i chose elena and makoto for this; i ship the two of them (being that they’re two girls close in age and have friendly winquotes with each other) and DESPITE udon’s SLANDER of makoto she is actually rather calm, though with a little fire lit underneath her burning inside.

day 19 for @cocajimmycola‘s mogai icon challenge, a character that deserves everything good!

oh god cammy.

cammy white. cammy fucking white.

she deserves the world. she does not deserve any more shadaloo/illuminati/whatever the fuck jp is shenanigans but: unfortunately i feel like she’ll be on the trauma conga line and EVEN PROBABLY SEPARATED FROM HER SEMI-CANON GIRLFRIEND (juni) AND HER SISTER (decapre) AGAIN.

insane infodump from me under the cut because GOOD LORD i can write an incoherent essay about street fighter apparently!

so context: cammy white was a clone of m bison using his dna. (hence the intersex/klinefelter’s syndrome specifically trans woman headcanon, and the lesbian headcanon since m bison likely is attracted to women, being a...genderless person who cast away his womanhood to become more evil. it’s complicated. street fighter lore is complicated.) she was then abused by m bison, implied to be in multiple ways, and groomed to become a personal “doll” for his army of 15-16 year old girls that were brainwashed into becoming his bodyguards. (again. street fighter lore is REALLY weird.) she was rescued by either chun li or guile depending on the continuity, and eventually she broke free from the brainwashing and joined up with a secret agent group based in england called delta red. she worked for delta red in street fighter ii-street fighter iv, but in street fighter ii she had the issue of “i don’t remember who i am or why i am fighting for delta red”. this amnesia was due to a dissociative break of “i do NOT want to fucking remember i was a child soldier for a creepy old...genderless primordial spirit that looks like a man” and she broke when she eventually recovered her memory that she was m bison’s clone, but eventually got over it for the most part because her new mission was to rescue her close friends, the dolls, who were the other brainwashed girls who were forced to serve m bison. especially her sister, decapre, who she was also partially made from the dna of. (hence the klinefelter’s syndrome headcanon, since, again, she was made from the dna of a cis woman and a genderless primordial spirit with xy chromosomes.) in street fighter iv, she had already rescued juni, who started living with her, and they both were implied to develop romantic feelings for each other by street fighter v. afterwards, she tried to rescue decapre, who DESPISED her, and wanted her to die for not rescuing her first, but she’s also dying because of her unstable body. and m bison taunts cammy about it too. because he’s a bastard. in street fighter v, juri han eventually helps cammy rescue the rest of the dolls, along with the other world warriors (a team assembled by karin kanzuki (aka tony stark but better) consisting of ryu, ken, dhalsim, chun li, guile, birdie, rashid, charlie nash, “rainbow” mika nakanawa, ibuki, and...some others i’m forgetting), and decapre even breaks brainwashing and helps her escape shadaloo and save the other dolls. so cammy’s life seems pretty happy so far...until in street fighter 6, where she is given a NEW mission involving (the game isn’t out yet) johann petrovich, who most notably taunts her by calling her his “little doll”, implying he might be another m bison successful bodily transplant. so yeah. cammy might be fucked, but i am WISHING better for her. i’m wishing her to enter a polycule with juni and juri (juri and juni are metamours but they’re NOT dating, juni would be terrified of juri) and have a happy life taking care of her cats and being safe.

day 10 of @cocajimmycola‘s icon challenge: your absolute unshakeable lgbt headcanon for a character!

well. here’s one of my biggest headcanons for a character, and it’s aroace travesti laura! the travesti part is because of the whole “feminine presenting person from brazil confident in her sexuality and appearance and probably doesn’t give a shit about binary gender or gender roles” thing, and the aroace part is from context clues in her side readers story: laura has always had trouble with the men in her school and in social life, partially due to her masculine, gender non-conforming behavior, and partially due to her being uninterested, romantically or sexually, in anyone, especially due to her being stronger than them. honestly, her side readers story makes a pretty compelling case for her being aroace, but i’m sad that nobody headcanons her as that because of her looks. like, sex positive aroaces exist, it’s not like all aroaces are sex repulsed or indifferent.

day 16 for @cocajimmycola‘s icon challenge (sorry i’m taking so long), a character you can’t decide if you love or hate!

