BEST EXPERIENCE : when i first entered the animanga rpc i had a really, really good time from the get-go ngl. for a while, right until my revival in 2024, i was sort of more into the 'western / live action' side of the rp media, and i kept remembering how much of a good time i had in the animanga rpc, which triggered my interest in returning.
my other best experience is basically when i learn from my dearest mutuals then how not to be afraid to project ur muses' voices into their narration, which allowed me to have incredible fun with exercising different mindset and speech patterns and/or different dialects since!
RP PET PEEVES / DEALBREAKERS : uhhh this is pretty specific to my experience and quite particular — thus i hope to elaborate it well — but i highly dislike when writing partners tried crafting our threads into only benefiting / leveraging their own muse(s) rather than it being a collaborative effort for both our muses' character development. this happened to me only ... twice so far ? so it's quite rare considering i've been writing for ten years, but i'm suuuuper sensitive about this.
so for example right, what usually happens is me and my writing partner would talk about our muses and we see common ground and where we could expand on a point of conflict. both our muses then benefit from this point of thread because the narrative we've written ought to challenge their perspective, and this can be driven with angst, drama, whatever genre this can be explored in etc.
now what i'm pointing out specifically is when the writing partner would only try to have their own muse's emotions and challenges on the forefront of the plot, with no consideration to mine, which i think defeated the purpose of roleplaying in entirety because roleplaying especially is supposed to be a collaborative effort for all writers involved. but no, it's their muse's pain that's significant. it's only their suffering that outweighed everyone else's, and my character typically is became an "affirmation" or a "booster" to their muses' experience.
i have a few turn-off's but this one is definitely one of the highest.
MUSE PREFERENCES: oh maaaan, i've written characters from sooo many ranges. typically it's whoever tickled my brain at the moment <333 but lately i do realise i'm often drawn to
(1) outwardly soft-looking people
(2) have crazy dedication value; sometimes absurdly loyal to a cause / person
(3) most of the time they're brown-haired and/or dark-haired
(4) a lot of them give earthy and/or green vibe
and if it's the opposite, it's either someone struggling with their temper and/or have their viewpoint challenged or exploited. don't believe me, check out my western multi as well to see where i'm ticking the boxes. ( i'm on hiatus there but still. look at the muses. )
PLOTS OR MEMES : fuuuuuuck. i'm super bad with first-time plotting not gonna lieeeee. listen, my attention span's crap. my method is usually this: we plot minimally ( usually to establish the timeline and/or where our muses stand ) and then i prefer winging the first thread, usually to gauge the pace of the writing, ur muses' thoughts and/or reactions so mine could bounce off of yours, and then i'd rain in your IM / discord to yap my way into ur heart 🫶 i looove when my mutuals would yap at me right back. i love substances, and i love context. i love knowing what my partners want to achieve or what they're satisfied / dissatisfied with so we can work around that. so yes, thread > plot > memes.
LONG OR SHORT REPLIES : wish i'm a short-replier. born a long-replier. working on making my paragraphs more concise though. that's on my 2024 writing bingo for sure!
BEST TIME TO WRITE : when i want to 💀 and i have no idea when. usually when i'm rested enough so if i'm dead tired on friday, there's a chance i'll still be ghosting the dash on saturday. i try not to........ push myself so hard on my availability, which is why it's important i stress out how i am a low-activitiy blog, because i know that even if i push myself when i don't want to, it won't work. my brain would dead-ass refuse to cooperate.
ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S) : i'm definitely flawed, which is something i like exploring with my muses, because i think i've tried so hard since i was 15 to be perfect. that isn't to say my characters and i share the same flaw, but unlike in real life, exploring my characters' area of weaknesses and how that can have its consequences is perhaps a catharsis for me since i could safely navigate it within a narrative i could ( somewhat ) control. it's freeing. writing has always been freeing in that sense.

♥ What’s the WORST thing that has happened to you rp wise?
Not a lot tbh considering how long I've been here! There's been dissolutions of friendships which suck, me putting my foot in my mouth or failing to communicate properly, the occasional rudeness or trans/bi/homo-phibia in my inbox, some dramas I've been on the sidelines for...er...someone trying to form a wedge between me and my best friend whilst intentionally posting terf nonsense to get at me, so, you know, nothing unique to the RPC. On the whole though for being here over a decade the fact I had to think about it says a lot!
