They fell in love when they were four years old, but too stubborn to accept it, they have to find their way together and apart. With walkie-talkies and snark.

in this fairytale - chapter one: wish i could hear it from you
Trini is lonely. She plays her guitar in a small beach town for money. Every night when she finishes playing, she finds a sketch of herself in her guitar case. They're beautiful, and whoever draws them is so talented, but she doesn't know who they're from.
Kim is lonely. She draws sketches in a small beach town for money. Every night she sees the same girl playing her guitar and singing, and Kim is taken with her. She sketches her every night and leaves one in her guitar case every single night. She can't get the girl off her mind.
Both too scared to cure their loneliness, both aching to.
(12000 words later, chapter one is up! Please give it a read and comment, and reblog! And listen to the song! "For" By Yoohyeon of Dreamcatcher. It's so stunning.)

My GOD, I miss Trimberly. And the YEARNING. And the absolute match they make. How they actually do complete each other and make each other better. They can bring out the worst or best in each other. They can speak volumes with just a look. They’re epic and pure and iconic. Their chemistry wasn’t planned, it was just there. Loud. Unable to look away. Incredibly so. In every universe, in every world. No matter what comes between them, they figure it out. They love. They ARE love. The term OTP was actually made for them. It’s a fact.
I miss them. I want them back. I want to write them and share them and people to read them and love them.
I want a resurgence.
How about you?

