immortal - this is funny because I think it’s just a typo for informal but I’m going to take it as is because after ascension he adopts the Elysian look, with a sky-blue gold-embroidered chiton clasped at one shoulder, high laced sandals and gold bracelets. With the azata butterfly wings it’s quite a look. Some might say an improvement over the oddly assorted colors of his mortalwear.

Answered here, but here’s another: his Andoren Diplomatic Corps badge of office is a brooch in the shape of a white wood anemone with gold plating and mother-of-pearl inlay. It has a lot of significance for him, not only politically but after it goes missing and then mysteriously turns up again thanks to Woljif.

This is what Sosiel explains about the Andoren wood anemone (this is not canon btw I'm making stuff up): “The national flower. It’s common in forests all over Golarion. It only blooms in early spring before the leaves grow back on the trees, and then the whole forest floor lights up with anemones like a starry sky. It’s beautiful. In Andoran it’s symbolic of how the common folk thrive when not overshadowed by hierarchy.”

The Mythix retouches are here! Almost on time with the 19th anniversary of the series lmao. This one doesn’t have as many retouches as the others (outside Roxy, and Stella and Tecna to a smaller degree) because I’m still fond of the last designs. A bit of a refresher below!

the TLDR of Mythix is “the Order of Mana made it through questionable means, if you unintentionally mimic a story, myth, folklore, legend or the like (or commit an act worthy of becoming one) you get this form modeled after both the story and the fashion of the person’s realm”. As such, each of the girls’s outfits are essentially modernized versions of typical clothing back in their homes. All of them are, of course, then based on the actual culture I primarily took from real life to build their realms:

Melodeus is obviously mainly inspired by China, and so the primary inspo for Musa’s Mythix was the qipao and the shuhe, with some more modern and punkish details to fit with Musa’s personality.

Linphea in the AU is primarily based on Colombia, and Flora’s Mythix is a shortened adaptation of Andine Colombian folklore dresses, which are commonly used for dancing, going along with the legend she dealt with.

Scintil’s main inspiration is Norway, and with this Bloom’s Mythix is a heavily-modified bunad in shape. Her hair ribbons alongside her cone buns are meant to mimic a dragon’s horns and whiskers, respectively, to go alongside the myth she fought with.

NOW ROXY’S INTERESTING LMAO. Her story, being from Earth, was Tam Lin, but as Roxy’s original realm is Tir na nÓg (which while taken from Celtic folklore she wouldn’t be Celt nor Irish herself), her attire is instead based off what was the typical attire at the time. (It’s based on Morgana’s canon fairy form, which is ironic as the “villain” in the way she dealt with the myth was heavily fashioned after AU!Morgana’s Ascendix.)

Solaria is mostly based on Hellenistic regions (so it covers pretty much the entire Mediterranean area), and her form is primarily fashioned after the Greek chiton, with some inspiration from the later Roman footwear and a minor inspiration in Egyptian belts.

Andros is primarily inspired in Ethiopia, with Aisha’s Mythix being modeled in modernized and modified versions of both men and women’s styles. Her puffy shorts and the frills at the edges of her vest are also vaguely inspired by jellyfish, as the myth she dealt with involved a gigantic one.

Finally, Zenith has an incredibly vague mix of both Victorian England and Russian menswear, because Butch Tecna Supremacy, and it’s meant to represent the standard working-class attire, fitting the role she fulfilled in the legend.

DOGS OR CATS: Both, I think! She loves Tiger, who I like to imagine is the grumpiest house cat of all time, and after the crusade, she waits for Woljif to leave town for something and gets a dog as soon as he's gone. He pretends to hate it, but he totally knew it was coming.

NUMBER OF BLANKETS: Yes. You'd think she'd be used to the cold--she's from Brevoy, she's been traveling the north for years, and she spends a lot of time outdoors--but she's not, and she's inclined to be a baby about it. The peri influence also makes her an absolute space heater. This is a double-edged sword if you're sharing a bed with her. On the road, everybody wants to share their tent with Agria. At home, Woljif negotiates her down to two blankets so he doesn't sweat to death.