If we're talking about threads, mostly anything negative happened on my previous blog, with some fairly unpleasant autoing of my muse which still leaves me feeling kinda icky. Then ofc there's just the embarrassment of losing threads or sending dumb anons to the wrong person xD
☢ What fads/trends are you so over?
Eeeeh I'm not too fussed lol, I'm such a slow old man I'm happy to watch trends pass me by and be happy people are having a good time. The only one/s I'm not massive on are when people prize aesthetic over accessibility - such as stuffing important tags full of emojis or symbols and such so that blacklisting (or even just trying to find them again!) is a real nightmare.
❀ What has made you completely lose your chill?
Honestly I don't think I have lost my chill in the rpc??? (Pirate correct me if I'm wrong lmao). Doesn't mean stuff doesn't hurt me or fire me up, I'm just leery of putting it all into the public forum.
❥ Has someone ever ruined an FC or character for you?
Only the FC themselves acting awfully tbh! I'm lucky enough to have written with such a diverse pool of people over the years that most FC's with any potentially negative connotations have been revived by positive interactions.

Android 21 - I will be referring to her as 'V' if you prefer that over 21 or just want a mix of both. (Dragonball Z: Fandom Separated)
1 - Alright I'm going out the gate with this: unless your character is literally from DBZ. I won't be using the power scaling from that universe for this character, or maybe even at all. I would say eh, at most she's like 'Thanos' levels of power but mostly just a brute rather than any of the utility he had. And usually either has powers to help with combat rather than anything super useful like time manipulation et cetera. However, that being said, most of the DBZ big villain characters are capable of destroying multiple galaxies, planets at once. So while this is a factor, I am more than fine scaling her down to like... Superman levels of power or something as it's overwhelming otherwise with little consequence. Her real mechanic is potentially scaling endlessly, but I'm willing to reset her if she dies fully then regenerates/revives. So yes, I'm willing to let protags, characters or otherwise fight her as I think just her having a higher number and winning automatically is a bit lazy writing/dumb baby fandom Goku auto-wins vs everyone fighting logic. You just NEED to talk to me first when fighting this character, as I will have two tags for this power-scaling.
2 - With that, I will more or less be separating her from the fandom and DBZ rpc, but open to it otherwise. I will have a 'vague canon' sense for her for the events that happened, then simply have her fighting her split ego as an event they simply fused then counterbalanced another out. Forming another being entirely that no longer can return to her human form, but has their old memories, combined personalities, etc. She's not the most difficult
3 - I will make jokes/4th wally jokes with this show at times or a lot about it's writing, so honestly expect it as it's DBZ, but also be serious at others. DBZ is one of those shows that it's like... so bad that it's good from the cheesy power scaling then having some pretty good fight-scene choreography. Though there were some good moments, I think it peaked at the Frieza arc then became kinda samey until they did DBZ Super or whatever it was called? It improved a lot with that, but it's DBZ, it's kind of plagued by the concept of old fighting anime/power scaling but I'll do my best to actually make it enthralling/funny. So I can write her seriously, but I will be upfront that I will also poke fun at the show in an endearing way.
4 - I will not have this character attack, physically bully or kill yours out the gate, as I know rp wise the consequences of this character using any of her power to retaliate. Just... don't threaten her or insult her frequently is all I ask unless she's having an insult-off/I return it, she's semi-hard to push for how I have her. Just expect her to be extremely unhinged or odd in her train of thought at times. More or less sticking to canon for characterization with a lil bit of extending.
5 - This character does eat people by turning them into sweets or just straight up absorbs them into her goo, talks about eating people. So if that bothers you? Uh, may wanna move on from this character. Otherwise, you're good to go. Other than violence, murder, I can't think of many more triggers with this one.
The artwork is noted to be unedited as I simply like her toned and more or less fine with canon. Left the water mark but not suggesting the artist as I'm... not sure if they're okay or not? I'm a bit iffy but you can see their patreon in the water mark as 'putcher'.
Do I want them to die: Sure, it's DBZ, everyone has died a few times in the series. It's fairly meaningless but crossovers I will say let's just, try to plot it out or it'll be a joke death.
Will I have/get icons: I got plenty!
