ITACHI is the type of person who surprisingly loves long embraces, snuggles on his neck, endearing kisses, and the tenderness of your lips. 

But Itachi is shy. He doesn’t know how to ask for affection ─ is asking even appropriate? He knows you have yet to realize he is incessantly in love with you; you wouldn’t be able to comprehend how deep an Uchiha’s emotions run. He wants to give back to those concrete signs of passion you give him ─ almost seldom because you are scared to accidentally push his boundaries. Itachi is distant, reserved by default. You knew about the many things he has been through and knew there were things that you didn’t know that could be even worse. You didn’t want to hurt him in ways you were showing you cared. 

But Itachi actually longs for these things. He hadn’t been touched so carefully and as special as you since his mother ─ who he killed. You were the one who sent the light back into his eyes and the vehement pulse into his heart from physical contact. It was one thing to make him feel with your words, with your efforts, with your character. But for you to make him feel with your hands around his neck and his around his waist was rare. 

Rare, but powerful. Itachi is subtle in his wants. But in his mind, he craves these things; he hopes, like a little child, you will read his mind and give him what he wishes ─ for Itachi’s love language is physical touch.
