided by some na’vi warriors.

They escorted you two down the mountains, touching down in the forest before stopping at an opening.

Neytiri emerged, wearing her war paint. She had her bow slung across her body and the basket of arrows on her shoulder.

“Neytiri-” You began, but she hissed, intending to shut you up, but you did the opposite.

“I beg of you. I don’t know what I have done to offend you, but I ask of you to release Tonowari. The Metkayina need him.”

“No-” Tonowari stepped forward, causing the na’vi to hoot and stop him by crossing two spears to block his path.

“Tonowari I need you to stop being noble for once and let me handle this!” You snapped. You didn’t mean to be so harsh about it, but this was a stressful situation for the both of you, and for once you wanted Tonowari to be selfish and put himself first.

“Please. Tsahik to Tsahik. Let him go.” You watched as Neytiri’s face contorted. Uh Oh. You had forgotten that her mother was still alive, so she was not yet Tsahik. It was an insult.

“We’re taking both of you. No loose ends.” Is all she said.

Your heart dropped. They weren’t gonna let either one of you go, and it would only be a matter of time before the situation escalates and a possible war outbreak.

They nudged you forward, prompting you to walk a few feet behind your husband. They had the two of you walking for what seemed like hours, and the terrain became less and less recognizable the further you got.

The trees became less voluptuous and the ground looked dryer. The grass began to disappear and loud booms echoed from in front of you. After a few more steps, everyone halted. You leaned to the side, looking past Tonowari and gasping at the sight.

Sky People.

Large and heavy machinery rolled around as it seemed like they were building something. Everything was metal, and dirty.

Neytiri took a large breath, and looked towards the clan leader she had discussed earlier.

“There’s no turning back.” He said.

Neytiri nodded and marched forward, you, Tonowari, and the rest of the warriors in tow.

It seemed that the Sky People were fascinated at the entrance, stopping what they were doing to watch the parade of na’vi. You all headed to the large building that rested in front of you. It made you anxious, shivers running through your veins. You wanted Tonowari, you needed him, to be in his arms, but unfortunately he was as stuck as you.

At the entrance, a woman in military gear and a mask stood next to a tall na’vi man in military gear.

You watched your husband tense in front of you.

“Well if it isn’t the man who speared half my crew.” The na’vi said with a toothy grin.

“I’ll do it ten times over if I have to.” Tonowari said darkly.

“Save it ... .I see you brought your wife.” He said smiling, a country accent seeping through. He walked past Tonowari and leaned down to face you.

“Nice to meet ya, i’m an old friend of your buddy here.” He nodded towards Neytiri.

“She is no buddy of mine.”

“Oh!” He said surprised. “Well I'm sure me and you will get quite acquainted, we have some history between me and your dear husband.”

“And who do you think you are?!”

“Miles. Miles Quaritch.”

Jake sat in his home alone, holding a pen and some paper. He was writing again, to you, and Tonowari. It would upset Neytiri, but he missed the both of you dearly.

He’s felt a weight on his shoulders the past few days. Neytiri was vague with him, and the visiting clan leaders seemed tight-lipped.

It was only safe to assume she was having an affair,

Jake wiggled his hand, looking down at the pathetic excuse of an apology that was written in front of him. He was determined to finish this letter tonight, and he was going to send it to you. He didn’t need a response from you, but if he knew you got it, he would be content for the time being.

As he sat, he became uncomfortable with the silence. There were far too many things that were nagging at him. He decided to get up and nip that eerie feeling in his stomach, exiting his home.

First he had to find that young warrior, the one who looked especially nervous to talk to him a few days ago.

It didn’t take long to find the young warrior, seeing him standing on the outskirts of the village, attentive, seemingly on the lookout. His eyes widened seeing Jake approach, gulping and avoiding eye contact.

“Show me those direhorses you fed.”

She was your everything, quite literally after losing your brother and family in RDA attacks, she became your whole world, everyone knew about you and Neytiri, she was like nectar while you followed her like a bee, childhood friendship turned into love, who didn't want that?