Tag: sweet maji (Default) - z powered (Canon Power Capability, levels of Thanos or characters that can compete with him and can destroy multiple planets, a galaxy when exerting) - z crossed (Crossover Scaling at more or less placing her around Superman/Even with other big bads/protags). These power scaling tags are purely for verse dependent, though I CONSIDER THESE VERSES MORE OR LESS ALL COMBINED FOR INTERACTIONS. Why? I think it's funny, cheesy, plays into DBZ’s inconsistency even if it means her dying. dbz maji (Canon Request Only Verse) rampage maji (This character has gone on a rampage, cannot be reasoned with and has probably absorbed other characters/eaten them for their powers and is running out of control. This is request/plot only)
Age: Thirty Seven.
Sex: AMAB born, though chooses none usually other than for obvious reasons.
Gender: Fem Presenting, any pronouns.
Race: Majin Android. (Present) What she was, whether human or otherwise is unknown to her.
Sexuality: If they like you.
Personality traits: Loves sweets, eating people. Sadistic, Masochistic. Brutal. Fairly Neutral if not odd or bizarre from her full fusion in her fight with her other ego in canon. Generally doesn't attack first unless she feels a need to if something is at stake that matters. Jokey, whimsical, murdery. Tends to have contrasting maturity at times though can combine it with a joking, older woman insight or vastly immature joking/insane ramblings, banter. When calm, she's rather kind, almost 'motherly'. Is interested in her own scientific pursuits to herself, possibly to stabilize herself or make herself more stable. To further her own studies on herself. She wanders naturally being a Majin and feels the need to, especially to other life. Self-sacrificing. Fairly tragic as a person? Extremely loving, loyal.
Mental traits: Majin Insanity: has various mental traits of Kid Buu and Majin Buu (Good) in terms of insanity when being unhinged. Though combined with her own personality? It has its own manifestation of having traits of Kid Buu and 'Good' Buu, but with her own varying levels of maturity. So her personality might jump at times depending on how much she's riled up/feels though mostly with a femme fatale vibe, granted, she might change tune if really pissed off. Has a semi-identity crisis when it comes to who she is.
Physical traits: Around 6'1 and toned visually.
Powers: I will just be using her canon powers as she really, REALLY doesn't need help.
Flight - Ki Flight
Ki Blast - Basic Energy Blasts - High-Heeled Ki Slash, a unique Charged Ki Blast where she kicks using high-heeled boots to fire a barrage of pink sword-blast-like Ki Slashes. This energy manipulation is planetary to galactic depending on verse.
Tail Attack - she can weave her attacks with her tail to make a rather chaotic and fluid fighting style.
Hungry Beam - this turns people into food
Sweet Tooth/Absorption - either through her good or her food or energy, matter, she can absorb or consume people, energy, matter for their power or intelligence. If she does this too much, however? She can go berserk, however. This usually only happens if she needs it. Otherwise, she can shed excess power and energy (if she's stable enough to think to do this) (Canon adjusted powered to mostly balance her but also make her more flexible)
Connoisseur Cut Fighting Style - this strike absorbs her opponent's energy partially and copies their moves. She uses acrobatics, instant transmission with this along with other things listed on her wiki, as they’re more style rather than explicit powers. Be aware, while this character can’t instantly absorb yours? If allowed to grapple or part of her goo envelops your character? They’re pretty much absorbed, so try not to like... let that happen in an rp unless you want her to do that. She wouldn’t do this to good people when stable, however or neutral, as the character in question cannot die until she does at that point. It’s a state of purgatory in a way, though they can eventually be absorbed fully if left for too long. She would do this if desperate though and about to die, however.
Z Fighter Moves - she can use the more common powers of the Z-Fighters such as Solar Flare, Kamehameha, Instant Transmission, etc. This is merely from a pool of fighters she already canonically knows pretty well.
Photon Swipe - a death-beam capable of destroying planets or a galaxy depending on the verse scaling.
Excess Power Detonation - to basically release steam when threatening to go berserk? Android 21 can release energy to either enhance herself physically or her blasts by a large amount behind her base power.
Survivability - Frieza, Cell, Kid Buu and their cells are a part of her being and makes her an extremely enduring being. Such as it’d probably take the force of several planets to do major damage to her as in canon, granted this scales down with verse.
