i wrote down my criminal minds s12 finale opinions as i watched it

- emily sacrificing her career YET AGAIN for reid AND making penelope leave so she can’t be held responsible. this woman >>>

- okay so plot twist they’re in love? i know we hate them and i absolutely despise what they’re doing to reid but a teeny tiny part of me has to root for the hot lesbians (or at least give them some credit)

- they did WHAT to reid??? i’m shuddering just thinking about it. and all that over that poor doctor’s dead body too?? what the fuck.

- jj having emily take her off speaker to tell her about what happened... i’m gonna cry. her bond with reid genuinely melts me into a puddle. those two are soulmates. i don’t know or care whether romantic or platonic (i kinda already has some s14 stuff spoiled for me but i try to keep my knowledge of it at a minimum) but they’re soulmates and i’ll die on that bridge.

- emily & jj are also soulmates (cue footage of them dropping everything to help eachother multiple times while away from the team & across the freaking world) but that really has nothing to do with this episode

- every single time i see jj with tears in her eyes i just wanna hug her and then hug reid because his sadness is what’s making jj sad but then also just cry myself

- REID CALLING JJ JENNIFER😭

- the little pre warning before jj streams spence dancing with cat to the team i’m sorry i know this isn’t the time but i cackled

- of fucking course it was that guard

- jane lynch being carried in a like a sack of potatoes. that’s the whole observation.

- i really don’t see lindsey as the suicidal type so i’m curious how this is gonna play out

- that little moment with all the girls (minus em because she’s obviously finding out bad news) with their arms around eachother warms my heart and it’s literally .3 seconds long