Mo’at took the initiative of taking you in, being the mother you lost, your life was nearly perfect, a family, a loving partner, a place to live, good food, a life filled with love and affection all until a certain uniltiranyu was brought into your clan with your soon-to-be mate by his side.

You were waiting for the right time to mate, as said by mo'at the time hadn't come yet, but still your heart yearned for the day to come soon.

The vrrtep that has taken a place in your clan, never failed to irritate you, more so since it was sign from the great mother for him to stay and for Neytiri to be the one who train him, your fears grew though, with each passing day as they trained you’d see from afar how they behaved together, the practices were getting suspiciously touchy even when not needed.

His little tricks, his constant smile, he always had a hand touching her, her hair… hand… shoulder and it didn't go unnoticed by you.

The communal dinners were the same, while you sat with Mo’at and Eytukan, Neytiri was immersed in a conversation with Jake about practice they had earlier with a radiant smile on her face that you hadn’t seen in weeks since he came into her life, she seemed distant as days passed by… and you were terrified but you trusted her… right?

Mo'at saw the look in your eyes, seeing her daughter with a demon they despised was something the tsahik didn't like herself but even more when she saw the daughter she took under her wing looking at her soon-to-be mate with someone else pained her more.

“Ma ite, everything would be alright, the great mother would not disappoint you, my child, she has a path for everyone…”

Mo'at whispered in your ear as she smiled and placed a hand on your shoulder before cupping your face in her palm.

“Do not be afraid to ask your questions, ask them before it's too late” mo'at knew what she was saying and so did you, you had to talk to Neytiri about this, it was the only way.

You stared at the woman who became your mother then to the one who was supposed to be yours forever and sighed as you picked and fondled at your food and nodded, lost in your thoughts, you had to talk and soon.

The clan was turning back to their hammocks now, you returned to the one you shared with Neytiri since who know how long, it for good to have her back with you, at least the nights were yours, she smiled, it was genuine and you could see it, as the hammock covered you both she pulled you closer, tangling her limbs with yours.

Her golden eyes shone in the bioluminescent lights and you couldn't help but smile sheepishly as she pressed lazy kisses on your face.

“Neytiri… I wanted to speak to you.” You whispered in the middle of her kiss session and she stopped with her eyebrows furrowing, still holding you close to her “what is it, yawne?”

You took a deep breath, holding her hand tightly in yours as she laced her fingers with yours with concern on her face “Tiyawn, what is it?”

“I- what's going on between you and that uniltiranyu? I know you are training him but… it's- it's getting- i don't like it, Neytiri”

When you uttered those words, her face went unemotional, there was no love behind those golden eyes as she glared at you, as if all of it just evaporated in a second, which made you rethink your decision to ask her about him.

“Why would you think that, yawne?! He's a demon, one of them! It is just my task to make him one of the people, am I supposed to go against the great mother?! you shouldn't be thinking like that” her tone was cold on some level which didn't sit right with you.

Your heart dropped, this wasn't the reaction you were expecting and you shook your head in a hurry, this wasn't what you meant!

“No- No! Neytiri… this was not what I meant… I was just- um nothing, leave it, I don't want to fight, I'm sorry, i shouldn't have brought it up” you whispered as you her tail was firm behind her, her ears perked up alert.

She scoffed, rolling her eyes as she simply held your hand and closed her eyes, turning away from you to sleep on her back, which made a pang of guilt wash over your heart.

“If you knew me, you wouldn't have said that, Y/n, go to sleep” She whispered as if there wasn't anything else to say and turned around, her back facing you, you've slept this way when you little spooned her but this time it felt different, it was on purpose.

Sleep didn't come easily to you that night while you thought about what he said, you really shouldn't have asked that, of course she's mad, you questioned her loyalty to you? Idiot.

But the thoughts still lingered in the back of your mind, the what ifs were eating you inside out but you pushed them aside and went with it, she loved you, she'd never do something like that.

