Day 87

I never want to work a Sunday again lol. Woke up around 855 and got to work at 950. I knew there were some repairs left from last night so I went to check. There were only 3 and Allen did 2 of them, so I just did the last which was a 12 pro max rear system. Pretty easy, and afterwards I did the shipping battery training I was actually scheduled to do. Took me about an hour to do all 4, which was really just annoying and I didn’t learn anything at all from it. Had like a little down time until the download which I just hung out. Download wasn’t really too much either. After we opened it was my 15 so I took that and then went to mobile queue at 1215. I was on it for 2 hrs and 15 minutes and it was pretty much constant moving. I also just got all weird appts, like the first 2 I had were weird. 1st one was a guy complaining his 12 mini keeps dimming even with auto-brightness turned off. So I just gave him the basic software troubleshooting but it was just a weird complaint to have. And the 2nd one was a customer who’s watch band lock was stuck and it had a 3rd party band on it. I was struggling on how to even classify it to send it off so I had to get Somhairle to help and even he kind of struggled so I just bs’d it. I can’t really remember what else was weird in this block but there was one cool appointment with this Filipino girl (who unfortunately had a boyfriend) but we were just talking about random stuff the whole appt. From Apple stuff to like old Lynnhaven mall with second floor to Filipino stuff and just other things she was super cool. But anyways I went to lunch after and I just ate a bunch of trash from work. 2 pepperoni hot pockets, ramen, a cupcake Hannah brought me, and a PB&J uncrustable. Was filling tho, and Jonita randomly called me during it just to ask if I was working cause her cousin was coming for an appt, but after I went to OP and man that was barely an on point. I checked maybe like 4 people in and helped out PZ pickups a little bit until Billy told me to take this appt which ended up being a CS issue. To kinda shorten the story, Hannah took their appt 20 minutes prior for rear camera not working. Their Face ID and front camera was working, but Hannah told them we couldn’t do a rear camera repair (even tho we actually could) and after we ran diagnostics and found both failing they left cause they didn’t want to do the repair. They then came back cause shortly after, their Face ID and front camera stopped working. They really believed our diagnostics fucked up their camera and Face ID which is literally not possible. So they were mad cause they wanted it to work again which is acceptable to feel from their part, but still like no diagnostics doesn’t cause their shit to fail. So I had to partner with Kyle mainly to see what the fuck to do cause I know they were trying to get us to give them either a free phone or repair but nah I wasn’t taking that shit. Pretty much Kyle just told me to stand my spot and try hard resetting the phone to fix it which it actually did fix it. It was a young couple and it was mainly the girl spitting BS saying like how she saw Hannah walking around “avoiding them” which she wasn’t and how she didn’t apologize for giving them wrong information. She also said something like how Apple is about customer service and we didn’t give them that and I honestly wasn’t taking any shit from it. I just said something like there’s obviously a failure with the device and I apologize for us not giving that right information but if they still wanted to do the camera repair I could squeeze it in and they didn’t want to do anything and just left. It was just annoying to deal with it and I could see through their BS. But I ended up taking a cracked display appt after and forgetting to show them an 11 pro clear case I ran cause I just went straight to my 15 after I dropped their phone in the back. My last 15 consisted mostly of telling Hannah about it and then I went out to what was supposed to be mobile queue but I knew iPhone Repair was dying so I kinda was back and forth helping out. I took like 2 disabled device which 1 of them was an upgrade opportunity cause it was error code 4013 and possible liquid damage. I did the most of explaining I could do until it was just up to them to make a decision which I just passed on to Bobby. But the rest of it was iPhone Repair really cause we had to catch up and Allen was dealing with two hand offs from Brian that both failed ambient light sensor. So it was just a big hella mess with mostly everything being late but we got to fix everything in a decent time even with one of those repairs being a swap. I helped clean up a tiny bit but Hen and Olivia pretty much did everything so I left at 630 with Hen and Olivia and John.