Regeneration Extreme - She has instant regeneration in canon and has one of the greatest capabilities in the series.
Futuristic Intelligence - Specializing in Biology and Robotics specifically, it’s mostly due to studying her own composition and what she has in terms of memories from canon and intelligence. Then being able to create clones of other powerful beings if she desires, though would not at this point. It’s just worth noting that she can be talked to intelligently.
Motivations: Wildly varies depending on her mood. But the main ones tend to be: having fun, eating, then finding some sort of stabilization to her own mind.
Backstory:
Vaguely uses her canon backstory, like going unhinged to the point of splitting when killing her adopted son from losing control. I have them fuse in the final fight and more or less have them balanced out leaning towards 'good'. As otherwise, interactions would be relatively hard without murder as a result.

@rapturcd - Where to start to describe a friend? Nox is a close online friend whom I’ve had the pleasure of following for the last few years now. We’ve been able to keep up with each other from blog to blog, and continued to do so when she revived this blog right here, a Bioshock oc. I’ll admit that when I saw her move here, I had no clue what the hell Bioshock was other than some video game. I’ve been graced with so many exciting details, passion has been poured into every message and post she makes upon the dash, it instantly made me a fan of this little franchise. Though the Bioshock rpc is small, Nox has found a way to make it her own. Her blog is filled with so much helpful information, and one look at her extremely well thought out, and detailed OC page will tell you all you need to know about this vast universe. With every OC she makes, it’s done with love and care, but something about Nicholas is truly special. Aside from being from one of the most interesting and unique fandoms, Nicholas was crafted with more detail than the gods could give any living being. Nox is also a plot driven writer, I know I am too so if that’s your thing, you’ll be glad to know not only is she a peach but she’s very fun to bounce ideas with! She helped me learn so much about Bioshock, it made plotting feel effortless and an overall thrill. If you don’t follow her, not only are you missing out, but I’ll personally be offended on her behalf.
@segadore - It’s been a few years now, and I have not been able to get Fawn off of my tail, damn you— I’M KIDDING, no but really, Fawn and I have been buddies for the last few years, and I started following her on her Steve Harrington blog. I’ve already gushed in the past about how much I love her Steve, so in the same way she’s so kindly embraced my OCs, I’d like to do the same with hers. Let’s start off with this: Fawn is the one person I see constantly and without a second thought embracing all writers, you could write an oc, canon muse from a different fandom, female oc, doesn’t matter– she will love them like her own. You speak with Fawn ooc, and you’ll feel at home, you’re never a bore nor bother. They’re one of the few people in this RPC I feel so genuinely safe around, and they make me feel like a valued writer even when I’m being ignored by others on the dash, I feel important, and it’s thanks to them. Fawn writes a very amazing muse named Mykah, from what can only be described as a non-existent fandom. I learned about Dead Like Me through her, and I’ve since been completely hooked on this concept and universe. Mykah is a very special, and well-thought out muse. He’s a soul collecting reaper from California, and he’s got so much wit, charm, and attitude, how could you not love the guy? He’s got a tough exterior, but he’s so funny as well, you can tell when you’re reading something Fawn wrote, they have such a unique tone, your eyes will be glued to the screen instantly as soon as you see a reply in your inbox. From the bottom of my heart, I hope we continue to write for years to come. If you want some fresh content you’ve never seen before, and perhaps one of the kindest friends, with the most goddamn creative mindset, please, go look at Fawn’s content. For the love of GOD go look.
@wyntered - You know how when your favorite musician or celebrity makes a post on Instagram or twitter, you go “Ah! There’s _____ again, classic ol’ _____, love them.” and you get all giddy in your seat, overwhelmed just by their presence even if it isn’t for you? That’s how I feel everytime I read each and everyone of Chantelle’s posts. I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t get to read all of my rp partners replies to other folks, sometimes I’m too busy, or honestly? I don’t feel like it. But the amount of effort and research they’ve put into this, how could I not? I love reading both her replies to myself and other people, I love reading her meta posts and headcanons, because I know it’ll not only be helpful but just wonderful. It’s also so nice to see how much care she’s put into writing such a complicated man like Bucky Barnes, her portrayal is uniquely her own, and she’s truly made sure to set a realistic example for others. I’ve learned so much, and it’s thanks to her. They’ve also been so gracious in writing with my own Marvel OC, Alice, and never act annoyed or bothered. That’s not something you often find with people who write popular canon muses, but it’s something I’ve been lucky enough to find with Chantelle. Do yourself a favor, buckle up, and get excited. Go and give her a follow, because I just know in my heart she’ll be more than happy to embrace you with open arms. Thanks for giving me the most iconic and kickass friendship for my daughter! It’s probably obvious to y’all by now that I love Chantelle’s work, so you know this message is genuine.