Days passed by and the regular smiles turned into frequent laughs with him, moments together with her were becoming sparse, as if you were just a person who merely entered her life and went away at her expense.

Soon the day of Iknimaya came as you rode your ikran around the floating mountains and landed next to Neytiri while she was behind Jake… her hand on his chest as she Whispered instructions to him, was it necessary to place her hand there?

Still you let it be and focused on the fight that was about to occur between Jake and his chosen Ikran, it was intense as he was nearly thrown over the cliff twice but he managed it somehow and took the first flight which you and Neytiri joined him on.

Only one thing was left now… the ceremony, which would occur tonight and for once you didn't want Neytiri to be with him, it was done, her job was completed, she didn't need to be with him now, or that's what you thought.

The ceremony was one of the crucial rituals of omaticaya to become one of them, as for once, a uniltiranyu has become one of them, you were happy with his accomplishments but for now you attention was on Neytiri as the Night was young and alive, you thought it was the perfect time to take her to the tree of Souls.

The commotion in the main area woke you up, the gasps and murmurs filled the tense air, the whispers grew louder when they saw you walk in through the crowd before you heard Tsu'tey grunt and snarl at Jake “You MATED with this woman?!” And your heart dropped as you saw Jake and Neytiri standing between the circle- hand in hand.

“Neytiri…” Your whisper was louder than any scream that she could have heard, the sight in front of you broke your heart like never before, you trusted her…

She looked away, not daring to look at your way, your face, the whole clan was quite watching with bated breaths, mo'at closed her eyes Whispering a prayer to eywa to give you the strength to face this.

You walked forward to her but Jake got in between “Look, Y/n, I'm sorry… I know this was an ass-” but your growl made him shut his mouth as you brandished your knife to his neck and he backed off with his hands in the air “you stay out of this Sulli! Do not talk or-”

Your sentence was cut off when Neytiri tackled you to the ground and snarled and hissed in your face, fury ebbed in her eyes as she pressed her own knife to your throat.

You couldn't care less as you looked into her with all the sincere love you had for her “so this is what I shouldn't have worried for? That you'd “never” do this to me? Why lie Neytiri? Why LIE?!”

You pushed her back with your strength as she was left speechless, the flowers from her hair falling out, you got up ready to fight before Tsu'tey gripped you from behind and held back as for the first time, tears streamed down your flushed azure cheeks, tail swishing behind you tensely.

Neytiri on the other hand looked at the ground in shame, Jake placed a hand on her shoulder in some sort of comfort before she spoke “Y/n… I shouldn't have done that… I know and I still did and will do it again for him because… I'm sorry- I- I don't love you.. anymore” her voice was hushed at the end but the words were enough to cut your heart in half.

Mo'at could watch it as she looked at her daughter in disappointment and then at Jake in anger as she stood beside you “Neytiri, you have done wrong, to our clan and Y/n, your illicit affairs shall be taken care of later”

Her voice was cold and Neytiri was in shock, her mother never called her by her name, always some sort of a nickname but also Neytiri knew she did wrong.

There was no point in standing there as Mo'at and Eytukan took you aside as your sobs were unstoppable while Tsu'tey argued with Jake and Neytiri about something.

You've never felt pain like this, you always saw her as your mate, your dear mate who could do no wrong in your eyes but you were too blind to see the signs.

Now it was all you could do, wallow in the pain of your heart that broke down piece by piece as the one you saw your mate turned your whole world upside down, if this was the path eywa chose for you, then you despise her for it.

Y/N POV

"No! Absolutely not! Someone else can help her!" Ronal yells at me as I tell her what Tonowari told me I had to do

"You think I want to do this? No. But Tonowari said it would be best if I helped her." I say back keeping my voice calm

She scoffs "Why you?"

I sigh "Because no one else will do it...Everyone's intimidated by her..."

She shakes her head and stands up from where she's sitting "I go with you. Make sure she know's your. mine."

I stare at her for a moment before a smirk comes across my face "Your jealous"

"you wish" She rolls her eyes and goes to walk past me, I grab her arm gently earning a playful hiss

I chuckle and playfully hiss back before wrapping my arms around her waist "you have absolutely nothing to be jealous about."

