22:09 - “wow! look at that storm!” jihoon exclaimed, opening the curtains, letting the night sky view bare to the living room, “watch the rain!”

you watched it in silent wonder, but started to grow worried as you saw the trees bend and braches snap.

turning to mashiho without a second thought, your boyfriend was already there, wrapping his arms around you to reduce your shaking.

“don’t worry, i’m here,” he muttered, kissing your temple, “everything’s gonna be okay. storms like this happen all the time, you know.”

you nodded, taking your head back out of his chest to look back out the window, just as the first rumble of thunder and flash of lightening appeared, flooding your senses.

you squealed, jumping right back into mashiho’s arms.

he lifted you up almost effortlessly, taking you to his bedroom and laying with you on the bed.

“don’t be scared,” he whispered, a slight smile as he stroked your hair, “i’m right here. we’re okay! look, we’re in bed and we’re safe.”

you nodded, scrambling to get under the duvet, mashiho getting under as well, immediately tangling your legs together under the blanket.

“comfy?” he smiled.

you giggled, nodding as you edged closer to him, “watching your face is so much better than watching any storm.”

he grinned, winking, “i know right?”