Hen and John split ways so it was just me and Olivia and Gus and Allen were still out talking to I said quick hi and bye. Went straight to Stephanie’s cause she needed help with her watch that the blood oxygen wasn’t working and her wallet wasn’t working. When I got there it was mainly her blood oxygen that was the problem and I did see it cause it kept failing and it failed on my arm too. So I just unpaired the watch and set it up as new and that ended up working. Helped her get things back to normal as well and they gave me a cinnabon and bottle water while I was there. Left after everything was good and then went home. Ate the chicken chipotle burrito I brought home yesterday and have been chillin’ watching lud stream/Toast’s random twitch talks on youtube. It’s 1151 now and i’m just so exhausted so most likely gonna pass out soon

[9/7] WT Gameplay Updates

Minasan, kon'nichiwa! Welcome to the second gameplay update for Girls und Thunder, and this time, it's a bit different. I've developed some more strategies when playing the game, but I still yet have to practice more to become better at it. I've learned that charging at the enemy isn't the better option, although sometimes it kept me at an advantage sometimes, like the previous post, where I went against a Marder III which I decided to go full totsugeki (assault) at him.

Anyways, I decided to continue my journey into the US tech tree, because I want to get the M26 Pershing, which is a late-WWII tank, and the M4A3E8 "Easy Eight" which was featured in the movie Fury.

So far the best tank I have in the US tank tree is the regular M4 Sherman, which has a battle rating of 3.7, which isn't too bad, but isn't too far within the tree.

Now to begin talking about the match. It took place near the Rhine, which is a European river which the Germans had to advance to in order to invade France.

I took the left spawn and advanced to the A point with some teammates, and noticed a Na-To in the distance and killed it. To my excitement, I didn't notice a StuG in the corner and it killed me (I'm the yellow box btw)

We did get the A point, although, and we started to cover and defend the area before we knew it was safe to advance farther.

I spawned in an M10 GMC and came back to where I died. There was ANOTHER Na-To that was in the corner of the statue platform, and he killed an allied Pz. IV J that tried to aim at him. I avenged my fellow teammate by killing off the Na-To.

This gave me the chance to continue advancing, and I did. I was able to kill of an M4A1 that came out of the shadows, but I didn't notice a second one coming out as well. The M4A1 took advantage of my slow reload time, and got my front right. The M4A1 and his teammate T-34 came to take the A point.

Me, myself, spawned in an M4A1, but the queue to join in an air battle appeared. I took the opportunity to spawn in a bomber, and my golly, it was a really good experience.

I flew in an IL-4, which was a Soviet bomber. The fun thing about being in a bomber, is, well, you get to drop bombs over your opponents. There is skill, although, when dropping bombs. Sometimes it's pure luck. Maybe today's bombing run was a bit of both.

I killed off a T-34 with one of my bombs, and that felt real good once I knocked out his crew.

But the party ended when I clipped my right wing with a statue.

I got back into my M4A1 and saw a Pz. IV F2 that tried to spawn-camp. I disable him, but I chose not to keep shooting at him as we had more threats in the area.

In another alley I notice an M4A1 advancing, and kill him off. But a T-34 helping him killed me and the game was over for me.

This is bascially it for today's gameplay update, and as usual, it's interesting. I am still learning a lot from previous eperiences, and it's still fun to be learning a lot of new tactics. I am doing more realistic battles to gain more skill, and believe me, it works. Anyways, I thank you for joining me in today's journey!

Este año el Purple Weekend cumplirá nada 31 años, la gran fiesta de la cultura sixtie volverá a llenar la ciudad de León de música, patillas, parkas y scooters. Como novedad este año, el Palacio de Exposiciones será uno de los escenarios del festival sustituyendo al CHF, que ya no formará parte en esta nueva edición. Varios escenarios, locales volcados en la propuesta, mucho patear calle y tapear en los bares, y actividades para todos los públicos son las credenciales de este evento urbano en el que la única bandera es el rock and roll.

Las mañanas del Espacio Vias estarán llenas de actividades para toda la familia los días 6, 7 y 8 de diciembre. Con entrada gratuita disfrutaremos de un concierto de Los Torontos el domingo, de cuentacuentos y de las “sesiones vermut” a partir de las 13:30, amenizadas a 45 r.p.m por una joven DJ de León: Irene Snatcher (Irene Yagüe).

Una de las grandes novedades que presenta esta XXXI edición es un servicio de guardería en Laserlol/Karikú, lo que permitirá que los padres puedan dejar a buen recaudo a sus pequeños durante el día e incluso durante la noche, ya que cuenta también con campamentos nocturnos. Esta iniciativa permite una conciliación entre música, conciertos e hijos, y pretende posibilitar la presencia en el festival y en León de espectadores, tanto locales como de fuera, con responsabilidades familiares. Además es una manera excelente de captar nuevo público y sembrar el gusanillo por los festivales entre las nuevas generaciones.