She wraps her arms around my neck and lays her head on my chest "promise..?"

I kiss the top of her head "I promise ma' yawne"

-TIME SKIP AN HOUR-

Y/N POV

I walk out of the Mauri with Ronal and go straight to the beach where our kids are already training

I walk over to where Neytiri, Jake and Tonowari are standing "I hope im not late"

Tonowari chuckles shaking his head "no. just on time" he looks at Neytiri "y/n is gonna be helping you while I help JakeSully"

Neytiri looks at me then nods "okay.."

Ronal huffs softly while I give a friendly smile to Neytiri "alright! lets get started" I walk into the water with Ronal following behind

Neytiri sighs and follows us

-DURING TRAINING-

I was training Neytiri to hold her breath "no. you breath from here" I rest my hand on my stomach while taking a deep breath

Neytiri huffs getting annoyed and takes a deep breath

I shake my head and rest my hand on her stomach "from here..." I feel her tense up so I remove my hand "sorry.."

She shakes her head "i-its fine.."

Ronal watches from the shore and rolls her eyes before standing up and making her way over to us "I think thats enough for today, i'm getting tired. let's go"

I look at her and sigh "just a minute love"

Neytiri watches us "you just boss her around like that? she's not your pet"

Ronal looks at her with a glare and goes to say something but I grab her hand "go ahead and swim back yeah? I'll be there in just a minute"

She huffs but nods and heads back to shore as my gaze lands on Neytiri "look...you being here is hard enough on my relationship as is...just- just mind your business okay?"

Neytiri scoff "so what? you just let her speak to you however she wants? boss you around? that's not the y/n i know"

I take a deep breath "I'm not the same y/n you knew. and no. she doesn't get to speak to me how she wants or boss me around. She's just stressed out and rightfully so."

She sighs "she follows you around like a lost puppy and is constantly telling you what you can and cant do."

"and? how would you feel if Jake's ex showed up and he had to help her with things like this. that's how shes feeling. im more than happy to have you and your family stay here- but your not gonna come here and talk about my relationship and how she treats me. you have no right."

Neytiri sighs and looks down "y-your right...im sorry..."

I nod "mhm. same time tomorrow" I turn around and go back to the beach where Ronal was waiting, I grab her hand and walk back to our Mauri...

That night you weren’t the only one who couldn’t fall asleep. Neytiri was too thinking abt someone. Someone she couldn’t be thinking of in that way. Someone who was sitting right next to her. She cursed herself for thinking of you like that. Your people were demons not to be interacted with, horrible creatures. But something about you made her maybe give it a chance. No she could not maybe Ewya was testing her, testing her loyalty to her people. Ewya would never allow something like this to happen so why was it?

There was a war in her mind that night. She tried to ignore the way your smooth skin felt on hers. The way goosebumps came onto her skin when yours touched. She had never felt this way for anyone no Na’vi, especially not a human. When she saw a human she killed them. So why didn’t she? There was no sign from Ewya but if Ewya did not want this you would’ve killed her right? So why didn’t you WHY DIDNT YOU KILL HER NEYTIRI.

That was a question she couldn’t answer. She eventually let out a cry for not having any answers. She couldn’t tell anyone about this. She told her mother everything about herself she loved her so much. If she found out she felt this way it would kill her. She felt a tear come down her cheek with a sniffle following it.

You were still up you heard a sniffle coming out of the Na’vi next to you. You shifted your head towards her. You wanted to ask what was wrong but she probably didn’t want a human to try and comfort her. After hearing a few more whimpers and sniffles you didn’t care if she wanted your help or not you could at least try right? You leaned over not enough to touch her but enough for her to hear you. You slowly whispered

“Neytiri are you alright?” Silence overcame the both of you.

She stopped immediately nobody was supposed to hear her. Only herself and Ewya so why was this human up? She cursed herself for not being quieter. Her body became cold she could not tell anyone about her thoughts especially not you NOT you.

