What about the summary of the newest book then? I can't read it in german and there's no english version:( maybe you'd like to give us some spoilers?

I was deliberately leaving out any spoilers but if you don't mind its all under the cut:

It starts out during the final of the bavarian championship. The bunch are playing against Nürnberg and its 3 against 3 so they do a 9 meter penalties shoot-out. On the last turn, which is Vanessas. She scores the goal but the referee lets her redo it again and again, because of the orders of three guys from the dfb (The german football association). In the end the ref allows the goal, the bunch win the match, qualify for the german championship and celebrate on their train ride back home. Marlon gives Vanessa an amulet and shows her that he is wearing the same one.

Willi tells Marlon and Leon about the three guys that work for the dfb and that a requirement for the bunch competing in the german championship is that they have a boys only team to let the two of them decide what to do.

So, they let everyone vote and the majority vote for playing the match without her. She leaves the team and gives Marlon the amulet back or rather she trows it in front of him on the floor.

He goes to her home and tells her about his idea - she should dress up as a boy! Vanessa refuses, her dream is to be the first women in the mens national team after all and that wouldn't be worth anything if she did that. (Marlon pinches his finger in the front door and because Vanessa was forced to wear an ugly colourful striped jumper which was the only thing that still fit her that didn't have the wild soccer bunch logo on it, Marlon drew colourful stripes around his bandage in solidarity)

Vanessa watches the trianing sessions and the bunch are not in the greatest shape, they have to get used to playing without her and they all feel pretty guilty for their decision. But Willi basically tells them they have to suck it up, they have to deal with their decision and that its better to recognize you were wrong than to be afraid to make any decision at all and that that would make you weak. After that they pull themselves together and play better than before.

While the bunch prepare for the match Vanessa applies to other soccer teams, but the big ones only let her play in girls teams.

The night before the first game Marlon tries to write a letter for her where he adresses her with "Beloved Vanessa..." and asks her to trust him and try out his idea.

On the day of the first round of matches Vanessas Grandma goes undercover as a gardener to keep Vanessa up to date with walkie talkies. The bunch wins their first match 7 to 0 against Hannover, the game against Augsburg is a draw because of an own goal from Marlon. During the game against Haching, the bunch get a free kick which Marlon dumps on purpose, he talks to the referee who again takes orders from the three guys from the dfb. Marlon tells them he doesn't want to win as a gift, he wants the best team to win. The bunch loose 0 to 1. And because they have the same points as Augsburg they draw lots to decide who qualifies for the next set of games. Vanessa gets there to tell Marlon which lot to choose and the bunch qualify.

After everyone went home, Marlon wrote Vanessa a Note to meet up at camelot. She finds her amulet and the letter he wrote her and he tells her about his plan: That she dresses up as a boy, they win and she can reveal that she is a girl in front of everyone to show the dfb that girls can play as good as boys (revolutionary statement if you ask me) and to show the team that they all belong together and that that is more important than becoming the german champion.

Vanessa agrees under the condition that she can choose when to reveal her identity. Willi makes up the alias Van Sabut for her and they forge her player pass.

The next day the match takes place in the allianz arena. The bunch barely win 1 to 0 against Leipzig and 3 to 1 against Hertha. They win 12 to 0 against Haching. After that they all go into the locker room where Vanessa and Marlon tell the others that they plan on revealing Vanessas identity. All of the others only agreed to one part of the plan which would make it possible for them to become german champion, not to the part where they all get disqualified and loose their title. There is an argument where Leon rips the wig off Vanessas head and after she leaves the locker room, the dfb dudes catch her getting out of there. The three of them give her the choice, either she can keep her disguise up. or she will get banned and everyone from the bunch will be too. They wouldn't be able to play soccer competetively anymore not even if any of them were to apply to a different team.

Vanessa decides to play in disguise, she lets Marlon know that the dfb is blackmailing her but doesn't tell the others because she doesn't want to influence how they play.

Towards the end of the game its 1 against 1, Berlin gets a few 9 metres unfairly which are lost on purpose since Berlin wants to win honestly too. Then there is ten minutes additional time which ends with two more goals on each side.

For the penalties only Leon, Felix, Fabi and Maxi are volunteering and they ask Vanessa to do the same, as she did on the game that led to them winning the bavarian championship. She explains that she can only shoot for them and only score this one if she is true to herself. They all decide to let Vanessa play, not Van Sabut. Right before she shoots she pulls the wig off and reveals who she is. Vanessa scores and the bunch win the match.