Trimberly's first year hosting Thanksgiving for @magicmumu2. (It's not my best work so I apologize.)
Kim watched Trini put the turkey in the oven while she sat on the counter stuffing homemade cinnamon rolls in her mouth. Trini closed the oven and turned to her and started to laugh. She walked up to Kim and swiped frosting from her cheek.
"What do we do now?" Kim asked through a mouthful.
"Wait," Trini said. "I'll start the pies in about an hour, and a few hours later I'll start the sides."
"So...why did I have to get up early with you?" Kim asked after swallowing and before shoving another big bite into her mouth.
"Because." Trini placed her hands on her girlfriend's knees. "If I have to wake up early, you do, too." Kim pouted.
"Why?"
"Because you love me. And because I'm making this whole meal by myself."
"You can trust me with something," Kim said.
"I don't think I can."
"Sure! What's easy?" Kim asked with excited eyes. Trini thought about it.
"Well, you want that canned cranberry crap, so you can dump it on a plate and slice it. Later."
"I will be the best slicer ever," Kim nodded firmly. Trini snorted with a smile.
"I'm sure."
"What can we do til then?" Kim asked honestly at first, but then her lips twisted into a playful smirk. Trini knew.
"Now?" Trini asked, running her hands up Kim's thighs.
"With you? Anytime," Kim said, putting her plate down to wrap her arms around Trini's neck. Trini laughed.
"What about your cinnamon rolls?"
"I already ate three," Kim said. "I'll eat the rest after." Trini shook her head, but leaned up and kissed Kim softly.
"Let's go, Princess."
"Yay!"
.
Trini and Kim had moved into their house five months ago, and it was the first time they lived somewhere that they could have friends and family over for big meals. So they told their parents Thanksgiving would be at their house this year. They also invited Tommy and Zack, who had nowhere to be for the holiday. As well as Billy and his mom. And though all three mothers had offered to come over early to help cook, Trini declared she would do it all on her own. She knew she could, and she wanted to.
When they came back downstairs, Trini pulled out all of her ingredients for three pies. Pecan, pumpkin, and apple. While she set everything up, she could hear Kim in the living room searching for something to watch. Trini turned on some music, but not as loudly as she might usually listen, so that Kim could hear the TV. She had done most of the prep work for the pies the day before, so she really only had to put them together and put them in the oven. When she was done, she walked into the living room and sat beside Kim.
"What are we watching?" She asked.
"A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving of course!"
"You don't want to watch the parade?"
"Eh." Kim lifted a shoulder. "Parades are slow and boring."
Trini should have known. Kim watched A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving every year. She smiled and curled up against Kim to watch with her.
.
"I'm hungry," Kim said, wandering into the kitchen. Trini looked over her shoulder to her.
"Well you'll have to wait for dinner," she said. "If you eat now you won't have room."
"Haaaave you met me?" Kim asked with a raised brow.
"I swear, if you don't eat tonight I'm moving out," Trini said, pointing.
"I will!" Kim bounced to the freezer and pulled out pizza rolls. She dumped a small pile onto a plate and popped them in the microwave. Trini said nothing about the amount of food Kim was about to eat.
"You'll also be banned from turkey next year," Trini warned. Kim rolled her eyes.
"Triiin, I'll be fine," she said. Trini raised her hand, giving up. If Kim wanted to risk spoiling her appetite, she would have to learn on her own.
Trini glanced at Kim shoving pizza rolls in her mouth and shook her head. She put her pies in the second oven, something she had demanded she had to have, and she was glad she had. She didn't know how she would make a whole feast without it. After putting the pies in she started on the sides. She heard Kim groan and looked over.
"I'm so full," Kim said.
"Did you just eat those in five minutes?" Trini asked.
"What?" Kim asked innocently.
"Why do I love you?"
"Because I'm hot and funny," Kim replied easily.
"I don't think you're as funny as you think you are."
.
Everything came out beautifully and most of it was in the oven keeping warm. Trini was exhausted. But she still had guests to host. Kim had set the table and opened the bottles of wine to breathe. She came into the kitchen where Trini was already drinking a glass of wine.
"Should I do the cranberry sauce now?" Kim asked.
"Sure." Trini nodded. She picked up the can and handed it to Kim. "Think you got it covered?"
"Please," Kim said. "Piece of cake." She got out the can opener and started to open the can. She slid the jelly roll of sauce onto a plate that Trini handed her and picked up the knife. "Got this," she whispered to herself. Trini smiled. Kim started to cut the sauce in uneven pieces. Then she yelped.
"What?!" Trini asked.
"I cut myself," Kim pouted. She held up a bloody finger.
"Jesus, Kim." Trini grabbed a towel and wrapped it around Kim's hand and put pressure on it. "Your finger is still in one piece, right?"
"I think so," Kim said. She whimpered. Trini sighed and kissed her cheek.
"It's okay," she said. After a couple of minutes she opened the towel and pulled Kim to the sink. She ran it under warm water to wash the blood off and looked at it. "It's all still there. But I think you'll need more than a bandaid."
"Stitches?" Kim asked fearfully.
"Nah," Trini shook her head. "Not that bad. Come on. We gotta get changed anyway."
They went upstairs and Kim sat on the bed while Trini wrapped her finger with gauze and tape. She got Kim some ibuprofen for the pain. She left Kim to sit there for a bit while she put on nicer clothes than leggings and one of Kim's big t-shirts.
"Aw," Kim said.
"What?"
"I like when you wear leggings. Your ass looks great in them."
"Are you saying I don't look good now?" Trini asked.
"Hmm. Spin," Kim said. Trini rolled her eyes, but did. Trini wore black pants and a mustard colored sweater. "You look amazing, baby."
"Thank you."
.
Everyone had arrived and were seated around the table. They oohed and ahhed as Trini and Kim brought all the food to the table. They sat at either end of the table and Zack got up to carve to turkey. They all soon had their plates full. Trini didn't want to have everyone say what they were grateful for. She found it silly. They all knew they were thankful to be together.
"Thank you guys for comin'," Trini said. "Eat." She watched everyone begin to eat with pride. Then she noticed that Kim was shuffling her food around her plate, after taking one bite. She looked a little green. Trini raised a brow. "Kim?" She asked, knowingly. Kim looked up, ashamed.
"I ate a package of Oreos," she said guiltily.
"Are you full?" Trini asked. Kim looked like she didn't want to say it.
"I just need a second," Kim said. She looked down at her food.
"How are you full already?" Zack asked.
"Because she's been eating non-stop all day," Trini said. Zack laughed.
"Oh man, you're in trouble," he told Kim. Kim frowned.
"Please don't ban me from turkey next yea," she said.
"You agreed to it," Trini said, shrugging.
"I can eat! I can!" Kim lifted a forkful of turkey to her mouth. She held it there for a moment then put it in her mouth and chewed. "I'm gonna eat all of this," she said determinedly.
"Don't make yourself sick," said Trini.
"It'll pass and I'll be starving," Kim said.
"Okay..." Trini said.
When they were done eating, Kim was still very slowly working on her plate of food. She met Trini's eyes. "I'm not done."
"Okay," Trini said. She got up to start clearing the table. "You can't have dessert until you finish it though." Kim gritted her teeth and looked at her plate.
"I'll eat it," she said again. "Save me a slice of each pie. And the chocolate cake Mama Candace brought." Trini snorted.
"Okay."
An hour later everyone was in the living room with drinks, talking, and Kim was still at the table. She had finished her plate of food and was starting on the pie. Trini could see her from the living room.
"You okay, Princess?" She called. Kim burped loudly and long.
"Oh yeah," she said. "Got more room."
