Reiner usually only wears shirts (at least in the cold months) and sweatpants to bed, but you got him this cotton pajama set that is like the softest thing he's ever worn and he is just awash in comf.

But basically Johnny Suh (Ncity and Chicago’s Resident Baby Girl) had this hello kitty lounge wear set that he just absolutely LOVES to sport! But seeing a 6”2 broad shouldered man in a sanrio collab pj set just does stuff to me

So of course it’s now like, well, what if we got REINER into this cosy hello kitty pj set??!! i think he’d be very grateful for the gift (a bit confused because hes sure hello kitty is your thing) but alas, he’s grateful for it and would love to wear it during the colder months!!

Blinking at the outfit splayed out on the bed, Reiner was unsure of what to say.

“You like it?” You snicker, clearly more amused by this than he was. The blonde lifted up the edges of the top garment, his nose twitching at the design.

“It’s Hello Kitty.”

He says, which was barely a reply, but alas an indirect one at that.

Giggling even more uncontrollably, you latch onto Reiner’s arm as you used him to support yourself.

“Aaaand? I got it for you! You’ll look great in it and it’s also super comfy.”

The man wasn’t impressed, but it wasn’t his impression you were doing it for. Leaning forwards, you picked up the hoodie so that you could lay it vertically against his chest.

“Look, it’s a perfect fit and all! You telling me you gonna pass up on that simply because it’s Hello Kitty?”

A low grumble erupted from Reiner’s throat. Getting pajamas — anything— to fit him right was always an issue. He wasn’t even that big of a guy, he just happened to be right in the middle of two sizes.

He guesses the cute sanrio kitty just got him.

Reiner holds the pajamas against him in your place. You smiled widely at his accepting of the gift, your hands in turn clasping in joy.

“Only because it fits.” He excuses.

“Only because it fits”

As he shuffles into the kitchen a few weeks later with his hello kitty pajamas sporting his body.

“It looks so good on you. Miss Kitty compliments your morning gloominess.” You muse.

“Gloomy?”

Reiner pauses pouring his coffee midway. He looks at you then down at his pajamas, before scoffing and continuing his task.

“I’m not…gloomy in the mornings.” He mumbles, clearly taken aback by the phrase.

With a large pout you trudge up to the man, as you hug him from the side.

“Naaaw! No! Okay, you’re not gloomy. You’re the cheeriest man ever. Soooo happy. Happiest man alive.”

Even at your clear use of exaggeration, a slight smile twitched at the side of his lips.

Reiner couldn’t even stay mad.

i just updated myself with your asks and i’m really sorry to hear that you’re having some health problems :( i agree with the anon that said that you should get some bloodwork done just in case. i’m proud of you making changes to your workout/lifestyle to work on your health too! changing routines that you’re comfortable with takes a lot of strength (i am typing without my glasses and i accidentally pressed a instead of e and it autocorrected me to “strangulation”💀). so i’m so glad that you’re doing it <3 and if you need to go back to therapy it’s so valid and you should so do it. it really does help a lot when you go back. (also, if you’re prone to skipping meals i recommend keeping some green juice blend/smoothie packs or something like that bc if you drink enough it can replace a meal nutrient-wise).

i heard about j!mmy fal!on and that’s so ick too. honestly wtf jyp. i hate all of these collabs with such nasty people. and i really hate seeing posts promoting the song.

I will absolutely get some bloodwork done and try to sort out what the issue is :/ I think a huge part of it is also just my shitty sleeping schedule I am SOOOO chronically tired and I can never seem to go to bed before like 3am (it’s 4am as we speak !) and it’s throwing all the rest of my routine off so much 😭 it’s like the only part of my routine I just can’t seem to stick to and it’s driving me crazyyyy 😭 I’m definitely considering going back to therapy or at least finding some form of routine that works a little better for me in the meanwhile. Also thank you for the smoothie advice ahhh I hadn’t thought of that !! Definitely adding to my grocery list 🫶

but like. -go which for two years in a row has had extremely insensitive events that just revolve around the same unfunny joke of “riyo art is soOoo wacky XD” all of a sudden has an event that not only features a variety of artists but also isnt fucking making a joke out of real people losing their lives. good for you. theres still minor problems i have (like why have a difficulty spike on a game available for 24 hours, and minor gripes but thats more towards the game in general lol) but it was overall muuch better than previous years

and g-f. perhaps the most fucking surprising of all. has a cute collab w sanrio which is actually wholesome and sweet. ofc its the same characters as always but i dont mind so much bc i can write fun and bittersweet/emotional fics. same w go’s one.

and like. honestly. f-h could have been so much worse. im just irritated that the emotionally manipulative slimeball is the focus even tho its not even his year’s story just because he has a muscular physique and is a fan favorite. like idk. i love characters that are complicated, i love characters that are little bastards. but i love it when they are called out for it. like at least the author admits they are nasty or has underlying tones of “yea theyre sympathetic but you dont really wanna see them succeed bc it means they are giving up on their decency and morality/mercy/ect”. or like. you’re enjoying watching them be awful and thats fun bc everyone is a jerk. but like in f-h they have so many nasty characters, a guy who wants to marry his sister off to her abusers and has no problem kidnapping and forcing into labor poor children but throws a moral fit if he accidentally kidnaps a rich kid, a person so obsessed with their first love that they perpetuate a failing government and manipulate an abused child through his fear of abandonment to essentially lead to his adopted brother’s death just so she can get the kid descendant of her first love in charge of a country she doesnt even want to be in charge of, and theyre all seen as sympathetic and likeable by the series creators and bc they dont fucking think a big majority of the fans.