“I am fine human” A sniffle following that.

You knew she wasn’t ok. the least you could do was try to comfort her after all her people have done for you right?

“Neytiri you can tell me I will not judge” you weren’t going to you couldn’t judge people. People judged you all the time and you hated the feeling. You weren’t about to ask her if she was ok and then judge her for it. She turned your way, wiping away any loose tears coming out. She let out a sigh looking down trying to find words to say without actually telling you what was wrong. She couldn’t believe she was about to be open with a human.

“It is just there someone I feel a way towards but I do not know if Ewya agrees.” She looked up at you hoping you wouldn’t realize it was you.

You understood what she felt you had so many bad crushes on earth on the wrong people. You didn’t in any way think she was talking about you bc she hated you. You thought on what to say not wanting to make her mad.

“I have felt that to! There is always a reason you feel a certain way so just let it be and Ewya will guide you” you gave her a quick smile hoping she would take your advice.

She just rolled her eyes wiping away her tears with a smile on her face. You sounded just like her sister. She missed her she never saw her anymore either she moved away with her mate a long time ago.

“You sound just like my sister human” you smiled at that

“Is that a good thing or a bad thing?” You let out a giggle tilting your head for a response.

“Do not worry it is a good thing” she smiled turning around to get some sleep. All this crying made her tired. She hadn’t cried in awhile she embraced it. She took your advice and let herself think these things. Maybe you humans weren’t so bad maybe you were smart. But she couldn’t be with you she wouldn’t let herself go that far.

The next morning you woke yourself up. You sat up stretching yourself. Yawning you quickly collected yourself and looked over to see Neytiri still sleeping you got up moving to sit in front of her patiently waiting for her to get up to tell you what you were doing today. Waiting patiently you let your thoughts wonder. You were probabaly going to go hunting today. No it’s too early for that you just learned how to work a bow yesterday. Maybe you were going to make some clothes. Or maybe learn how to patch up hurt Na’vi. No they wouldn’t trust you that easily. Whilst you were staring into space you hadn’t noticed Neytiri had sat up and was calling you.

“Human what are you doing?” You quickly snapped out of it looking up to this 6ft tall Na’vi woman looking down at you. You stood up apologizing for ignoring her. She just rolled her eyes.

“It is ok let us go now” she tapped your shoulder. You couldn’t believe she let that slide. She would’ve just rolled her eyes and walked off. Maybe it was because of your conversation last night. Yeah probably you had kinda forget about that.

As you walked to follow her down the tree you asked “So what are we doing today?” As you jumped off the thick branch trying your best not to slip off.

“You are learning out people’s language” coming down to the last branch she looked up at you patiently waiting for you to come to her level.

“I am excited” you let out a huff of annoyance trying your best to not look hopeless coming down to the last branch.

“Hm” turning her back to you as you came to her side walking with her.

She walked you to into the forest which lasted for hours what it felt like. Moving countless branches and leaves out of your way. You finally noticed a clearing in front of you. It was beautiful there was a thrashing waterfall with the sun beaming off of it which created a rainbow with pink and white in it. The sun in pandora was much different then the one on earth. You let your mouth drop at its beauty. You had to stop and just look at it it was so amazing. You just stood there for awhile admiring its beauty you hadn’t realized you looked kinda dumb just standing there. As neytiri was waiting for you sitting on the glistening grass.

You snapped out of your 2nd trance of the day looking around for Neytiri. She was just looking at you waiting for you to come over. Walking over you felt the grass becoming wet from the waterfalls waters. You didn’t mind because it felt good your feet were hot and tried from walking so long in the hot forest. Sitting down in front of her crisscrossed you gave a quick smile waiting for her to talk.

“All Na’vi speak the same language called Na’vi, it is what connects us to eachother in order for you to live here you must learn our language human” straightening yourself you nodded your head waiting for the lesson to start.

“Kaltxi! Is hello Is it pronounced Kal-teh. now you try”

“Kale tai” you answered all you got in response was an eye roll from her.