@capnsolo - I found out a few weeks ago that Kayla and I have been mutuals for years, and neither of us knew it. We’ll ignore that for now. I know Kayla as the most fantabulous Han Solo mun on the block, no really, she’s amazing. We found each other again because I writer princess Leia ( over on @/hopescorned ) and well… SCOUNDRESS! Together, we’ve managed to create our own little version of canon to their storyline, and we continue to develop it each time we speak. I’m not very good at articulating my thoughts, but my point is, Kayla is a very skilled, and creative woman. She’s smart, she knows how to use canon as a crutch, but doesn’t rely on it. She let’s her brain do the talking, and she knows how to collaborate well with others, and happens to be very open minded and flexible to other people’s muses. No matter how outlandish the idea might be for a story, Kayla will find a way to work with it. I’ve never seen someone capture Han’s tone so well, each time I read one of her replies, I can truly see and hear Harrison Ford acting each of the stories we create, out in my head. She has a way with her words, and she’s a true talent. Please, even if Star Wars isn’t your think, at least give her work a chance, it’ll be a pleasant surprise.
@nostlgic - Ash & I have been writing together since February, and the day we started speaking, they were one of the kindest souls I’ve been graced with speaking to. A passionate writer, you’ll be pleasured to see that their muse list is rather long, and diverse. Ash is the kind of writer that is always up for the challenge. You have an OC no one is interested? Cool, Ash is now interested in writing with them. You have a crazy rp idea you want to pursue? Ash is the first in line to give it a try. Whenever I write with Ash, I know it’s going to be a new and exciting adventure, each story is different from the next, and with each muse, they shift tones effortlessly; Stephen King would envy them. I made a post probably a month or two ago about how I wanted to write with an Edward Scissorhands, and within approximately 10 seconds, they volunteered to add him to her muse roster, and a mutual friend of ours even went to comment “I was going to tag Ash but it seems she’s already here” and why is that? I’m not sure if these would be unpopular. I started to rp on Tumblr in 2013 and my experience has been positive for the most part. There were a couple of situations that were rough, but that’s a rarity. But based on some experiences I’ve seen, I have a few things about rp in general. It’s below since it’s a bit long.
1. Everyone has the right to post what they want on their blog. I’m not against it and people have rights to share what’s on their mind. The thing is that if all you post is ooc stuff, especially that being negative all the time, then I get a bit uncomfortable with that. I don’t mean a few here or there, and using tags and read mores are okay. What I mean is that’s all someone posts on a rp blog.
Sometimes, I worry if I do the same like making a post rambling about cultural things that’s not relevant to Harmony, or whether I posted too many memes.I may say something about a couple things in my personal life, but I try to keep it to a minimum because I want to have my rp blog focus on Harmony. Sometimes, I get excited about something and want to share but I try to be careful with that and not make it the main focus on this blog. I had thoughts of reviving my personal blog so I can talk about culture, stories about my travels and work, and pictures of places I went.
This isn’t to say no one is allowed to post what they want. It’s just with a rp blog, it can’t be like 95% of the content. Personal blogs can help mitigate that. So can using read mores and tags, or even reaching out to friends privately instead.
Because of this, I have an open door policy to offer a safe place for people to vent or talk without having to post it. If being there for someone and listening or reading why they say helps, then I’m happy to do that.
2. I know this might be a bit touchy for some people, but it is something that I think needs to be said. It’s tricky to write as a muse who is of a different race or ethnicity. This is especially true with Indigenous muses and non-Indigenous muns. People can get upset and say that’s racism.
Indigenous people don’t have a lot of representation in media, and when they are in media, they are seen as blatant stereotypes. So, it’s understandable to be wary about things like that. However, some people go overboard. People get discouraged and called racists for writing a muse that is not the mun’s race, or drawing art of characters too. That can be damaging to people who have no intention to be racist. It’s not fair to police everyone who work hard on their muses and do their best to represent them appropriately.
