Part 2 ->

Shilo is in view, her eyes are narrowed and teeth clenched as her ear is pressed against the stone wall. She stands there for a few moments, straining to listen. Slowly, a murmur starts, increasing in volume to a full on chant. She looks down at her Gliscor. He nods. She nods. She takes off her shoes, probably to stop her footsteps from giving her away.

She rolls a stone out of the way of her little hideaway, peering around the corner. A giant fire colored crystal steadily glows in the middle of the cavern she finds herself in. At least twenty Pokemon gathered in a circle around it. Their eyes looked lifeless as their bodies seemed to be forced to chant, like puppets. Shadows swirled in the center of the crystal. She is transfixed for a moment or two, before she shakes her head to clear it. Her Gliscor scales the wall next to her.

She creeps around the edge of the cave's clearing, eyes fixed on the chanting Pokemon. They do not react. At the entrance to one of the winding passages leading to other areas, a Sableye stands guard, holding a makeshift spear tipped with sharp stone.

"Poison fang."

The Gliscor drops down on the corrupted Pokemon, stabbing it with his stinger while simultaneously delivering a venomous bite. It is stunned and faints from the poison before it can truly react.

"Good boy, Bane."

She looks behind her a moment and shivers, before Bane nudges her to continue onwards. She takes a breath, and delves into the passageway...

Bane nervously looks back into the hall that they had came from. Already, a few of the crystalized Pokemon gathered, blocking the path. He nudges Shilo, hoping for a battle command. Instead, she continues to stare and shake, completely frozen and at the mercy of her racing thoughts.

Why. Why. Why. All I want to do is help Pokemon why does this keep happening why do all these things just keep happening I... I...

She finally tears her eyes off of her suffering Charizard, facing the tiny army starting to pile into the teeny cave passageway to their "jail." Only one thought repeated in her head. One thought that finally branched to another.

Bane tried to eat another stalagmite, but this one screeched at him and ran away. wanna say it was a Carbink? or something related to them??? it has to have been a regional form, unless the shinies are usually orange... maybe they eat those weird stones here....? wonder if theres sableye too

hopefully i can attempt to talk to one and it understands me, or at least that i need out...

theres a god damn village down here yeah im going insane. im almost postive now these crystals are evil or something. evil rocks. only on rotomblr.

theres a nursery of eggs (that have the god damn crystals growing out of them), theres a little place they cook " food" (its rocks) theres a little mart where an orange sableye keeps trying to sell me sticks--

dudes i looked around now that i slept and feel better, this is a whole ass little village. its all centered around a giant one of those weird orange crystals. now that i can see a huge version theres like , swirling blackness in it thats constantly shifting. creepy.

to be serious for just only a wee moment... im lucky i dont need my phones flashlight (always had good night vision) battery should last a while if i dont watch too many cat pokemon videos and mainly use it for updates. i cant make any calls but rotomblr works... at least i wont go insane from boredom with all the shenanigans always happening here

but.. something about this place... the grogginess and fatigue sets in so fast... its sapping energy. i thought i was just hungover from the pokenip but... just walking down the incline deeper in made me out of breath, and im pretty fit from all my running around. maybe its the stale air...