RANDOM FACT: She can play the mandolin! Not especially well; it's just not something she has any touch for to her infinite frustration. But she likes it! It's fun, and she likes playing reels especially. It's the closest she can get to dancing like she used to before she broke her leg.

I got inspired by this from another blog, but if you had to pick which girl had the best fairy form for each transformation, what would they be and why?

Bloom’s best:-Bloomix (for being her namesake transformation it sure was regal af imo)-Believix (a little more “cutesy” than others, but still an iconic look for her)-Sirenix (Bold, sharp, fitting to Bloom imo)

“Magic (Winx,), Mythix!”

So I can’t write right now due to lack of energy (I am sick as fuck but getting better slowly), but I CAN post art! All the retouched redesigns are done, I just wait to post them when it’s appropiate to match the summaries lol. Anyways, Mythix!

For those that might not know, Mythix is the “evolution” of Pleiadix in the AU, by which I mean it was made using Pleiadix as a base and doing Weird Magic Rituals on it to make a new form. The Winx and Roxy are tasked to discover how to earn the form, which is the driving force behind S6.5 as they have earned so many forms by now they’re literally perfect for this job. Also being the last users of Pleiadix or whatever. The form is linked to different folktales of their respective planets and realms, but that’s for the Summary to tell!

Details on their outfits below because they actually took quite the bit of research!

For Mythix, I decided to make them all look like traditional clothing of their realms with a slight modern magical girl twist, so I had to do lotta research for each.

Flora’s based off traditional Latinoamérican folklore dresses, mainly drawing inspiration from my own country of Argentina’s for the overall shape. Part of her hair is in a bun for ease of movement in dancing, and while yes the long loose hair wouldn’t really help with that she is a magical fairy elf the hair is magically enchanted to not be a bother.

Musa’s based off more directly on an áo dài, shortened a bit and with only one sleeve (which is also significantly poofier), with a slight punkish vibe with the shoes and gloves. The sash adds to the assymetry of the design, and her wrist cuffs are for extra defense on the arms. It’s also very vaguely reminiscent of her canon MW design and it’s a thing I love a lot.

Bloom’s doesn’t have a very clear inspiration country-wise - it’s based off a lot of Northern European clothings with a slight preference for Finnish and Germanic styles. Mythix has the lucky distinction of being one of two forms in the entire AU that add a slight dragon motif to her designs! Her hair and complimenting ribbons are styled to resemble a dragon’s horns and whiskers.

Tecna likewise doesn’t have a clear similarity with a real country, but it is very vaguely styled a bit after early Victorian era menswear. The sharp edges pointing down are to represent an arcing lighting crashing down.

Stella’s a hodgepodge of Gothic era waistlines and sleeves, modified Roman-style boots, and slight Grecian influence in the dress itself. The details in her belt are reminiscent of moon phases. Her sceptre’s different, can you tell? This will be explained in the summary proper.

Aisha’s a slight mix of Ethiopian and Ancient Egyptian-style clothing, favoring Ethiopia more. The pattern in the middle is meant to represent a mermaid’s tail scales, the sash the fins at the end.

Lastly, Roxy’s is a heavy adaptation of Rennaisance era-style dresses and coats, mainly the fur trim (tho its placement is deff not accurate) and the square neckline.

Additionally, each of the Winx has a matching theme with each other, them being a gradient somewhere in the outfit as well as trim details at the edges of some pieces.

I love the color changes as well. @punkish-flora Deerling and Sawsbuck are two of the most aethetically pleasing pokemon in my opinion. I adore how they change with the seasons. It was a really cool idea from BW! @plushietoon Haha. Yeah my shiny Geodude ended up a so-so Golem. I wonder what happened to him...I may have reset my game. Anyway, as meh as he was, shiny Golem is an AWESOME spectacle to behold. During the last tournament Jess and I ran, I tried to breed a shiny one for awhile. @xxchibimasterxx Joltik is ADORABLE. I am not a huge fan of spiders (they scare me a bit) but Joltik is SO FRIGGING SMALL.....AND FURRY!!!! How can you not love the little spider? I'm a little jealous of this one.