Annoyed she tried again

“No it is Kal-teh! Kaaal-tehhh now try”

You didn’t give up tho trying again

“Kaltxi” You let it slip off your tongue hoping you did it right this time.

“Yes good job human. Now I will introduce myslef in Na’vi. Oeru syaw Neytiri”

You had no idea what she just said but you weren’t about to ask her so you tried your best again.

“Oeri sayaw Y/n”

“No it is Oeru syaw”

“Isn’t that what I just said Oeri sayaw?”

“No! It is Oeru syaw”

“Ok Oeru syaw”

Giving you a glare “yes Oeru syaw is when your introducing yourself to someone. Like when you meet a stranger you say Oeru syaw and your name”

“Oh ok so like Oeru syaw y/n right?”

You saw a quick smile appear on her face

“Yes yes like that!”

The rest of the day you were taught more of the Na’vi language. Whenever she talked about it she seemed so passionate about it. You hadn’t realized how passionate she was about her people. You knew she loved them but she actually really cared about all of her people every single one. You now understood why she hated your people more then the average Na’vi. It was because she loved them so much and your people had hurt them.

She finally gave you a break from your lesson. You decided to go swimming in the nervy waterfall. Walking into the water it was nice and warm to your surprise. Closing your eyes you dived in with no hesitation. The last time you went swimming you almost died. You laughed at that it seemed so long ago when it was only a few days ago. Opening your eyes you were met with glowing sea plants. Reaching out your hand to touch a long plant with balls along its sides. The contact gave you shivers as you ran your hands down the interesting plant in front of you. You noticed the root started to change colors from your touch. The changing color grew from the root to the whole plant. Making it a neon purple.

Pandora was so beautiful you thought it was a shame you were only on this planet to destroy it along with its people. Ridding th thought from your head you just wanted to enjoy this moment. It was a rare one you were just enjoying being happy it had been so long since you had felt try happiness that would last. Back at the lab you were always busy and stressed too distracted to enjoy the present moment. Coming up for air you looked around for your mentor to be only met with nothing.

Turning around to find her right in front of you. You gave her a smile before splashing water in her face and laughing. I’m response she did the same splashing with you and laughing. Swimming closer to her and pushing her head underwater. Trying to fight back she pulled your waist down trying to be in control.

Your back now to her chest as you fought to get out of her grip. She brought you both up for air. As you gasped you realized how close you two really were. Looking down at her hands now only an inch from your breasts. You blushed as you tried to free yourslef from her grip. You had never been so close to her her hands were strong and so was she. She just laughed at your weak actions to get free from her causing you to give up and turn around to meet her gaze.

Looking into your eyes you settled your arms on her shoulders only inches from her face now. Her eyes wandering your nimble body. Your eyes now only looking at her lips. They fit so perfectly on her face. They were so full you were almost jealous of the woman in front of you.

You almost wanted to intertwine each others lips together. Wanting so bad for her lips on yours for just a second is all you wanted. You could feel your body heat up from the close contact. Bringing your hand up to her neck and moving your gaze to her eyes to be met with hers on you. Opening your mouth to talk you were interrupted by her grasp moving away from your body as you watched her swim away from you.

Following her out of the water you stood far from her trying to get the water off of your body by shaking yourself.

“We must go now” she said still thinking about the moment you two just shared.

neytiri made you promise that you both would never let a man divide you, but you knew that promise would break the second jake sully walked into your lives.

you found yourself resenting neytiri for being able to spend so much more time with jake. obviously she had no choice in the matter, and she knew nothing of how you felt towards him, but your heart ached every time you saw them smiling together.

you held back a lump in your throat as neytiri gushed to you about her love for jake. she wanted him, so she would have him. that was the way everything was with her. not because she demanded it, but because everyone she met would do anything for her.

between the two of you, neytiri was the more beloved. she was beautiful and good at hunting and everything you weren't.

and when the time came when she and jake announced their mating, you would sit on the sidelines and smile through your tears. you would congratulate the two of them and wish them happiness because as much as you resented neytiri for having the one man you yearned for most, she was your sister.

