Silly au idea I had

What if Ranhengela find a baby left on the doorstep of the ledore mansion

The little basket comes with a letter from either the mother or father telling them that whoever it was had little time left and felt like it was best to give the baby away

It also comes with her name, Aurora.

so the three of them decide that this baby is now theirs (Angela’s motherly instincts kicked in)

The young tot grows up to become quite stubborn and determined like her two fathers along with grace and elegance but also her emotional empathy from her mother.

She also ends up with a mane of sandy blonde so people don’t actually suspect she’s not their biological daughter because ironically she looks like a mix of Angela and Henry!

Aurora slowly starts to learn new things and picks up literature and music hoping to one day play for the people of Monte d’Or to keep them happy.

And that she does, she goes to a university of the arts and gets her first gig with an orchestra her parents just have to see

All three of them made sure to cherish every moment they shared together and they never shunned her dreams or anything.

Whenever she comes back to Monte d’Or she always loves to do a performance for the crowds, spotting her family in the crowd each and every time.

Just Ranhengela learning to be parents with each other ugh adorable.

i need to get this out of my system, since i cant write fics and doing the animatic idea has a very low chance of making it past thumbnails but

miracle mask’s credits make it seem that randall integrating back to his new “old” life went smoothly and that he lives in monte d’or now. but he was for 18 years a farmer, and lived in a small village before that so im not buying that he was just totally comfortable suddenly living in a big city that hes co-mayor of lol.

SO in my hc he struggled for a long while trying to fit in. he had henry, angela and dalston there and they try making him feel more at home and show him fun things and while he appreciates all that, they can tell that randall still feels like a stranger here.

either randall himself, or the others come up with the idea, but randall would start gardening at henry’s place to cope and thats when he finally starts feeling more at home. he would create the prettiest of gardens where he, angela and henry could have dates in cause i said so :)

Honestly, Ranlay is kind of hilarious when you put it in canon and also assume that Angela and Henry were also dating Randall and that this was a polyamorous relationship between the four

It’s like, after Akbadain, Hershel got voted out of the polycule. And he never got invited back, even after Randall came back

The fem-slash and polyship ship love in this fandom - it makes me so happy to see that stuff like Ranhengela and Jalina is so popular

The fandom event days. I wish I could take part in more of them, but I like to see them

4. say something nice about a ship you don’t ship (it can be another ship in your fandom, a mutual’s OTP, etc)

While I'm not quite invested enough in either character to ship it myself, I do think that DesRan have a funny dynamic and all the fanwork I see for them really gets what makes them so funny

5. something you see in fics a lot and love Obvs this is mostly from your fics, but I love when people take characters who didn't get much spotlight in the games and really flesh them out

I get why people ship it, and I prefer it over just Ranhen because I think including Angela negates some of the iffy power dynamic potential between Randall and Henry, and I think it works better than just Rangela because Henry is there.

I consider this ship’s feelings: Mutual | Mixed | Strange | Awkward | Platonic | Sibling-like | One-sided | They don’t really like each other |: 

I’d consider the relationship: Healthy | Awkward | Abusive | Doesn’t work properly | They’d never get together |

Children: No | Yes | They’d think about it if Randall was involved

General Opinion: Of all the Stansbury Gang, I think Henry and Angela have one of the most stable, healthy relationships. I love them as friends, or as partners. They can be awkward and strange, but then, they’re in a strange situation with their not-marriage!

I have been leaning more towards gay/aromantic Henry recently after reading this awesome fic: water down what i call being grateful. 

With the question about whether they would have children… I can’t imagine either of them with kids unless Randall’s in the picture… Maybe because they wouldn’t have time for kids while they were searching to Randall? But they might consider it when Randall’s home. I saw some art of RanHengela kids (one older daughter and two baby twins) and it’s the most adorable thing ever!

One thing I don’t really care for is that line from Teenage Henry’s profile that says: ‘He has feelings for Angela but values his friendship with Randall.’

…Why did we need this? 

Whatever the case, Henry and Angela have an amazing beautiful bond and they really do depend on each other!

Okay my mind came up with this today and it’s a bit silly but I really like it

Angela has four rings on her ring finger

Two are Henry’s from when he originally proposed to her and then when they married

The other two are from Randall, when he proposed to both her and Henry.

Henry’s engagement ring was just a simple gold band with 3 diamonds in the middle

The wedding ring was a bit more fancy with a slightly bigger diamond along with two sapphire gems in the middle

Sorta like this so it’s kinda the opposite of what I said but yeah

Randall’s engagement ring was gold shaped band like infinity loops and a Ruby gem in the middle

The wedding ring was sort of like this because I feel Randall would go slightly overboard but make it look good!

Just out of curiosity, what are your Professor Layton ships? Like, who do you ship with who?

I ship a few of the popular ones, like LayClaire, RanLay, RanHen, RanHenGela and LuCrow off the top of my head.

I’d have to say my current favourite is a bit of a rare pair, but I love LayHen (I’ve also seen it called LayDore which I like as well) which is the Professor and Henry. It doesn’t quite work in the canon of the games but I have my own ideas for it.

I’m also writing something a bit angsty for it taking place in the Pandora’s Call Au. It’s before anything really happens though, it’s more like a set up/reconciliation canon divergence thing.
