Qian wasn’t the kind of person who showed how he cared to people openly. He might grumble about being in the group, but he had found he had grown to care for his members... in his own way. Quiet presents, just what they needed, when they needed it, no name, no need to know it was him. So when he heard that Hang-li had gotten hurt, he ran out to pick up some cold and hot compresses, and some painkillers, and sweets. So, with his package all set, he went to sneak it into his sleeping bandmate’s room.

‘ i made breakfast. ’

He had been settled in the comfy chair with Pax asleep on his lap. Had he dozed off. Likely. As close to dozing off as the cosmic being actually got.  He stroked Pax’s ears lightly, and cleared his throat. “Ah, I see.” he said blinking “What did you cook, Yue ?” he asked her as he straitened and lifting up Pax like he was a stuffed animal. Settling him on his shoulders.  The alpha, was often his constant companion in travels, and so natural his lap was fair game if he dozed off. “I didn’t think I was so tired, yet a small planet was destroyed when a larger meteor crashed into it.” he explained. “I had a lot of work to do.” he sighed faintly. “Didn’t mean to nod off, there.” he said apologetically.

She may have been dead, and a ghost, but she was still there and it was really rude to ignore someone, dead or alive (and somewhere her loser brother would get “the reference” to that phrase, because he was a freak who found pop culture in everything). “Excuse me!” She snapped, probably about the thirtieth time in half as many minutes. “If you ignore me again, you’ll wish you died the way I did!” When the person in front of her made no motion of paying attention to way, she screamed out -- high pitched and defeaning -- causing the nearest window to smash. “See, look. Hard to ignore that.”

Song Jali

Dancer - Rapper - Weretiger

A member of the dance and rap line of Ghost, Jali keeps what he is under tight wraps, even with his bandmates... after all, he’s not technically supposed to exist.

Weretigers were assumed to have gone extinct in Korea along with their mundane counterparts. However, unbeknownst to most of the world, at least one line has survived, in the two sons of the Song line, Jun and his younger brother Jali. 

How the two of them ended up on their own, seeking help from the Cerfame forest spirits isn’t something either of them remember clearly, but they weren’t so lucky to forget the next part. Aldric de Cerfame was more than happy to have two rare creatures in his forest... for his own ego. He treated them as pets, until his untimely recent death. 

As a favor to Evren, who took over her father’s position but not his attitude, Jun and Jali followed her brother to look out for him, which somehow ended up in Jali joining the same company as him.

Jali is a soft spoken, sweet, kind-hearted person, although not with a great sense of self worth. He is also shy, and easily embarrassed. but he’s trying his best to be a good idol and bandmate to the rest of Ghost.

Liang Qian

Vocalist- Selkie

One of the vocalists of Ragnarok, Qian may be a little fuzzy on the exact details, but the selkie knows exactly how he got in this situation. 

Some at STAR Entertainment has his coat, and until he gets it back, he’s stuck doing what they want- which in this case, is be an idol. 

Qian sometimes comes of as a salty space cadet, but he actually has a soft and curious nature under his attitude. He has always had a fascination with life on land, one his sister told him was going to get him in trouble one of these days. He’s not looking forward to when she finds out what’s happened, as he’s pretty sure he’ll never hear the end of it. 

He’s fiercely loyal to those who have earned it, but also has a tendency to hold a grudge.

Qian has an older sister who has no idea where he is, and a best friend who is the only one who does and is way more supportive of his idol career than he himself is.

Song Jun

Jali’s older brother, one of the last of his kind, and potentially an accessory to murder. Jun will do anything to protect his brother, and is loyal to Evren. He comes off as grumpy and aloof, but is actually just shy.

Both he and Jali actually have naturally light hair, closer to their fur color, but Jali dyes his black.

Jun works as a photographer, and keeps a close eye on Jali... and Seren.

A quick note on Qian:

This is not the first time Qian has had his coat stolen, and the first time almost ended more disastrously for the selkie. A sorcerer named Arseni was the one who stole his coat, and was going the more traditional route of making Qian marry him [with all the fanfare of an actual wedding], when Qiu interfered... by attacking him. This served to buy time for Cai to find Qian’s coat and return it to him. Qiu left Arseni with some significant scarring, and a reason to be a bit overprotective of her brother. 

None of them know what happened to Arseni after.

Queen Spirit of the Forest, Evren de Cerfame

Evren is Seren’s older sister, and has recently taken over as the main spirit of the forest. She loves her brother dearly, and only wishes him the best, and is definitely his biggest fan and supporter. She calls him at least once a week to check in, and sends him care packaged a lot.

Other Selkies

Liang Qiu- Qian’s older sister, and the leader of their pod. She is very protective of her brother, but also gives him his freedom to roam the land, something she does not quite understand or approve of, and thinks will get him in trouble. She doesn’t know how right she is.... yet.

Wen Cai- Qian’s best friend and pseudo brother. Cai was the only survivor of his pod being hunted down when he was very young. Qiu took him in and cared for him along with her brother, and that was the start of their pod. What she didn’t know until he was a little older is that his pod was an ancient one, one that had been around since almost the beginning. Cai himself barely remembers his original family. He is definitely more excited about Qian being an idol than Qian is, and the two meet up regularly, often when Qian is “lost”. Qian is very protective of Cai, and is doing his best to make sure he doesn’t get hurt, which is a little hard when Cai has picked up some of his fascination with land. With his new interest in the land, he has picked up a love of dancing and painting.

Seren de Cerfame

Rapper - Forest Spirit

Seren is one of the rappers of Ragnarok, and just possibly an actual forest prince.

Well, sort of. He doesn’t exactly talk about what made a deer spirit like him leave the forest for the city, but he’s here now, and that’s what matters. Or so he says.

Seren loves nature, and has many plants that he takes care of, devoting a lot of his space in the dorm to them. He also enjoys arts and crafts, and tends to paint the dorm and things in it on a whim. He is, however, a terrible cook, and has been barred from the kitchen until further notice.

Seren is a sweetheart, and generally just likes to make himself useful. He’s not exactly sure how he got roped into being an idol [he thinks they said something about his face and a job with food and lodgings] but he’s going to do his best while he’s here. However, he does have his limits, and can be pushed too far, but no one has tried him to that level... yet

Seren has a sister back home. He talks about her a lot and loves her to death. He might have also let slip that she is the one who sent him away, for his own good.