so. juri han. i can’t decide if i love her or hate for for MANY reasons. for one thing, i LOVE her for being a canonically bi character in a mainstream video game. unfortunately, i DON’T like her for her first appearance (super street fighter iv, for those of you who are wondering) being the predatory, overly sexual bisexual woman stereotype who’s attraction may not be genuine. on the other hand, i LOVE her appearance in street fighter v, for her retaining her sexual, flirtatious, dominant nature, but her character being fleshed out to her being implied to be an abuse survivor manipulated by an outside force more powerful than her, and implied to be a sad, lonely, depressed girl on the inside. on the OTHER hand, i DESPISE her fandom portrayal as “stupid gremlin girl who can’t take care of herself” simply because she has neurodivergent traits in later games that are more prominent (notably, having trouble eating healthy, taking care of herself outside of things she’s hyper-competent at like assassination, not caring about her health and hygiene, and being “chronically online”, for a lack of a better term), and said portrayal is so popular that it’s even seeped into semi-official GAG COMICS. so yeah. juri han. i headcanon her as femil/melle bigender in addition to her canon bisexuality.

day 12 of @cocajimmycola‘s mogai icon challenge: rivals to lovers! now i know phakchi and tamako have never interacted outside of this concept art, BUT...i believe, firmly, they were once rivals in the game, and now they are girlfriends. so for my headcanon, i have femil bisexual phakchi (and an addendum: she’s also a nonbinary trans woman!) and unibinary azurgirl saphboy tamako (and an addendum: she’s also a nonbinary/trigender trans woman, who considers herself azurgirl, callaboy, and unibinary)!

i couldn’t actually decide who i wanted to do for this until i remembered i LOVE and am currently playing through megaman battle network, so...phatama for LIFE

day 6 for @cocajimmycola‘s icon challenge: dynamic duos!

here’s my favorite dynamic duo, poison and hugo! poison is a canon trans woman, which i love how her character has progressed from a stereotype of trans women being overtly sexual dominatrixes into being a rather deep character of her own where sexuality is only just PART of her character, just like sexuality or the lack of it is part of us, and i LOVE her best friend and platonic partner (arguably QUEERplatonic partner) hugo! hugo started as a reference to andre the giant, and now he’s pretty much his own character, loving his mother, comparing himself to a potato in the senses of growth and thriving in any environment (which would be a pretty potent metaphor for queer people in general!) and being loyal to everyone!

anyway, i decided i’d just leave poison’s flags as trans and queer, because imo she’s probably queer in the sense of “i defy labels, categories, and common identities for my sexuality; i am a snake escaping bear traps that try to capture me”, though my hugo headcanons are fairly self indulgent. in my headcanon, he’s pansexual, allogreyro, and nonvirmina (though he doesn’t like to label his gender further than “masculine and feminine but not male or female”)!

i’m sorry for the huge ramble on the two, i just love poison and hugo so much and these pictures of them in particular (partially because poison looks arguably fairly butch in these pictures, and because hugo looks so darn cute)

this is self explanatory. i have headcanoned ritsu namine from...utauloid as some form of genderweird trans woman for years, and sexuality wise as queer in an “attracted to all genders” way for years as equally as that, partially because younger me (because i saw her as 18, FUCK canon for jokingly stating she’s “six years old with chest missiles as breasts” what the fuck canon) was VERY attracted to her and didn’t realize it fully, and partially because i did NOT like how canon disrespected her by simultaneously referring to her with she/her pronouns and referring to her as an “okama” at the same time (okama, for those wondering, is a slur commonly used at gay men and transfeminine people, both trans women and transfeminine nonbinary people, and has connotations similar to the f slur). fuck canon, fuck her trump supporting bigoted ways. ritsu namine is an agender girlthing and queer and attracted to any and all genders but doesn’t label her sexuality beyond queer and she is NOT your “pretty crossdressing boy”.

now for this, i didn’t choose a romantic relationship, because to be honest, i couldn’t think of any romantic pairings i have that are necessarily this, unless i had to find somehow stock art of models that look like estraven and genly, and that’s rather difficult, so...i chose a friendship instead!

here’s my favorite friendship and arguably father/son relationship, geo stelar and omega-xis! i wanted to headcanon geo as stargender and omega-xis as anthrogender as a contrast, especially since i think geo would relate to the original definition of stargender (an otherworldly gender that is beyond comprehension in earthly terms, as if it came from outer space, a gender that can’t be defined no matter how many times someone tries to name it, and simply the gender of a star), but i realized how WELL cassgender would fit omega-xis SO well. i also believe he’d be asexual and biromantic. geo is also bi as well and gets crushes on really anyone who is nice to him. anyway. stargender bisexual geo stelar and asexual, biromantic cassgender omega-xis.