The difference between when it’s okay and when it’s not okay is whether the person is willing to learn about their muse’s background. This includes reading about our history and cultures, and asking Indigenous People questions about their lives.
As an Indigenous woman, I will say this: Most of us are more than happy to share who we are to the world. We want to share our histories, our traditions, our beliefs, and our lives with people who want to listen. We want to help in giving accurate depictions of Indigenous characters in media and it that means learning about who we are, then we’re all for it. We are always open to offering information of who we are and just as curious to learn about who you are as well. Never be afraid to ask questions if it will help improve the Indigenous muse. I think the same can be said for other ethnicities and races too.
So, even if someone is not Indigenous or the same race as their muse, as long as the mun is careful, respectful, and willing to learn about the muse and their culture, then that’s perfectly fine and no one should bash them for it. All that’s needed is presenting that muse with care, love, and respect.
The only time when it’s not okay is if the person doesn’t want to learn and prefers to use stereotypes, or present that muse or character out of spite or just to be disrespectful.
3. This one is a bit tough because I’m not sure what else to say that may be unpopular. This one might be more accepting in the rpc but I want to bring it up anyway since it’s something everyone should be aware of.
RP is for fun, but it requires communication. Like, if there’s an issue or a problem about interactions or what’s going on in a thread, then that should be discussed. It’s also important to speak up if something makes you uncomfortable and see what can be done to solve the problem. There is no need to vague blog or attack people with Anon. It only stirs more anxiety and cause rifts. It’s better to reach out and start a conversation on how to resolve the issue.

okay so ... y’all i feel like this was gonna be happening eventually... and i just can’t prolong the inevitable anymore. but like.. idk i like tumblr but like.. i dont exactly like rping on here anymore as much as i used to? it creatively stifles me? it's not as fun as it used to be, talking to folx on discord's way more fun and i respond to discord a lot faster than on tumblr, i tend to create way better work - plotting, writing, chatting and fucking around on discord. i’d be genuinely surprised if any of my mutuals - who are still here - are still active to see this post, but if you are, i thank you for your faith in me and in my muses and for your dedication.
idk if it’s just me but my rp inspo on here is dying and i’m lowkey kinda sick of that feeling. it depresses me and kills my muse inspo to be here. they’re alive and well in my head, ofc, but the second i try to start something, i’m just ... flatlining, not bc i don’t try but bc like.. idk. i’m out of it. i’m jaded, i’m out of spoons, i’m ... whatever word you wanna use for this - i’m outta here, ig. i’ve done everything i can to try and revive the rpc piece by piece, and make this place more fun for myself, but ... it just isn’t working, not like it used to, not anymore, not for the last year or so. more and more i find my friends leaving and being happier for it, migrating elsewhere and it just hasn’t been the same since... so i’m doing the same.
my storylines built with my closest friends – especially the gangsta., narutoverse and twdgverse plots – aren’t going anywhere, i promise. they’re probably going to be repurposed into more professionally presented fanfics and posted over AO3 or, at the very least, put on drabbles here, if you prefer reading threads to reading fanfic, a lot of it’s already around.

🥒 - Are you thinking about reviving old muses? Who?
You know it���s funny that you bring this up. I did recently go through a purge of blogs and shit for muses I never write anymore or never wrote in the first place.
But lately I’ve been missing my DK a bit. My self-insert Frost Tank DK who rides a Ghostly Moose and writes really bad Steamy Romance Novel Fan Fics. He’s sentimental since I transferred the character over from Trollbane and he’s the DK I got my first ever Lich King Kill on back in WOTLK. But he’s sort of indefinitely retired via plot. Since I hate retconning I’m kinda just letting him chill until I figure out what to do about it. Which is tricky because the group he was associated with all quit Warcraft probably for good.
I also keep wanting to bring back my Elderly Pandaren Monk but it always seems to die down pretty quick when I try. Dunno if it’s just me or what but I don’t think there’s a big Kung Fu community around my slice of the RPC. Maybe @unabashedrebel wants to hang out?