Neytiri had you pinned down on the forest ground with her tail wrapped around your ankle. She kissed you passionately while you writhed under her.

“Neytiri.” You let out a soft moan.

She pressed a tender kiss to your neck and then sat up to begin working off your top. You moaned as she groped at your breasts and placed softer kisses along your skin.

“Tiri, come on!” You whined, not being able to wait another moment.

“Needy aren't you?” She smiled.

She leaned in for another kiss but was interrupted by the sound of bushes rustling. She sat up and turned her head, covering your indecency with her body.

A single deep sigh and Jake emerged. Catching his wife red handed.

“Are you serious Neytiri?”

“Leave us.” She hissed at Jake.

He looked at you with a cold glare that cause you to sit up and grab your top. “I should go.” You quickly stood and began to tie your top on.

“Stay.” Neytiri demanded.

You looked at Jake with a guilty expression before trying to walk by, but he grabbed your bicep. “Leaving so soon?” He said with a fake concerned voice. “You came here for a reason, for a release.”

“I- Jake-”

“On your knees facing Neytiri.”

Neytiri's eyes widened. “Don't!” She said harshly.

“Down.” Jake repeated.

“Y/n I am telling you to stand!”

“And your Olo’eyktan tells you to get down!” He yelled more authoritatively. Neytiri knew she couldn't compete with that, so she watched in defeat as you fell to your knees.

Jake circled you, stopping once to stand tall in front of you. He grabbed your hair and yanked, so you could look up at him.

“I don't like this.” He said lowly. “You get to fuck with my wife while i'm away. When do I get to have fun?”

“I'm sor-” You tried to whimper out but Jake shushed you immedietly.

With one hand, he untied his loincloth, springing free above you. He positioned his tip to rest on your plump lips. “Now apologize.”

You looked at Neytiri with a somber look but Jake snapped his fingers. “Don't look at her. Look at me.”

You nodded and took him into your mouth. Slowly sucking every inch until he hit the hilt of your throat.

Jake pulled your head back before guiding you to bob against his length. He let out a low growl and narrowed his eyes at you.

Never Comin" Home Pt.3

past!Neytiri x reader - Ronal x reader

Description: After a rough day you find out your kids have been causing mischeif with the Sully kids leading to you having to take over their training as well

WARNINGS: none...

Y/N POV

As Ronal finishes dinner for the night the kids run in arguing, a sigh falls from my lips as I try and prepare myself for whatever it is they are disagreeing about. I set the knife I was sharpening down and look at them "and whats the issue?"

Ronal sets the food down on our small table while Ao'nung starts "Tsireya has a crush on the forest boy and-" he's cut off by Tsireya smacking the back of his head "I do not!"

I clench my jaw but patiently wait for their bickering to stop, after a few minutes and a stressed out look from my mate I stand up "enough! speak one at a time. Tsireya, you first"

Ao'nung rolls his eyes but stops talking as Tsireya looks at me "I was just talking with Lo'ak after our lessons and Ao'nung came over and started making fun of him. After a while of them arguing back and forth Lo'ak punched him-"

Ronal quickly cuts her off "i'm sorry what?"

I sigh and walk over resting my hand on her back "let her finish my love"

Tsireya huffs but continues "He punched him because he kept calling Kiri a freak and was also making fun of him!"

My gaze shifts from my daughter to my son who's standing there staring at the ground "that true?'

He mumbles a quiet yes while avoiding eye contact, I pinch the bridge of my nose while Ronal shakes her head while getting some pastes to help his bruises

I look at Tsireya and nod with a small smile on my face, she smiles back and sits down to start eating

After Ao'nung finishes getting his bruises helped he walks over and takes his spot at the table next to me and across from Tsireya who sits next to Ronal

I say without looking up from the table "I'll help your sister train them" I shake my head when I hear Ao'nung let out a small "thank Eywa"

I look at him "but your apologizing-" he groans making me shake my head "your apologizing, there is no reason to disrespect them."

