In the Rhythm Thief dub, our young French protagonist has an American accent. 

His father has an English accent. 

The love interest and her mother have posh English accents. The guy with the most irritating French sounding name (Jean-François) has an evil English accent. 

The only characters with purely French accents are Emperor Napoleon, a French police inspector and a dog. 

Then you have Charlie’s accent— a mixture of French, English, New Zealand—