How strictly do you follow canon?
in regards to Archer specifically, there’s not really much canon to go off of, but I follow it semi-loosely. canon is not my bible; rather than just blindly follow it I prefer to enhance and expand it where I feel necessary, or when it would benefit my muse’s development. so for example, in Archer’s main verse, although Giovanni did disband and leave Team Rocket after being defeated by Red, and Archer did revive it in his search for the Boss, Gio did in fact end up coming back rather than the Executives just being defeated and disbanding Rocket again. I made this change not just because it made more sense to me that way (the idea of Gio’s ego being so fragile as to give up his life’s work after being defeated once is ridiculous tbh, forget the theory of him actually jumping from Tohjo Falls), but because it allows me the freedom to interact and expand on Team Rocket and Archer’s place in it without being restricted to just RBY, GS or HGSS.
SELL YOUR MUSE! Aka try to list everything which makes your muse interesting in your opinion to make them spicy for your mutuals.
well I’ve tried to take a character who’s only defining traits were ‘has a dog’ and ‘is obsessed with Giovanni’ and tried to make him much more than that. Archer is a very complex creature and I try to show that as much as possible. he’s intelligent and cruel and obviously a villain, but his motives and thoughts have meaning and reasons behind them that, at least I hope, make sense. I’ve tried to make him a very engaging and intriguing villain, the kind I’d like to see more of in media; someone you love to hate, but can also relate to or at least understand.
Now the OPPOSITE. List everything why your muse might not be so interesting (even if you don’t agree, what does the fandom perhaps think?)
that he’s technically a side character that is largely overshadowed by Giovanni and other Rockets that have more exposure from being featured in the anime or movies, like the TRio. so from a strictly canon perspective he has very little meat to him and is easily overlooked. my portrayal of him is much ‘darker’ and applies a lot of real life aspects that Team Rocket was based on, taking some of the fantastical innocence away from Pokemon because I personally find that boring, so it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. also admittedly he’s kind of stereotypical in some ways, being a “smart badass” with a Traumatic Backstory that seems to be good at almost everything, so that might turn some people away, but I really try to balance it out I promise lol.
What inspired you to rp your muse?
I’ve talked about this before but I was encouraged to do so by an old friend, for her Giovanni blog. so I wasn’t really inspired to rp him, I was bullied and enabled into it, lmao.
What keeps your inspiration going?
said friend left the Pokemon rpc about two years ago now but I’ve grown too attached to Archer and really made him into my own thing so I guess... my own progress and the continued interest / support of my RP partners has inspired me to continue writing him. if it weren’t for you guys I wouldn’t have stuck around. <3

god yes I fucking LIVE for questions that make me think and develop my muses more. I don’t care if it’s something simple and easy to answer or really deep and complicated.
If someone disagrees with a headcanon of yours, do you want to know why?
sure? I mean I’m not going to ask why or demand a reason, but if someone disagrees and wants to tell me why then I’d like to hear it. it might make me reconsider or at least see things a little differently. but I would want them to not put down my headcanons or try to prove why they’re “right” and I’m wrong.
If someone disagrees with your portrayal, how would you take it?
shrug it off. roleplay is like a buffet, and everyone has different tastes. not everyone is going to like or agree with my portrayal and they’re entitled to their opinion. as long as they don’t try to force me to change for them or vague about me / my blog, it’s whatever.
If someone really hates your character, how do you take it?
if it’s in character, then I don’t mind; in fact I expect others to hate him, he has a lot about him to hate. but out of character, if you really hate Archer and/or how I write him (and not the “I love to hate them” kind of hate that villains and generally nasty characters are supposed to inspire), then just avoid me / unfollow / block / blacklist, whatever makes you comfy. I respect the right of other people to have their opinions, just keep them to yourself if all you have to offer is hate for what I’m doing.
Are you okay with people pointing out your grammatical errors?
I rarely make them because I’m kind of anal about grammar / spelling myself and if I notice one I’ll immediately jump on it to correct it. that said if someone does see a typo or grammar error in an IC post they’re welcome to let me know so I can fix it. if it’s an OOC post or message though just, let it go, I only half try when I’m talking for myself.
Do you think you are easy going as a mun?
I try to be. I’m not always, but I don’t think anyone is easygoing all the time. but I come here to escape, relax and have fun, so that’s why I try to bring.