He scoffs and looks at me "why are you so adamant on protecting them? they are freaks! they have five fingers dad! demon blood runs through their veins!"

Ronal smacks the table "ao'nung! enough!"

He shakes his head and looks at her "no! and you- what's up with you hm? you trail behind dad like a baby- like someones gonna take them from you! since they've shown up you've both been acting so weird!"

She stares at Ao'nung shocked, he's never disrespected her let alone yelled at her

Tsireya watches with wide eyes as Ronal stands up and storms off to our room

I sigh and speak up "I know them...Obviously-" i gesture to my body that's the same shade of blue as the Sully's "I'm Omatikaya"

Ao'nung scoffs sitting back in his chair while crossing his arms "so what? some old friends of yours show up from the past and mom is just insecure"

I snap "enough! do not disrespect my mate like that do you understand?"

He stares at me shocked for a second before slowly nodding "sorry..."

I huff nodding and continue on with what I was saying "they weren't just friends...well Neytiri wasnt.." Both of my kids watch me confused "Before Jake showed up me an- me and Neytiri were in a relationship..we were together four years before he showed up, she fell in love with him...and I caught them together so I broke up with her and that's when I came here and met your mom" I smile at the memory of meeting Ronal for the first time

Tsireya stares at me for a second "so...that's why mom is acting weird?"

I nod setting my hand on Ao'nungs shoulder "yup..and you mister have to now not only apologize to the Sully's but also to your mother"

He sighs but nods and starts eating

-TIME SKIP NEXT DAY-

Y/N POV

I wake up early that morning and roll over to wrap my arms around Ronal just to find her spot cold, my eyes snap open and I sit up looking around to see our room empty

I stand up stretching and walk out and to the main area of our mauri, I walk up behind her wrapping my arms around her waist and resting my hands on her stomach "good morning ma'yawne"

A frown overtakes my face when she moves out of my arms and mumbles out a "goodmorning"

"you okay..?" she nods and grabs her small bag and leaves after kissing my cheek

I watch her confused but get dressed anyways and head to the Sully's mauri

When I walk in everyone looks over at me, Neytiri nudges the boys who stand up and walk over to me with bowed heads

Lo'ak starts "i'm sorry for starting a fight with your son"

Neteyam nods and continues "it wont happen again we promise"

That's when I realize they think i'm here to get onto them about the fight with Ao'nung, another realization comes over me that my son didn't come apologize last night like I told him to.

I look between both of the very nervous boys "did Ao'nung not come and apologize last night?"

They look at each other and then their parents, Jake stands up and walks over to me "he didn't...but my son was the one who started the fight. he should be the one to apologize"

I shake my head no with a small chuckle "no..he deserved it. he had no right calling your kids freaks"

Jake stares at me confused "wait...why are you here?"

"I'm going to be helping my daughter with the lesson's so I came to get them"

He lets out a sigh of relief and nods "okay...all four of you- off you go"

I smile at the kids and start walking to the beach smiling as the kids talk amongst themselves

-DURING LESSON-

I watch as the kids play around with eachother and Tsireya, the oldest...Neteyam? more like Neytiri made over. I've noticed how almost everything he does and says reminds me of her.

Kiri..there is something about her that's special..sweet kid, that's what she is...grumpy, but sweet

Lo'ak? Nah Jake Jr. I may have only known Jake for 3 months but I was very close to him in those months and I can confidently say that he is Jake made over. Nothing wrong with that..I guess...

And little Tuk..the sweetest little girl i've ever met. Definitely remind's me of Neytiri when we were younger. I smile as Tsireya takes her on a ride on her Ilu.

I feel someone sit down next to me and I look over to see Ronal, she lays her head on my shoulder while letting out a deep sigh

I smile and wrap my arm around her "you okay?" she nods closing her eyes

I kiss the top of her head and go back to watching the kids, the kids i've know for an hour but have somehow made themselves a place in my heart...yeah...those kids are special...
